All the staff were extremely professional, very courteous upbeat had smiles on their face and generally made me feel like someone special instead of just another patient. And having been with my deceased wife on countless Dr and specialty visits and ER visits and hospital stays and how on many occasions, it was so difficult for me to walk away feeling good because sometimes it appeared. She was being treated like just another patient.... And I actually used to say it was because she was there so often and many times for the same reason that when they saw her, they recognized her and wanted to be anywhere else but there. So my visit was very warm and an extremely pleasant surprise.... And this was the first time I ever met my doctor and she was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to go over so many different things with me about options that were available, including another referral for some different testing that I wasn't even aware existed. So I'm very grateful for that and I feel like regarding my purpose of being there that I'm in very good hands and that I will eventually get a good resolution to my situation that brought me there to begin with.

Everyone was nice and friendly and very helpful. I also explained that I tried other options before going to the ER. The ER was my last option to go to, because I know how understaffed and busy they are. And I mean that in a nice way.

The staff were exceptional

Dr. Jiang was extremely courteous and respectful. She listens and hears me when it comes to my care. She involves me in every decision that's made about my medical conditions. Her staff is top-notch also. I wish all my other medical providers were like this office. I drive an hour and a half (one way) to be seen and cared for. It's worth it to get the best care I've ever had.

Dr Jiang was fantastic! Explaining everything to me explicitly and setting me up to be tested with an allergist! I have been suffering for over 6 months, so I am thrilled to see this allergist!! Dr Jiang is amazing!

Dr Jiang is an outside the box thinker. She solved my multiple issues with a new style Trach tube I'd switched over to because the old ones were no longer available. She definitely listened to what I was saying. Reid is lucky to have such a wonderful bright doctor working for them.

Dr Jiang and her staff are wonderful, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Every time I have an appointment or when I had surgery, I am made to feel at ease and they make sure all my questions are answered.

I did not expect Dr. Jiang to know my medical history, I have not talked to my PCP about the ongoing issue of my sinus issues. This is the first time I have vocalized my issue. Dr. Jiang was very professional and dealt with me in a caring way.

Staff is always friendly! Dr. Jiang always takes the time to answer our questions and involves my daughter in her conversations, not just us, her parents.

This was my first visit at Reid EMT. They were very helpful and very polite and friendly. When the first person to come in the room, she was through and asked questions and gave information. When the doctor came in she was through and she told me how I could improve my health by eating times earlier at night, she said less coffee or no coffee. She told me about having my nose frozen and then scoped down to my throat. I would recommend Reid EMT to anyone who needed their services.

From my first encounter, Dr. Jiang has gone above and beyond to answer my questions. She takes her time with me, I never feel rushed. Her kind demeanor and spirit make the 2 hour drive to Reid a pleasure.

She wanted to make sure I was able to get new trache tubes and supplies as soon as possible. She had a very calm presence and made me feel like she truly cared about what I wanted or needed.
