It was the first time with a new doctor, he was okay, just didn't seem to have a good bed side manner.

I went to another orthopedic surgeon and found out I had 3 fractures, when Reid said I had two. I was never given the opportunity to view my xrays, so when I saw them for the first time with the non Reid Dr. I was shocked. Reid made me feel like they just ignored my concerns and my pain, as if I was seeking drugs; even though I had over half the prescription left after 5 weeks. A broken bones requires a cast for a minimum of 4 wks, I only had mine for 2.5 weeks. When I had called letting Ortho know I woke up with my cast half off, the nurse only told MD that my cast was loose, then when I didn't get a return call, I went to the walk in clinic, the NP refused to listen to me about only having my cast on for 2.5 weeks and that my next appointment with Dr Hunter was still 1.5 weeks away. I went for a second opinion after dealing with your staff ignoring me to find out my fractures were worse than I was told, and now its too late to correct it properly. I've had constant pain for 6 weeks and unable to do my job because I was just a number and not a patient

Jim Hunter has NO BEDSiDE MANNER. He was so full of himself. I will not see him again.

A lady by the name of susan in the outpatient xray was the best. I had appt scattered thru the day. She called and got them schedule one right after another. To say the least I had xrays. mammogram and blood work all in one hour.

All the text prior to my appointment were irritating. Same text over and over period of time

Dr Hunter knows his job he was very kind to me and if ever I have to see another orthopedic doctor I request him. He's my favorite

I was told I'm getting surgery but don't know when. On my chart it says I spoke with Dr. Lee and I did Not recieve a call from him. I would really like to get this clarified so I could tell my work place what and when this is happening.

He was going to set up Therapy but there is nothing in my after visit report mm that I see. The doctor and everyone I dealt with were outstanding - caring and pleasant

90% of the visit was great. I wish they would have looked more into why I am concerned in returning to work as early as they have me returning.. it was just kinda skimmed over without being asked what concerns I had or what factors I was concerned about, but, it's what it is.

I was not very happy at all with how I was treated. He was smug and had no bedside manners. He was very caulky. Acted like I did not know what I was talking about and that I should not even be there seeing him. Like I was wasting his time.

The office visit was very professional. I was permitted to express my concerns. I was given opportunity to discuss previous health outcomes, and how they impacted my current situation. They did not request access to my VA records.

I felt like I was rushed out and not listened to at all. I felt like he didn't think my pain was real and that it wasn't that bad.

We arrived and gecked in at 1:40 for our 1:45 appointment. We did not see Mr Hunter until 3:00 pm. That is a very long wait for an 86 yr old after hip surgery.

I have been treated with the utmost respect. Buy this provider and the co. Workers that work with him.I greatly appreciate everything they do.

The process of pre-op tests and appointments should be scheduled all one on day (if possible). The communication with office staff on what needs to be done for patients should be done by a few people, not just anyone that answers the phone. (Ex: paperworkforms to be FAXED to patients insurance).Nothing ends up getting dine.

I seen P.A. Jim Hunter, I came in for a Huey knee, he explained everything, gave me my options, answered questions. When he gave me the knee injection, he explained each step which I appreciated! Very professional. Thankyou for helping me!!!

My experience with the health professionals was very positive but, my appointment was scheduled for 10:15, I arrived 10 minutes early, but was not seen until 11. I felt that this was unusually long to wait.
