Victoria was extremely professional, made me feel at ease, listened carefully to my concerns and answered them, let me know exactly what she would be doing during the exam, and gave suggestions for me to pursue regarding my physical well being.

I was so pleased with everyone there they were so nice and professional. I learned so much on how all my information is now available and they had all my health records. I left feeling so informed and so glad I went there. I was given what I should do next and look forward to any appointments at this location. Thank you all ?

The Women's Fair appeared to be running like a well oiled machine.

Victoria is the best. I don't feel like she is rushing through my visit to get to the next one. She takes her time and truly listens. I feel comfortable in her care.

Took too long for treatment after test results one week and no medicine and wouldn't call to get results or check with Kettering network to get them? As a result I had to go through my family physician and he call d it in for me. I had a UTI and had already been dealing with it two weeks before test result came in so that makes 3 weeks total with no treatment ? Also went to the wrong office for my appt it was in Eaton and usually I go to Richmond so didn't realize that and on reminder it did not specify?

Victoria Osayi was fantastic! She is so thorough, kind and compassionate. I have already recommended her to my daughter, my sister and my best friend. I was very nervous upon arrival, but I was totally at ease upon leaving because she was so informative, nice and thorough. Having a medical provider that has a wonderful disposition is just as important as their medical knowledge. A patient has to feel comfortable with their doctor/nurse. Both Victoria and the nurse, Marissa, made my visit extremely comfortable.

Victoria was just wonderful. She took time to inform me of any concerns I had. I will highly recommend her.

This was my first experience with a Women's Day at Reid Hospital, where I was able to receive a mammogram and Pap test all in one session, and all in the same facility. It was wonderful, and I highly recommend it! I didn't need the DEXA, but that was available also. Everyone was very caring, considerate, skilled, and friendly. My only suggestion would be to note somewhere on the online advertisement that everything will be accomplished in the same location. I was under the impression I would need to get my mammogram at the hospital breast center, and then find my way to the medical building for the Pap test. It caused me some anxiety prior to getting there, because I was afraid that if the mammogram took longer than expected, I might be late for my other appointment. Once I got there and understood how it worked, I could relax. Thank you to everyone at Reid, who thought of this, organized this, and most importantly to all those employees who treated all of the patients so well! - rumor has it that there used to be a 15 minute chair massage at the end... I would have LOVED that extra special experience!-?

Victoria is great at what she does. She talked with my daughter kindly and explained every aspect of care. She was patient and warm and answered all our questions. She knew what she was doing and made us feel confident with my daughters care.
