I'm not happy that they minimized the fact that I have 3 rupture disks and did not do a MRI or CT to verify the injury. I would think that to correctly diagnose a patient that would have had to happen. I am not happy with that and feel you guys should do a lot better job.

I have infection at spine hardware. Was sent home without pain meds or any concern of treating. Second opinion at orthoIndy. Still waiting for insurance approval for CT scan. Was seen tues at orthoIndy with surgery next day due to massive infection. How can same condition be urgent in Indy and overlooked at Reid?

Given the circumstances my visit was as good as I could hope for.

I was treated very well and staff was pleasant as they have always been. The doctor did not rush and took time to answer any questions I had in an easy to understand manner. I have recommended your office to many others and will continue to do so

I want to say Angel was my nurse who did my initial vitals and such and took notes to my updates. She was very nice and listened to me and I appreciated that. Matthew was an excellent Dr. He went over all my xrays and updated on what I needed to do. He throughly went over everything he also was very kind and caring and answered everything I needed. He is a compassionate person. I can honestly say I've never had any bad experiences with Reid. Thank you to Reid Ortho for taking good care of me. xxx
