Marianne Duke is always both caring and knowledgeable. She always encourages me and informs me in how to manage my condition. I feel heard and given ample time to share my concerns and questions. She is down to earth and easy to talk with. Likewise my MA was thorough and personable. Very professional.

They was some of the nicest ladies that I've had a pleasure to deal with.

Knowing my receiver is monitored every 2 weeks is making it a lot easier to control my sugar levels.

Dr. Duke is always professional, patient, compassionate and knowledgable of my health history and takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns. I feel like she genuinely cares about me as one of her patients.

This illness is difficult for me to figure, I have always been so healthy and strong......it is a mystery to me. The nurse Katrina was so kind and encouraging. The nurse practitioner Annie was so very professional but also had a servants heart. I have been so thankful for Reid in the last few months, I wish I was super healthy as I have always been, but I'm grateful for Reid.

My appt was at 4 pm, I was called back to a room at 4;25 pm. Saw provider at 4:45 pm

If information is needed for the appointment it should be requested before the appointment and not 10 minutes after the appointment is supposed to start.

She is easily one of the best providers I've had the privilege of seeing. She thoroughly explains things, and doesn't assume you understand, she asks if you do. I appreciate her greatly.

Katrina was most attentive and caring. She really did a phenomenal job following up with a diabetic supplies vendor to get my needed cgm supplies covered by medicare. A true professional.

I am very impressed with my care at reid. I've been treated very well by all the staff from the doctors, the nurses and the receptionist.

Annie took time today to answer some more in depth questions that I had, which I appreciated. She was up to date and knowledgeable about insurance issues regarding medications that I take.

I needed a prescription sent in for humalog, which I gave to the nurse practitioner. The wrong med was sent in. They requested Tresiba, which I didnt need at this time. It should have been Humalog pen

It was frustrating that there was no way to do the visit closer to Connersville or with a phone call (the insulin change to u200) Everything about the visit itself was fine.

It has always been a good experience that's why I keep coming back
