This facility and providers and nurses, have done what they needed to medically at the time. I wish they had more equipment and more staff . They have been very patient with all the medical conditions I have. Even on my bad days. We need this facility here. The care provided to each patient and the times through still struggling through addictions and other pandemics.. this facility does try to medically focus for the best interest of the patients medical concerns for each individual.even when they are exhausted. I really like Dr. Duncan. He is so kind, compassionate, thorough in discussing options and treatments, and makes sure that all of my questions are answered. He is a special doctor and I am so thankful to be his patient! My only issue is that it can be difficult to get in. This appointment was scheduled over 6 weeks ago for a time sensitive issue.

Dr. Duncan is one of the most caring and compassionate providers I have seen as a patient at Reid Health, in general. To add, the staff at Reid OB GYN, from check-in all the way through to check-out, has always been pleasant and made visits enjoyable. Kudos to the office leadership that no doubt lead by example.

I absolutely love Dr Duncan....He has the best bedside manner and very engaging and told me every step he was going to do before he did it and then during.... I highly recommend him and he is wonderful and very much liked by me and as I can see by the nurses as well. Such a great appt I had today because of him.

This Md is totally unacceptable!!! He spoke down to me like I was Ignorant!!! Until I told him I was a nurse. THEN he started ordering tests. He performed NO type of exam when I told him I was there for s/s of my bladder dropping. All he did was press a few places on my ABD. I will be writing an Extensive Review on Google about him!

I love doctor Duncan but my experience as a whole here has been awful i have never left feeling okay. My feet were swollen and the obgyn i got that day didn't order my compression socks . I was miserable my whole pregnancy because i threw up so much

I was a little nervous about seeing a male OB. Luckily for me I didn't have to have an exam. That being said he was very nice, listened to me, didn't dismiss my pain, and was cautious of my sexual PTSD.

Dr Duncan is always so wonderful and I appreciate his caring attitude every time! I recommend him to everyone!

This was my first visit as a new patient with Dr. Duncan. I can see why he came highly recommended. His expertise and knowledge was just as laudable as his bedside manner. It felt great to have soneone listen to me and thoroughly explain all my options. He never rushed me and was sincerely concerned. I left with more answers and a huge sense of relief--more than I had gotten with my previous doctor. All the staff and his nurse were also kind and caring. I'm glad I made the choice to switch to Reid.

There's obviously reason's one may feel uncomfortable going in for a obgyn visit, but all those anxieties vanish once you get in the office and interact with the staff. That says a lot in itself. I truly feel as though they care about any concerns I have. As well as my opinion on my plan of care. I'd highly recommend him to any loved one I had looking for a obgyn.

Very long wait

Dr. Duncan is not only a great physician when you need to see him, but also a great physician being seen from the outside as a nursing educator for Ivy tech that does clinical rotations with students on the FBC. He was very thorough and knew a lot coming into my consultation with him. The world needs more Dr. Duncan's. For birthing mothers, women who are passing through that phase and need other options and for students. I recommended him to anyone who needs care in this specialty.

Dr. Duncan took very good care of me and made sure I was comfortable. As well did his nurse. I will see them for future advice.
