Dr. DeSantis is one of the nicest doctors I've ever had, he always listens to all my concerns. I hate that he is leaving, geniva is also nice but doesn't listen as well and kinda shuts you down quickly.

Dr DeSantis, NP STEPHANIE, Geneva and nurse Stacey are always professional and knowledgeable and they listen to me!! This is a wonderful group of medical personnel and have been seeing my provider for the last 6 years! Great asset to Reid Hospital for always caring for their patients!

He is a good doctor, he listens to you and isn't in a rush to get you out

Before Dr DeSantis I was at the mercy of a dysfunctional system that got it right most of the time, and my health showed what happened when "right" was a good goal but not met. I have lupus and I was one flare from death over and over with doctors not always working together missing testing and getting caught up in their own pet peeves. I am palliative. But Dr DeSantis did not treat me as a has been. He did the coordination of my care I have a dozen doctors and 50 meds. Yesterday my blood work was better than it's been in 30 years. I'm feeling healthy a few days a week and thinking of what going back to work might look like for me. That was not even a possibility with the way things used to be. I could hardly move. So I can't say enough good about Dr DeSantis. Losing him will be a significant loss to the hospital and to his patients.

Felt safe and cared about

A bit of a wait to be seen by the doctor but still reasonable. Covered every aspect of the patient's medical history and previous issues. The doctor was pleased with her progress.
