Everyone at Reid is very caring and helpful and the doctors

I was happy with this Doctor he seemed to care and listen to my concerns

I actually arrived late due to a watch that was not set with the new time. Dr. Choudary could have turned me away but was kind enough to fit me in to his schedule. I am really appreciative he had his nurse assistant call me and tell me it would help my triglycerides if I lowered my carb intake. I know he wanted to proceed with a heart catherization that I do realize is the next step. I explained when it comes to heart surgery I felt more comfortable with Saint Vincent's Heart Center for my surgeries. I mentioned I have considered Dr. Michael Ball. I welcome Dr. Choudary to be part of the team. I hope I have not left anyone with hard feelings. I Like and respect Dr. Choudary. Every one at Reid has always been very kind and professional.

They have always treated me good

Dr. Choudary is always kind, we talk business and then some small talk. We are usually both laughing when we are done. The girl who does the Tele cart appointments, I think it's Jamie, is also very kind and has a way of putting you at ease while you wait for the computer connection. Have never had a problem with the either!

There was little or no information at check out from nurse or receptionist, incorrect communication between cardiologist office and Reid lab. Not very professional.

The Dr and Associates gave me the utmost best possible care.

I am thankful that Dr. Choudary met with me despite the fact that I was late getting to the cardiology appointment. He was direct and to the point. I am looking forward to seeing the lab results because of our treatment plan.

It was a very good visit. Everyone was very professional.

This was a follow up to a recent hospital stay. I had a minimal wait in both the waiting room and the exam room, All the staff was professional and courteous. I felt I was listened to and also given adequate explanations to questions I had.

He was very respectful and friendly. He shook my hand and ask me questions about my health issues. I was very impressed with him.

All staff were great. Only complaint I could have was, I was taken back to the room 15 minutes after my appointment time. Not the end of the world, it was all done in a timely manner after that point.

There was a very long wait to see Dr. Choudary - it sounds like earlier patients had shown up late and wrecked the schedule. Having said that, Dr Choudary is soooo worth the wait! Great person. Great doctor.

I thought the hospital pre-registration was supposed to have contacted me within 48 hours regarding setting up an appointment for an Ultrasound.

He did a good thorough job. He was filling in for another doctor, so I was satisfied with what he did definitely professional.

I really like this Doctor.

I have avoided Reid for years, opting for major care issues out of town. Recently was diagnosed with a possible heart condition and decided I would rather be closer to home for this care. My wait time was not overly long. The nurse that took my information/vitals was very nice, but she did ask when my last EKG was completed since it was not in my chart. I told her my family doctor have taken an EKG 12 days prior and was told it had been sent over. She did finally find it, and noted it was with the referal from the family doctor. She said this like it was unusual, but seem to me that would be the exact place it should have been. The doctor was also very nice but not very informed. He never mentioned my EKG results, was unaware of my BNP score from my labs until I told him, I wonder if there was something else on those labs he did not catch. Even though the nurse had a list of my medications, again, the doctor did not have any idea what I was taking until I informed him. I realize that my condion can't be propery diagnosed without the needed test's I have scheduled, but he was very non-commital. I will continue my care with the Reid and the doctor to see if there are any improvement.

The Doctor was great, but the LPN that brought me back and checked me In should probably make sure she has the right patient before checking them in. She started asking me the questions and I soon realized that she had the wrong person and she was changing somebody else's chart with my information.

I think if your doctor is going to be over 1 hour late for the app. some one should have told us ,, and make a new app. if that was needed.

My scheduled appointment time was 10:45. I had to wait 1 hour for the Dr. The staff could have checked with me to explain that the Dr. was going to be very late. I like my Dr. very much, but just like him my time is valuable. It offends me when I'm asked to come 15 minutes before the appointment and then I wait an hour to see the Dr.

I am grateful for Dr. Choudary listening carefully to my concerns. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that my visit was going to be conducted via video: if I had known that, perhaps I could have met with him from my home rather than driving to his office at Reid.

I just wished I would've known he was not there and could do a video call that would have save me a trip to Reid . And $50. . instead of paying then finding out

Overall my visit went well, in fairness, I am new with this cardiologist and new to Richmond so, I feel we are still getting to know each other. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Awesome Doctor

I wish we could have done the echo and stress test today too. I talked to the doctor for around 10-15 minutes but we didn't do the other two things. Now I have to use more vacation time to get off work another day for the echo and stress test.

I'm sure my physician was running behind for a very good reason. He is generally punctual. Once he came and began the appointment, he did his usual great job and spent ample time with me. I left totally satisfied with the care and evaluation I received.

I got rid of my doctor that was for the last 10 years and turned over to this character and provider and they are doing a great job for me
