Keirstan West FNP

Everyone was very nice and courteous.

Provider was very friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. It was a new patient visit for her and went good.

From the time I walked in I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. The nurse's were great and I love Kirsten , she just has a sweet mannerism about her. Always caring about her patients. I would recommend Reid of Hagerstown to everyone !!

Although I miss Kellie as my NP, Kirsten West is doing a great job. I have never had a bad experience at the Hagerstown Family practice.

Keirstan West is great. She takes the time to actually listen to everything I've got going on and does not make me feel embarrassed or stupid. Upon every visit I have had with her, she always asks how I've been doing? A little small talk aside from the "problems". Keirstan goes the extra mile.

This was my first visit with my pcp was only upset that it took over 2 weeks to get an appointment. Was told the delay was because I was a new patient. Trying to get established. But did have a health issue. That I needed to get attention for

Keirstan always listens to me and makes sure to explain to where I know what to do.

Keirstan and all of the staff in the office are very nice. Keirstan listens and is very polite and genuinely cares. I would recommend her to anyone!

Enjoyed my appointment!!!

I waited 40 minutes at 8am. Then my fasting draw was taken in the wrong tube so have to repeat test. Provider is not my Normal she is off but she only talked to me for a few minutes after waiting so long.

I have always been treated respectfully & promptly here. Everyone is friendly & courteous by all staff. The Dr's & assistants are thorough & patient

It was AMAZING! I had to have my first pap and I was so incredibly nervous but my dr made me feel so much more comfortable. She was great, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

So lucky to have a great provider like Keirstan to see me and my daughter!

The provider I saw was not even my provider. My provider did not have any available appointments for a few weeks. This provider read my history and was familiar with the problems I have had with this particular issue and also assured me she would pass the information along from this visit to my provider

The whole staff put my daughter at ease. Keirstan really listened to our concerned. Answered all our questions! 100% excellent visit!
