Appointment was visit was exactly as promised

James is also courteous and answers all my numerous questions. Explains things so the average patient can understand. Leaves the door open to contact even after my release if needed. Dr. Lee was great as well when I did see him.

Doing a follow up in six weeks after therapy

Dr. Hunter did an excellent job assessing my shoulder and the MRI along with explaining the MRI results and how to proceed with therapy.

When you have a patient waiting in an exam room either see them or at the very least stop in and let them know you haven't forgotten them. Don't make them sit there for 30 minutes getting upset. I myself was about 30 seconds from getting up and leaving. My time is just as valuable as theirs!

My PA was very informative and pleasant. However the girl who came in to redress my wound was very inefficient and didn't know what she was doing. I hope I do not develop an infection from her inexperience.

I went to another orthopedic surgeon and found out I had 3 fractures, when Reid said I had two. I was never given the opportunity to view my xrays, so when I saw them for the first time with the non Reid Dr. I was shocked. Reid made me feel like they just ignored my concerns and my pain, as if I was seeking drugs; even though I had over half the prescription left after 5 weeks. A broken bones requires a cast for a minimum of 4 wks, I only had mine for 2.5 weeks. When I had called letting Ortho know I woke up with my cast half off, the nurse only told MD that my cast was loose, then when I didn't get a return call, I went to the walk in clinic, the NP refused to listen to me about only having my cast on for 2.5 weeks and that my next appointment with Dr Hunter was still 1.5 weeks away. I went for a second opinion after dealing with your staff ignoring me to find out my fractures were worse than I was told, and now its too late to correct it properly. I've had constant pain for 6 weeks and unable to do my job because I was just a number and not a patient

Jim Hunter has NO BEDSiDE MANNER. He was so full of himself. I will not see him again.

A lady by the name of susan in the outpatient xray was the best. I had appt scattered thru the day. She called and got them schedule one right after another. To say the least I had xrays. mammogram and blood work all in one hour.

All the text prior to my appointment were irritating. Same text over and over period of time

I was told I'm getting surgery but don't know when. On my chart it says I spoke with Dr. Lee and I did Not recieve a call from him. I would really like to get this clarified so I could tell my work place what and when this is happening.

He was going to set up Therapy but there is nothing in my after visit report mm that I see. The doctor and everyone I dealt with were outstanding - caring and pleasant
