The office staff is very friendly and efficient. The medical staff is well trained and helpful. They really care about the patients concerns, making the visits less stressful. Dr. Reichley has been my doctor for many years, I trust her with my medical needs.
My messages through MyChart were not answered in a timely manner this time when I requested medication. I had to call the office after 2 attempts. The staff person (Amy C.) replied to my message in a way that I didn't appreciate. She made a comment about the refill I needed being OTC. I had already included that comment in my message. I get a 90 day supply at $7.75 instead of a 30 day supply at a drug store for $18; a huge savings to me. This suggested to do this was from Dr. Reichley. I have to go to QuadMed for my other medications and they are free. This is the insurance game we all have to play; not my preferred choice. I have been with Dr. Reichley for nearly 30 years. I think xxx needs to adjust her verbiage to reflect understanding and customer service. Thank you!
The scheduling at this office has become atrocious. I am supposed to schedule exams every 3 months. The last two appointments there has been issues. They had to check if I could be worked in because they didn't have anything for over 3 months. This past appointment they didn't have a schedule so they wrote my name on a piece of paper. Hopefully I actually get called and they schedule me for June without issues.
I always have a great experience with Dr. Reichley and the rest of the staff!

I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. That's a first in this office. If the doctor is running that far behind, it might be nice is staff called to advise coming later than original appointment time. I was away from work longer than I could have been.

This office is just a joy. Dr Reichley and her team are top notch health care professionals . I have routinely made my appointment on Halloween as they really get into the spirit. It is very disappointing that the joy they had at work on Halloween was removed through a policy. I hope Reid will rethink this to bring the magic back.

I was the first person in with my appointment set at 8:40 am, I didn't see the Dr until 9:30. She is a great Dr, has awesome bedside manner and I trust her. But since she has joined Reid she is very hard to get in to and I feel like she is rushed every time I see her. Before when I would see her I felt like she remembered me when I would go in, now it doesn't seem that way. But it's understandable when you now have so many patients that you can't get an appointment for 3 months. She is a amazing Dr, I just miss how it use to be
