The provider was the best and showed concern and care of me .
Everyone was so kind and helpful. Dr. Jetmore even pulled out some CAT scans I had it out in February from a different doctor. Offered all kinds of help to further beyond to correct my issue.

He was great, but neither one of us knew why I was there.. government doesn't listen to me.. when I need help I definitely ask, but GOD doesn't let me put anyone out unless it's needed.. I pray that government allows me to get the help GOD opens my eyes to.. but I don't ask for it unless I need it.. I felt bad because I hate putting people out unless it's necessary.. The Dr. Was awsome and I was very satisfied with our game plan ,, be explained everything ... His nurse that weighes me in and took my medical info was not very nice at times .i tils her what hospital I wanted my CT scan at ,and then she said I said I wanted somewhere else at connersville ,and she had a problem.wirh the location of my pharmacy and I told her ,and my friend was with me and said yes she said georges in connersville a.d hrr ct scan at rushville ,they were given to ber at separate times.she caught her breath a.d said thats not what you said so I 'll ja e to change everything ,,sbe must have been having a bad day and took it out on me .. But the doctor couksnt help what she did and said .

Office and building were all very nice. Waiting room is big and spacious. Lady at the desk was so nice and patient. I only had to wait a few mins before they called me back. Didnt have to wait long for doctor at all. They were quick but efficient and answered my questions. Dr Jetmore is nice and friendly.
Very positive to have explored this options of health care and all patients should be told about this procedures to help people

There was only one incident that I had it was when they moved me to 5th floor that I had a diarrhea it took them good half hour or more to come and help me to get cleaned up and change sheeyonbed

He cleaned my ears out. Asked me if I felt like needed a audio test. Well I don't know. I have alot of ringing in my ear. He said well I can't do anything about that. Ok. I understand. So why am I here? Your the dr. You should know what steps to take next. He asked no other questions about my nose throat or anything else. I may have been in there 5 minutes. I am not confident in him at all.

Dr. Jetmore and the nurse assisting him ( I don't know her name) were the only people who took me seriously. I have a significant issue and all other visits to Reid Health I was passed off to the next person and told to take ibuprofen.

Need to know what they are doing better
I waited a month for this appointment expecting to get close to my problem only to be sent to another doctor. It appears to be a cycle of sending me from doctor to doctor without a resolution. The doctor and staff was very nice and professional. I'm just frustrated that I have to continue to deal with this problem until I've been seen by the full list of doctors before a resolution is found.
Dr was relaxed and personable. Didn't try to hurry me up. Asked me several times if i had questions. When i did explained throughly . Hope he has a long career with Reid. Positive experience. Nurse very nice and helpful too.

Idk what is going on w Reid but 90% of the drs out there have become short w the patients and cocky to the point of rudeness.
There was no wait period, the office was very efficient, and Dr. Jetmore was very prompt, very kind and very competent. More doctors should have his personality and kindness.
Dr. Jetmore was receptive to cleaning my ears manually instead of using the suction machine. My tinnitus flared up and any sound was disturbing so this was greatly appreciated!

I found Dr. Jetmore to be aware of my ongoing problem, and explained to me in depth what had happened, and what is currently going on. He was pleasant, and seemed to want me to be well informed, and know exactly what to expect.
