Reid Health pharmacy services
Reid Health offers convenient prescription services at our hospital campus in Richmond and through our partnership with MediCenter in Cambridge City.
Our on-campus pharmacy, located on the lower level of the hospital near the main inpatient tower elevators, serves patients receiving inpatient and outpatient care, as well as other eligible members of the community; full list is below. Separate drop-off and pick-up windows help reduce wait times.
The pharmacy serves:
- Patients being discharged after inpatient or outpatient care
- Emergency Department and Urgent Care patients
- Hospice patients
- Reid employees, employee dependents, volunteers, retirees, medical staff, and board members
When are pharmacy services available?
Prescription services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for Emergency Department and Urgent Care patients, Hospice patients, and patients being discharged from the hospital.
Reid employees, retirees, and volunteers may pick up prescriptions 7 a.m.–7:30 p.m. Monday–Friday and 7 a.m.–noon on weekends.

With MyChart, you can:
- See how many refills you have remaining and request renewals
- Check the status of a prescription and know when its ready for pickup.
- View when you last picked up a medication and when your next refill is due.
- Request prescription delivery or mail service.
- Review prescription instructions and medication information anytime.

Reid Health offers Specialty Pharmacy Services for patients prescribed specialty medications. Our team coordinates insurance approvals, explores financial assistance options, manages refills, and provides ongoing support throughout treatment. We'll keep you informed every step of the way so you can focus on your health.

Partnership with MediCenter Pharmacy
We also partner with MediCenter Pharmacy for added convenience. Our Cambridge City location is at 100 W. Main St. with hours 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Monday–Friday and 9 a.m.–noon on Saturday. This partnership ensures you have easy access to prescriptions when and where you need them.
