Where do I begin......... I absolutely love Reid & their staff. I remember the first time I came to Reid in Richmond. I had gotten hit by a truck while riding a bike & broke my right collar bone. I can't remember names but I remember the care I received & it was amazing?. Ive been having issues recently & tbh, im closer to Connersville hospital. But my recent experience there will ensure that i NEVER step foot in that hospital again. Which is why i drive 45 minutes to Richmond for all my healthcare needs?

The Dr. took his time to explain everything to me. I appreciate this quality tremendously and it helped me to not worry. I feel safe in my Dr.s care.

The question did the provider talk about preventing injury or illness didn't apply at all. Everyone in the office was pleasant. This is my first visit and I had a good impression. I trust this Dr. So far

After receiving a skin condition diagnosis, I didn't realize it was a lifelong condition, that can be managed until I was reading about it when I got home. When I was given diagnosis and treatment I thought it would take two weeks of applying cream twice a day, and it would be gone.

Dr. Clemente is quick with visits but is very nice. Answered all my questions. Would recommend him!

Dr. Clemente and the nurse assisting him were beyond amazing. I previously had a not so great experience and they changed how I felt about the OB. Dr. Clemente listened to me and heard what my concerns were. I left feeling very optimistic and exciting to restart my pregnancy journey.

I don't blame the provider for the false positive on my blood work results, but it could have been handled on a much better way. He made me feel like something was seriously wrong and I was crazy to question it, but when I talked with other doctors, they confirmed false positives do happen and to retest before worrying us unnecessarily. I didn't feel listened to during the appointment.

I wish I had more details on my ultrasound when it came to the baby and knowing it's health

I see many doctors, NPs, Nurses in the OB/GYN department as I'm 30 weeks pregnant and I thought, at first, I wouldn't be comfortable with it but EVERY single person has been kind and caring and always sees me a timely manner. Even the receptionist etc are so kind!

Dr. Clemente and staff give expert medical care and are always positive and caring. I always leave there feeling optimistic and well-cared for.

I love my Doctor and all the staff. I was welcomed with a smile, checked in right away and was in to see the Doc before I could even get comfy in the chair. The Tech was very caring and reassuring to my concerns for being there. I hadn't been seen by a gynecologist in many years because I was scorned and yelled at the last time I went to one, in my late 40's. I was told, "I was wasting their valuable time, to never take up their time by making an appointment again. I was too old to be seen and no longer needed this type of care." So I thank all your staff for being so kind and caring and taking care of my health needs. My doc and staff is primo 5+++ i will be telling everyone I know how wonderful this team is. As always Reid Health Rocks!! Thanks again!

I like the provider I saw. But I am 30 weeks pregnant and am high risk. The nurses never call me back if I have a question. I came in today and they didn't know what I was being seen for. It's extremely frustrating. I have yet to speak with a dietician due to gestational diabetes. It has been three weeks, but "they will call me". After this pregnancy I will never come here again.

I was very upset when I arrived due to a diagnosis I received the week before, what I was told and what the actual facts were was totally different. Dr Clemente and his assistant were / are a wonderful Team!!
