I absolutely love Dr. Reichley and all the staff there she always listens to my concerns and explain things to me so I understand what's going on regarding my treatment anytime I need help or have to call in to Stateline the nurses and the people upfront are so awesome and nice I never have any problems and I always make sure that I get the help that I need this is probably the best doctor I've ever had and the best doctors office I've ever been to I really love it there thank you

Dr Reichley and Molly are amazing. Kind~ caring and very thorough. I feel the line of questioning on the phone~ when you initially arrive into a room and by the doctor are redundant.

I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour~ 30 minutes of it was just me there. No one gave update on wait time until I went to ask.
Overall~ I am very pleased with my experience. However~ for this visit~ there were some issues. This was for a prescription refill. I could not get in for 6 weeks. Even for routine needs~ I think that is way too long. In addition~ I had run out of medication and requested enough to tide me over. I had to leave a message. Without returning my call~ a 30-day refill was called in. When I neared the end of that refill (since it took so long to get me in)~ I called and left another message for sufficient medication to tide me over until my appointment. Nothing was called in~ and I did not receive a return call to let me know that. While the condition for which the prescription was prescribed (restless legs syndrome) is not serious~ it does keep me up at night. I had a pretty sleepy 10 days or so.In addition~ it was 1 hour and 15 minutes before I saw my doctor. Unfortunately~ it is rare that I am seen on time~ but this was the worst. It makes me feel like my time is not valued.
Dr. Reichley is an amazing physician. We are lucky to have her and I am fortunate that she takes the time needed with me and is very accommodating.

Dr. Reichley is a fantastic doctor. Molly is her awesome sidekick who makes you smile while she's sticking needles in your arms for inoculations. They make a great team and that's just a small sample of why I feel I have the best health care there is.

Overall service has been great for years
I was in for a medication refill check. The MA asked if I needed a refill on all my medications~ I said yes that I needed all of them refilled~ she proceeded to go over my entire list of current medications. (7 total). When I got to the pharmacy they only had 6. I asked the pharmacy to send over a request for the 7th one. The request was denied~ resulting in me having to call the refill request line. As of today~ I have not heard from the office or the pharmacy if the medication has been refilled. This is a BIG inconvenience due to having to call for a refill when I was just there for medication refills and having to go back to the pharmacy to pick up another prescription. (If it ever gets called in). :(
Dr. Reichley answered every question I had~ as she always does every time I see her.Unrelated to this visit - I have stopped scheduling appointments using the MyChart. On two different occasions~ I scheduled an appointment using MyChart and someone from Stateline called me within minutes each time telling me that that appointment day/time was not available and that it had to be cancelled. I call for appointments now. I thought this might be information that you would like to know.
I love Dr. Reichley~ she has been my doctor for a number of years and a number of hospital stays. One of the best doctors Reid has.
Dr. Reichley is such a caring provider and she listens to me and involves me in care decisions. I will be moving over an hour away~ but still plan to stay with her as my physician because she is so good at what she does. Molly~ her nurse~ is wonderful too - so caring and thorough.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reichley for many years and I have always been very happy with her care. She is very caring and is always looking at the best treatment for my medical issues. I'm very fortunate to have her as my Primary Care Physician.She is not just a good physician but she is a wonderful human being as well. She had to deliver the worse news to my husband and I that we have ever had ...that he has lung cancer~ and she cried right along with us. Tears aren't something that can just be turned on or off...they're in your heart.
I left a message about filling a prescription on a thursday and I didnt get a call back until the following monday. I ran out of my prescription in the mean time. My nurse was off on friday and nobody else apparently was able to cal me back and take care of my issue.
I cannot say enough kind words about Dr. Reichley. She has been in our lives for 21 years~ starting with my oldest daughter. She delivered my second daughter and has been my doctor over 10 years. Kind~ patient~ and listens! to all concerns I may have. does not make me feel as if I am wasting my time or hers. Highly recommend her to everyone I see~ even if she is not taking any new patients!
Provider is always smiling~ happy~ excited to see us. She answers all of our questions~ takes extra time for us. Her staff is always courteous and pleasant. I would recommend to anyone~ any time. As far as we are concerned~ the best pace~ the best Dr. in town.

Dr. Reichley and her entire staff are thorough~ caring~ and highly competent. Molly is an excellent nurse. Everyone does a terrific job in caring for my well being.
The staff are wonderful here! Very patient with my son who doesn't do well with vaccinations. They are more patient with him than I even am and do everything they can to make him more comfortable. Because of they're extra time and efforts he has become more tolerant and done better with them without syncope. Molly is amazing!
I am very satisfied with my doctor. Just wish Reid would take Aetna insurance~ so I don't have to change doctors.

Makayla schedule the appointment was extremely helpful. Samantha checked me was courteous and friendly. My experience is generally good at the office. I however didn't expect to be there over 2 hour for a wellness and an annual visit for my child. I understand there was a float person helping out that day and I tried to keep that in mind as we waited a lengthy time for shots and blood work. The most negative experience came when my child and I was finally getting ready to leave (after being 2 hours and 15 minutes) waiting on a visit summary and my child reminded me they needed a school excuse. I walk up the nurses station and requested this when I was told from some office person in black scrubs and no name tag that I could wait in the waiting room quite rudely for paperwork. After being there for over 2 hours~ my patience was gone. She whoever she is needs some refresher on customer service
When i go my annual appt with Dr. Reichley and her team i am always pleased with the time i spend in the office. Very rarely have to wait passed the time of initial appt. Her staff are always caring and know me so it makes me feel like i am in good hands. If I have any worries going into the appt after talking with staff and clinician i leave feeling better and my questions are answered to my satisfaction. I appreciate the professionalism i receive when i go into this office. I appreciate the time Dr Reichley and her staff take to answer my questions professionally and never have i felt that they were disregarding any of my concerns. I appreciate this office and all who work there.
I really like Dr. Reichley. There have been times when I wished she could have seen me sooner. However~ I realize that a good doctor gets very busy. I was glad that Dr. Hair was able to see me on a same day when my arm became very painful~ and that Dr. Reichley was able to follow up.
I was coughing so hard and needed help with allergies. They took me in and made sure I had the right med to keep me going.
Thanks so much for all your good care. I always feel like I am an important patient to the doctor and staff. This is good.
