Reid is lucky to have such a wonderful doctor! Hope you don't mess it up!
Doctor Li is a very good doctor and is very knowledgeable in his field. I like him as my doctor very much.
Had appt.at 2pm was put in room at 2:30 waited almost half hour for Dr. to see me.
it was my first visit with him.. i do like him. he seams to be confident in hos work. will for sure let him do his job.. iam trusting he will find the problem after some testing and keep my heart from becoming week or worse.. and iam doing my part 100% awsome diet, all my vitamins and lots of dairy work outs and hit cardo.. .. i will for sure listen to everything the doc. says?
Dr Li has been my provider since 2011 and I truly trust his expertise with my cardiac care/needs.
Every time we have visited this office, we end up waiting in the room for about an hour. Feels disrespectful to our time.
Great interaction
Everyone has been outstanding
My first visit and I was very pleased with everything about my visit
Spend over an hour waiting on doctor for a 5 minute conversation happens every time for a simple once a year visit to get my prescription refilled. Think that could be handled with a phone call
I wish that there were real doctors, today they are just so called specialist? And do not want to listen to someone who has read from all the top hospitals in the us, and is older than these specialist and knows that things are connected, just like they think 1 medication fits all.size matters, some have higher tolerance to meds and they know thier body.if something is causing a issue, listen to the patient, its called customer service, then dr leaves and its 20 min before nurse comes and walks you out. You have some great nurses, and a few decent drs. The nurse practioners think they know more and do not listen.need to find doctors like the late, great Dr Michael Fain, he was a real Dr. He listened and could fix any problem, today its 1 thing at a time, i know its hard to find good help.but please tell them to listen to patient, some are alot smarter then they think.but im glad you care enough to do reviews.they mean more than anything.very. helpful
My appointment was at three. When I arrived, there was no one in the waiting room ahead of me. I was taken back to the examination room, where I sat for an hour before I got up and left. I told the nurse that I was leaving, and she never even tried to apologize for the delay. My time is also valuable.
Visit went well ..ordered another test and didn't explain why...didn't recieve my papers with info about my visit...but they worked me in on short notice and I was very pleased with the visit under those conditions!
Dr. Li is very professional and caring. I am so glad he is at Reid Cardiology
Dr. Li was very nice and tried to suggest new ways and medicine to treat my heart issues. Bobbie was also very good at getting me the info I needed to take home from Dr. Li. Girls up front did their best to set up a future appointment with Dr. Li. However instead of a 6 month followup, had to be a 9 month cause no openings in Connersville for me and I cannot go to Richmond.
Dr.li started me on Eliquis it's very expensive,I hope I get assistance with paying for the Eliquis medication!
My appointment time was 4pm. I was not seen until 5:05 pm. The schedulers were gone before I got out so my follow up has to be done on my chart. I find this aggrevating because if I am 15 minutes late to an appointment I would loose my appointment, yet I am expected to wait for an hour to be seen.
Listens to your concerns and cares about your health. He is sure you understand what is going on and what you need to do to improve the issue. Overall an amazing doctor.
Great team to work with. They always are very helpful and professional.
Dr. Li is a great doctor and I trust his judgment.
I thought that Dr. Li believes that he is better than I am. He offended me with his responses to my questions about my loop monitor settings. He was dismissive to my concerns. I became angry with him and I suggested leaving his office. He didn't care if I left. We worked it out in the end. But, he was not very professional and he was difficult to understand during his explanation of my possible condition. I was then reluctant to ask for clarity.
Dr Li is the best!
Appointment was scheduled for 2:40p and was not seen until 3:50p.
Not sure...first visit! Short amount of time for first visit...Doctor Li is very professional and nice!
We waited for one hour and 20 minutes before anyone came in the room after we were to be there. Never have this happen for this long. No one came into the room to explane what the hold up was
I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND WHAT THE PROCEDURE IS TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. I AM EXPECTING MORE DETAILS ON MYCHART TODAY.
I think they need to realize that time is valuable maybe not as much as there's I do understand that but so is the patience I don't think it was Dr Li's doing I think it is more of the Nursing
Dr. Li was very helpful. He listened to all of my questions.
The kindness they show and hard, work taking time for patients,
My provider said I was doing good an he will see me in a year
Dr. Li is top notch.
Dr. Li is a great Doctor
Dr Li has always been the utmost professional. He takes time to explain, and gives you the opportunity to ask questions. I have always felt comfortable in his care. All staff in the office were very kind and helpful.
It was a nice visit.
Excellent care would recommend this dr for care an his staff was vert good also.
A wonderful knowledgeable doctor. I pray he stays at Reid Hospital.
A very long wait, over 45 minutes, and very brief, less than 10 minutes. Since the results of the recent test are not available on MyChart, I was hoping they might be available during my visit. I may be being overly critical because of the long wait, but it was just not an ideal introduction to a new doctor. I am very confident in their knowledge and skill, it was just not a good experience...
Dr Li was fine, delivered complicated and unpleasant news in a kind and careful manner I wish we all had time so that I could sit down with him on a regular basis to help find answers to new questions that keep popping up.
The wait was way to long
Dr Li and the Cardiology staff are very professional, caring, and have always made me feel that I had their attention and concern. I feel very fortunate to have the medical expertise so close to my home.Thank you Reid for including Connersville in your community of service.
Extremely long waiting time. Appointment in cardiology was at 11 am. I arrived a few mins late at 11:05 (which I apologize for) but didn't get to actually speak with the cardiologist whom I was meeting with until past 12pm. Conversation was very brief nd shallow for what I would have liked to dove into and ultimately just led to scheduling of a follow up test.
First patient of day for Dr Li...had to wait 35 minutes to be called back with no explanation of why late
Had to wait one hour to see the Doctor.
