I spent over an hour waiting for the doctor who spent 10 minutes with me.

The Doctor was professional and very thorough. He was very good.

Dr. Li and staff was extremely nice and cared about my concerns. He is a good doctor.

Biggest issue was having to wait over 30 minutes to see the doctor.

It was a total waste of my time

I sat in the exam room for an hour. I was only seen well over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Honestly, this is a continuation of a lack of efficient and effective communication. I did not speak with the doctor until after I was on the table for a procedure. The only communication was through an NP who did not have the ability to answer many of our questions. I had a significant, life changing procedure and feel completely unsatisfied with the caring, communication, and confidence in my care.

I am glad there are so many different heart doctors in one place. I am not one to travel from one location to another just just to talk to another doctor about the same thing topic I did with the other doctor (s).

I really appreciate how Dr. LI took the time to explain everything.

Dr. Li definitely cares about your health. He listens to you and explains what steps you should take to improve your health.

Two hours is a long wait, so it would have been nice if someone would have checked back with an update occasionally and maybe offered a drink,like a bottle of water. Or maybe offered to reschedule the appointment.

I had an appointment at 11a.m. and was taken to a room and at 12:18 someone finally came to the room after I walked up and down the hall trying to find someone to see what was taking so long.. the doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything and explained my options..

Dr. Li was not his day in the office today. But he made time for me. I truly appreciate Dr. Li and all my wonderful doctors at Reid. With them my health keeps improving. Thank you
