I love how he gave me visual paradigms and explained my options to me. I'd love for Clemente to stay my doctor. I had already heard good things about him from previous clients.

It's good that we are getting some where with my daughters problems and the Dr explained things very well for us to understand

The question about preventing illness ior injury was to early in the beginning assessment. That may come in future appointnents. Just wanted to bring that point out because it makes my provider look incompetent. There should be another entry for the patient to sress this point.

Dr. Clemente was very prompt, informative, and prepared. He was as gentle as possible and compassionate about my situation. His staff was just as prepared and knowledgeable anticipating what he needed from them.

From check in to check out, everybody was kind and helpful with a caring atmosphere! Keep up the great work to all!!!

This was my first time visiting with Dr Clemente so he was not aware of my PMH. I am aware of my PH and informed him of everything he needed to make him updated with it. He was very thorough and explained to me of my options, but left the decision up to me for my choices for my care.

I had an appointment to see the OB/GYN after my ultrasound and I waited for over an hour. I still never seen my doctor and had to reschedule. Then they put in my chart that I seen said doctor and put information in that I was unaware of.

Dr Clemente explained everything about my procedure and we discussed follow up care and what I need to do next. I didn't feel rushed at all and I felt confident in his decisions about my health.

Dr.Clemente and his office staff from the time I walked thru the door were very friendly and Dr. Clemente made me feel very comfortable, going over my medical history leading to the reason I was being seen, he explained the procedure that he was going to perform and in the end took the time to ask me if I had any questions for him. I could not have been in better hands and know I have found my new OB/ GYN Dr . I have been a patient at Reid since 2012 , everyone has always been so kind from the Oncology Dept , lab area and now OB/GYN. Thank you for the excellent patient care.

Even though I had to wait a little loner tha expected because of an emergency with another patient the nurses and front desk staff were so understanding and apologetic for the time delay. Every single person I talked to at my visit was so nice and talk me through very thing so I wasn't so nervous.

Was very nice meeting the doctor for the first time. Very professional!

The office staff were welcoming and friendly. The nurse was thorough and confirmed that she could speak openly about my health in front of my mom who was with me. Dr. Clemente was "so fun". I mean, if you have to be at the GYN at my age, it is a stressful and tense situation. Dr. Clemente entered the room and the atmosphere just shifted. He was polite, had a friendly disposition the whole time and took his time explaining everything to me. He explained everything he was going to do in easy to understand vocabulary. He took time to listen to/answer all of my questions. He explained what my next steps should be and that when I come back in two weeks we will go over the treatment plan and decide together the best course for me. I was very comfortable with him and he made me feel like my health was important and he seemed genuinely interested in helping me both with my current "issue" and with my future female health. I would 100% recommend him to my friends and family.

He was very explaining to where I understood what was going on and not only about what I was there for and my other diagnosis. Little confused on which ovary had the mass Dr office said left ovary his paperwork said the right ovary so I'm wondering which is it the right or the left

I have confidence in Dr. Clemente and his staff. They are positive, caring and professional.

If the doctor would have spent a few minutes with me he would've no that what he did didn't work.

Not sure why you have patients to complete online registration info and then are asked for the info again upon check in. It's a waste of the patients time.

Dr Clemente is awesome, it seems like he really cares about you and your health. Would definitely come to him again!

Although I very much appreciate his efficiency, when this doctor is meeting someone for the first time, he should prioritize exchanging a few pleasantries so he feels like a person who is a doctor not just a doctor to his new patients. Especially since the next time I see him I might very well be pushing a human out and it would be nice to feel like the doctor helping me do that sees me as a name not a number.

My doctor seemed more through than any OB/GYN I've EVER seen. And he was so kind. And explained everything before he did anything. He is great, I have found a new doctor for the rest of my life. He's not a doctor Reid would want to loose, he is a major asset to that hospital NO DOUBT!

Got hurt in the elevator when the door closed on my elbow. Sharp electric shock down whole arm. MUCH pain! Am still in great pain and not able to move arm. (LImited range of motion.) I did tell the nurse what had happened. She advised Ice and Tylenol.

Dr. Clemente is a very good Dr. He takes his time and is very thorough. I could not have asked for a better Dr to care for me. I trust him whole heartedly and am 100% positive you are very fortunate to have such a wonderful Dr. On your staff! I would recommend Dr. Clemente to anyone!
