Everyone was friendly.

I had a great visit. Everyone was friendly and professional.

The visit was a waste of my time and money. It was a follow up. If he had checked my nose with scope would have been well worth it. Was 2 minutes in and out. Could have sent a text message. If I have to see ENT again will find another doctor.

It's ashame your no longer taking anthem I'll have to find a new provider I can no longer go to reid health

He answered my questions which relieved my concerns

I have been going to Dr. Jetmore since he came on board at ENT and I have always felt comfortable with him from the start. Always greets me with a hello and a handshake , and has always been responsive to my needs ! ?

My care was fine. I had no issue with the doctor, aside from where to go from this point. I told the medical assistant about my pain and she said it was insignificant enough so she would put 'none'. The person who took my blood pressure did not do it correctly. Then she asked if it was always this high. No, it isn't. She did not re-check, remarked that it was high but then sent me on my way.

I don't think I learned anything from my appointment unfortunately..

Dr Jetmore listened to me and made me feel like he cared and let me know things to try when and if I have another episode. I am terrified of this happening to me again and he eased my mind. He was fantastic!

We came on the wrong day and they still seen us, at the beginning I was not a fan of DR. Jetmore, but after months of appointments with my mom I seen a caring side and he's not afraid to cancel a surgery if something is not there, that was once there to me thats looking out for the patient very humbling.

I was treated with respect by the Dr. and attendant. They answered all my questions clearly so I could understand what was going on with me and gave me satisfactory answers.

Dr. Jetmore is amazing. He greeted me with a very nice smile he was very informative and caring, and he really took the time to listen to what I had to say. All the staff were very nice and quick about getting me in to be seen.

Through and quickly seen. Everyone was very nice and xxx loved talking to everyone and really enjoyed the lady who did his hearing test.

My after care notes were not entirely correct. I was quoted as stating things I did not state. This happened after my first visit and I let it go because I assumed it was a misunderstanding, but it happened again. There was also an issue with a couple more things in my notes that did not happen regarding the exam. Honestly, it is what it is - not going to argue over what did/did not happen. Will seek another provider in the future if further ENT services are necessary.

Called to find information about location of doctor's office @ med center in Connersville. Very confusing..1st they were giving info for another location (Richmond?) Then when they found it was Connersville, they didnt know layout of building (layout copy of building?) Other than that it proved to be a very successful visit. Thank you??

He said, exactley what do you want me to do for you!l think he could have acted like he cared a little.sometimes l feel they just don't care like they use to. Just another number to them. But it is that way all over the world.

The MD wouldn't listen to my concerns regarding ear pain. He brushed it off as referring pain. No other suggestions or treatments were offered.

Very gentle and caring and a listener. I really thought he took his time and handled the situation very well. I really liked him.

We generally have no problems, but this time something happened and when we checked in, it didn't get us checked in in the computer...sat in the waiting room for over an hour...but as soon as I asked, and they thought we were a no-show and realized the mistake, we were in and out in less than 15 minutes...might want to have receptionists pay closer attention to waiting room and ask people when they're sitting for over a certain amount of time

He may have sent my prescription for the ear drops to the wrong Walmart I need the Walmart in New Castle and I think he sent it to the Walmart in Richmond

Aside from the actual medical part the staff made sure to not only keep my daughter calm the dr offered to let her hold her hand while they did a scope which we weren't prepared for. She was well behaved the staff told her she was a pro because she did so well it may not seem like a big deal but she hasn't stopped talking about it which will make future appointments easier at any dr office. Lastly because she did so well they made sure to ask if she was allowed sugar and gave her a donut. Everyone made her feel like she was the most important patient there everyone did amazing making her day

If I need an ENT doctor in the future I will definitely make an appointment with Dr Jetmore

Receptionist wasn't particularly friendly but she did get me checked in quickly. I had to tell an assistant my ear issues first but she did not convey everything to the doctor. I wish I could have just explained everything to the doctor first. I have a lot of confidence in Dr Jetmore and his knowledge.

This Doctor, Dr. David Jetmore(less) wasn't interested in checking out what I was concerned about. He didn't address what I came there for. (He was doing a good job instructing the student with him.) He did a routine check, I'm sure. I have a lump he didn't even try to feel it. No, I don't want to use a nose spray that will not manage the concern i came in for. Thank you, but no thanks. He made the comment he was working for me, well, he's fired. Very disappointed. Thanks for asking.

I was really looking forward to this appointment because of the ongoing issues I've been having with my ear. The hearing test appointment seemed really thorough, and I was happy to learn that I didn't have any permanent hearing loss. The appointment with Dr. Jetmore wasn't even really an appointment. He only asked me a few questions, but did not even look at my ear. I was really hoping to get some relief, but was basically told there's nothing that can be done. But without looking in my ear, how can that be determined? I thought he was just asking a few preliminary questions before doing an exam, so I was shocked when he got up and left the room and that was the end. It felt like a complete waste of time and I got zero answers. Extremely frustrating after waiting so long for this appointment. Everyone in the office was very nice, but I left without having any clear steps or diagnosis. Because of this experience and no resolution, I'm looking into seeing another doctor elsewhere.
