Appreciate that I was seen quickly as a walk in

My visit to the Reid Ortho Walk In in Richmond, Indiana was definitely one that I do not regret. The staff from me limping all of the way in to wheeling me out were all very knowledgeable, efficient and so very helpful and friendly. Even though the visit went so fast (which is always a huge plus!) they listened to my concerns and gave me tremendously helpful feedback and care after my diagnosis. When I have to trust someone with my care it's humiliating to me but every single one that helped me from the receptionist, the nurses, X-ray tech, the NP and MA were exceptional that evening! Your team is amazingly caring! Many thanks to all of them! ?

My wait time to see provider was due to an emergency call for anesthesiologist.. understandable.. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

This walk-in is definitely a plus. I called and talked to a real person. I was able to get same day treatment. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and personable.

Every thing was great! Not a long wait every one was friendly and helpful. Had a plan for treatment and explained everything with great deals.

I was recommended to go to this Orthopedic clinic by an older lady friend and I was very pleased with the treatment I received. I just walked in and they took care of my needs swiftly and appropriately. The clerks and Dr. Matthew were very knowledgeable and perceived immediately as to what I needed. I have gotten shabby treatment from doctors and nurses in this area and also in Ohio in the past and I would say this is my most respectable and speediest diagnosis and treatment ever. I worked at Reid Hosp. for 37 years and know a lot about hospitals and this was the best, by far. Intelligent and perceptive personnel. This is the best branch of Reid Hosp. as far as I'm concerned.

They got me back to see a doctor in a timely manner checked my vitals, and had x-rays done and I saw the PA to go over my x-rays and he did a examine of my shoulder and talked about a plan to get me feeling better

I've had many cortisone injections in my knees and the male PA was the first one to do it painlessly! I was amazed. And grateful.

Very positive experience with this doctor. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very personable and easy to talk to.

Everyone was very nice and listened to me and was very understanding. Matthew Revennaugh almost immediately knew what the issue was, he listened as well as actually examined me. My physician didn't do anything but send me for X-rays, didn't examine at all. I was met with a caring manner, and I like that most Drs are shaking hands again, it's comforting. I'm hoping that with physical therapy I will cease having this daily pain permanently.

For being a walk in clinic, was seen very quickly. Staff listened and worked thru my problem with care and concern. Also let me know if any more problems who to contact. Prescriptions were sent to pharm quickly also.

I had to wait about an hour to be taken back to an exam room. The woman at the check in told me it would probably be an hour wait, so the wait was expected and it was fine! I was there for several hours, but all my questions were answered, I had xrays, an exam, and got a cortisone shot in my knee. Everything I needed was taken care of this afternoon! I was very pleased with my experience at the Reid Ortho Walk In and I wouldn't hesitate to visit there again. I would recommend it to everyone!

I was very pleased with the ease of this walk-in clinic. I'm sure people wait longer at times, but I was in and out with in 45 min. Matthew ( not sure of his last name) was very informative and thorough in his diagnosis and set up of my follow up treatment to cutting edge physical therapy.

I went in as a walk in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was afraid I had messed up my back where I had surgeries, but it is just strained. I have to be careful. I left feeling like I understood everything we talked about.

My questions was answered and explained as to what I needed to do. I was very pleased with the assistants that I recieved.

This person didn't even know how to wrap my foot didn't even offer to put a boot on my foot I wasted my time Urgent Care did the same thing but they did take an x-ray and I have a heel spur but that's not what's causing the problem planter

Speed of appt was fast, I had complete confidence in the Dr. Nurses and X-ray techs knew what they were doing. They worked together like a well greased machine. I tell anyone to go to the walk in ortho for great service.

I really appreciate having a walk-in clinic for orthopedic issues. The people who worked with me today were kind, very concerned, competent, and helpful.

The time to be seen was awesome! I got X-rays and saw the professional with what the problem was and options for treatment in a very professional but caring manner. Staff were all very polite, and helpful. Definitely would recommend to others!!

I like Reid Ortho because it's quick and quick out

I felt that i was completely ignored about my injuries. I was very specific about injuries I had sustained to my entire foot and that the pain i was having in 3 different places of my foot were a 8 to 9 out of 10. I know i have a fracture in my ankle and they told me i didnt. I also know xrays dont always show fractures. They only xrayed 1 area out of the 3 i came in for. An mri would show more but i know that process with insurance and doctors. I know how fractured bone feels and i know the process of healing. I probably wont go back to another doctor about this injury and just try to doctor myself.

I had an astonishingly good experience during the walk-in hours at Reid Orthopedic. I was in a lot of pain, was seen shortly after I arrived, was X-rayed, thoroughly examined, diagnosed, informed about my condition and given an ankle brace that has already helped with my pain as I write this some 10 hours later. I definitely will be telling people about what a great experience I had.

I'm so passed with how efficient the Reid Healthcare system is!

After my xray I waited 45 minutes for the doctor to come in. I was starting to think they forgot about me.

I would have liked if someone would have went over the results ofy X-ray.

Everyone was extremely nice. I was seen almost instantly after arriving, I was waiting in the room by myself for only a couple minutes if that even with doing imaging. Everyone explained the process in depth, the provider was extremely respectful and explained the image ordering process and what to expect in the next couple days and for my follow up with a specialist.

It was very quick didn't take long very happily

Matt was very thorough and professional. Glad to have a provider that shakes hands again. Very pleased with the service of all . Also enjoyed seeing former students working in the health profession.

I received THEE best care in a very timely manner. Ortho Walk-in is one of the services they provide.

I was seen within a short time and within minutes I was taken back for X-rays and then provided followed within minutes as well. All questions were answered and everything was explained very thoroughly. Everyone was pleasant and friendly.

I came in for a cortisone shot in my left knee. I explained to the Intake nurse that I had had a previous shot in that knee 8 weeks before. I explained that twice to 3 times that it had been only 8 weeks previously that I had the shot. They took X-ray of my knee and I waited almost an hour before someone came in to tell me that because it had only been 8 weeks they would not give me a shot until it was 12 weeks. I was told to change back into my jeans. No one told me that a provider would be in to speak with me about the problem she just said change in to your clothes so I left I did not see a provider because no 1 told me that they would be coming in after they told me they would not give me the shot. If they had read the intake information that I provided about having only had a shot previously 8 weeks before they could have saved a lot of time and room space by telling me immediately that they would not be giving me a shot today.

Have been to Reid orthopedic twice. Wonderful staff and doctors. Dr. Revennaugh is fantastic

Great staff, the doctor took time to examine and explain things to me. Very informative and caring. All of the staff was great!

They took 12 hrs and 2 phone calls to call in my RX.

Dr Redshaw is outstanding A+ I had the opportunity to meet with his assistant Mat Revenaugh at post op visit and he is outstanding as well A+. I feel I'm in good hands with my rotator cuff repairs. Overall, my experiences with Reid Orthopedics has been very good and I will continue with them for they right shoulder rotator cuff

Matthew saw me in a very timely manner - they were super busy! But he took the time to listen to me and explain options for my care. He supported my decisions on treatment and offered further explanations to me on what/where/how the issue was coming from. There was a very nice gal who came up and assisted the front desk in checking in patients and she checked me in. I did not get her name, but she was very kind and I appreciated her jumping in to help people get checked in - again, that office is BUSY!! I also very much appreciated the handshake from Matthew! I welcomed the handshake and it made me feel welcome! After the last 3 years, this gesture may seem small, but boy is it mighty! Thank you to all the staff at Reid Ortho, your kindness and professionalism was definitely appreciated!
