Keirstan West NP

I called this morning and they worked me in this afternoon. She was great, very pleased with her. Best office!

Very impressed. Hard to find doctors that listens and I finally felt heard and like I finally have a doctor that cares whether I feel better or not and wants to get to the root of problems. Thank you!!!

Front staff were very short, not pleasant. No smiles and made me feel unwanted and a bother. Spoke to a manager , Angela, about my experience. Provider, Kirsten was amazing and nurses all great!

The whole staff was very upbeat and friendly. I felt like I was heard and respected.

It was nice to meet K West! xxx seemed to like her! We will be praying for Kelly Abshear)!

Wonderful care

The Physician listened to me tentatively and gave me answers to all of my questions made me feel very comfortable

Very nice place and I did like Christin in I was thinking about switching drs and staying in New Castle but I really like this office and Christin, so I think we are going to stay with her, I really liked her an xxx liked her too.

Keirstan is excellent. She listened and asked a lot of questions to make the best decision about my care.

The office staff was very friendly and I was taken back to the room and seen by the provider very quickly. The provider was very pleasant and got me taken care of quickly. She knew that I needed a script refilled from my previous PCP and she was ready to take care of that as well. I highly recommend this office and Keirstan West.

The staff at Reid Hagerstown are fantastic.

Everyone in the office was extremely nice. Dr West, and her medical assistant, were both very caring, listened to all my concerns, and addressed each one. They made sure I understood what the plan was, how to address any issues I have now, or may have in future. Excellent care.

I hope to have a good doctor and patent relationship with Miss west, where she and I can earn each other's respect and he able to talk comfortably, Im ease to talk to even though I'm not a smart man, Im a get it done kind a man, I am looking forward to working with Miss West.

I have decided to make Dr. West my physician from here on. I felt very comfortable and wasn't rushed. She gave me time for questions and I left feeling confident with my decision to transfer my health care.

This was the best experience I've ever had at an appointment at this particular office. (Aside from the one other I had with Keirstin.) They made me feel very comfortable, they listened to every concern I had/addressed them and were very kind. I am so happy I switched providers! Theresa was wonderful as well!

Keirstan was amazing. My 1st time seeing her as Kim was out, she had already reviewed my history and was prepared to discuss my known concerns as well as a few others I had. She answered all of my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. She asked if I needed my visit information printed or if I would like to view on mychart. Overall she made me feel very comfortable and she was very knowledgeable.

It's been the best experience I've personally had with any place I've ever been, really fast, very professional and super friendly, knowledgeable. I will not go any where else, Keirstan and staff are the best

Receptionist was not friendly at all . She shut the window before I was done talking to her. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Caring and considerate

I was seen for a new patient visit. I am so very happy I switched care providers to Ms. West. The whole staff at Hagerstown is exceptional! I live in Richmond so there are many providers a lot closer to me but, the staff at the Hagerstown office is worth the drive. I felt so good about my experience there that I have scheduled my husband an appointment as well! Ms. West is a huge asset to Reid Health and I am looking forward to getting to know her!
