Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr. Jetmore was very thorough with his explanation of the procedure that he was going to be doing. I was very comfortable with the whole experience.

Everyone was friendly and I was seen in a timely manner, but I felt like the ENT doctor already made up his mind on me before he came in. I didn't feel like the appointment was worth my time.

Dr Jetmore and the staff at ENT are exceptional . I My only disappointments was I was hot get two prescriptions snd only one was called in. While there I called the offic and they said they would call it in then. They did not, the pharmacy called th.em, afterrvsn hour I left because they had not received a call . Disappointing!

Dr. Jetmore was great. Performed the procedure right in the office and I was on my way home within an hour.

I had a very positive experience with everyone there. Dr. Jetmore ordered another test for me and I'm still waiting for it to be scheduled. It's been 4 days since my appointment and I still haven't been contacted.

I made the appt to have my ears cleared/flushed but was told they were essentially clear but needed a hearing test. I went home and tried cleaning myself and removed a moderate amount of debris. I'm not inclined to pay for that visit

Dr. Jetmore was OUTSTANDING as was the assistant who came in prior to him and did my blood pressure & notes. They both explained everything that was going to happen with my scope and were patient and compassionate. He was very personable and straightforward. I would highly recommend him!! In the future if I have issues, I will see him again.

Dr. Jetmore explained the Inspire device to my son and myself very well. He was kind and easy to understand, and answered the questions we had.

As usual, the staff were efficient, respectful, and friendly.

I was pleased with the visit with the ENT staff and Dr. Jetmore.

Dr. Jetmore was great. He was friendly and thorough.

Dr. Jetmore gave us much information to think about and answered our questions.

I was only there for ten minutes. It could have been a phone call or a message in My Chart that I did not qualify for the Inspire. Now I'm probably going to be charged $200 that I don't have just to pay for a ten minute visit with a specialist.

Dr. Jetmore is very friendly and answered questions I had in a direct way that I could easily understand.

Dr Jetmore was exceptional -knowledgeable and personable. He must be an outstanding model to his staff. This was true at both my surgery and my postoperative appointment.
