This was the 1st time I was seen by this provider, and I would highly recommend her to others.

Everyone in this office is wonderful. My kids and I always LOVE going in to see the staff and Dr.

The 4 month wait list to get an ear tube to drain the fluid that was causing hearing loss, discomfort, and pain seems crazy when the fix took 15 minutes from start of appt to completion. Maybe a day dedicated to patients with clear need for ear tube placement seems like it could be very helpful.

Everyone was pleasant and I especially liked the doctor.

Awesome I can't say enough great things about my provider and the entire staff. I love the Reid Teams.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Jiang! She is truly a blessing to the ENT team! Couldn't ask for my son to be in better care!

Was a wonderful visit to discuss surgical treatment. Dr. Jiang took the time to explain the treatment and answered all my questions.

Dr. JIANG WAS VERY INFORMARIVE, AND CAREFUL WITH MY EARS. ALSO VERY PERSONABLE. AT THE FRONT DESK, MINDY WAS SO KIND AND HELPFUL. AND ATTENTIVE TO EVERYTHING.

Doctor was not provided good info from my PCP. That is the only reason she did not know my medical history.

Was very pleased with the doctor, her asst. and the way I was treated.

I was able to have this appointment after the 8:00 one was cancelled after the 9:30 appointment I had at the same location at 10:00... saving another appointment to come back on another day...

Each lady I interacted with was so polite and helpful. The Dr and nurse that was in the room with me was extremely helpful and quick to answer any and all my questions. I have high functioning anxiety not once was it triggers from the time I walked in the door to the time I left which I was surprised. I would definitely recommend anyone to the office. I can't stress enough how amazing my visit was and how much I appreciate their compassion and enthusiasm for their jobs. Thank you ladies for all the help very much appreciated

I'm my experience was very positive at the ENT facility from the beginning of my appointment to the end. The receptionist was welcoming , I like that! Both Dr. were great , Dr Ulrich, not sure of spelling, was so kind & explained everything that I was going to be tested for-thank you! Next , Dr. Jiang , I'm so impressed with our meeting, I have great confidence in her in just one meeting. I feel like my medical concerns were heard by her & she can help me. Thank you !
