Very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Knows the patient medical history and how to relate to the patient.
Doctor Halladay not only answered all my questions concerning my husband but also asked how I was doing. I almost cried.
Doctor was very thorough and patient.
The doctor was excellent. Very thorough and took his time explaining what was going on with my tremors and the different types of treatment. Very impressed with him
Dr. Halladay was so informative and answered all questions Plus more. Hope you keep him as he's great
Nothing. Survey says it all.
Efficient visit and thorough discussion of my health issue.
I have confidence in Reid Neurology department past and present!
I had an excellent service. I don't know what to do next since my husband and I have blue cross and blue shield insurance and I am told our insurer is not accepted by Reid. Since we are expecting future needs we are upset to need searching for other hospitals and providers.
Dr . Halladay was informative; but he talked a lot; I felt I had to struggle to comment, or ask a question. However he definitely left an opening for me to ask about leg numbness I had been experiencing. He diagnosed that as sciatica. I was given treatment options & info on the sciatica, as well as a site to research. 9 out of 10
Reid should keep Dr. Halladay around. He is a wonderful asset to your practice!
Really excellent experience. My doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. Staff were great. Thank you!
I just wish it was a little easier to get on my chart.com other than that I'm very pleased Thank you
I really liked this doctor you should hire him to replace fr croswell
For the first time visit with this Dr, I am very satisfied.
Doctor very informative with my current conditions, what to expect in the future, answered my questions, listened to my concerns.
The office staff is always great! My appointment was w/Dr Halladay. I was impressed with his knowledge and when he walked in the room he was familiar with my health hx. He has a great personality and explained everything he was saying in layman's terms so I would have a clear understanding. I am not a fan of having Locums for my care. I don't like to be bounced around from dr to dr. However, I know Dr Halladay is a locum, but I think Reid should really consider keeping him. He would definitely be an asset to Neurology and Reid. On another note, the only thing I do not like, is when my appointment is done and before I walk out of the room, the MA schedules my next appointment. I should have a say when have scheduling my next appointment. The office staff does not know my schedule. I noticed this has happened my last 2 visits. This is the only office that does this. When the MA handed me my Visit Summary (which doesn't need to be printed because I look in MyChart-another thing I should be asked before wasting the paper. Again, this is the only office that prints this off and doesn't even ask if I want it printed) she told me my appointment was scheduled. I told her that I would have to look at my schedule to see if the date/time was ok. She looked at me and said "You can just call and reschedule ". I didn't care for that response. Now I have to waist my time and reschedule an appointment that I didn't have a say so on the date and time. Thank you
It is a little awkward having to see a different doctor for most appointments. I assume it's hard to keep doctors in Richmond and I've had to change 3 of my doctors to Oxford Ohio. Dermatology, GI and Rheumatology. I also see a mental doctor through Meridian but here in Richmond. I do believe my Neurology care is suffering. I'm just glad my health is stable right now.
I like him Very thoroughly discussing my case. Nice guy wish they were all like him!
He was very personable and knowledgeable besides my personal provider he was the very best doctor I've had. I felt good when I left! Thank you
I just wish he would have been a little more personable. However I did appreciate the Dr found over my meds and I agreed with his suggestion.
The visit was for my husband. It could have caused him much frustration and discouragement, but Dr. Halladay was amazing .
Really refreshing to have a doctor that's super transparent and speaks to the patient's level!
2nd best doctor i have met for my diagnosis. wish he was going to be permanent.
Provider was friendly and informative... unfortunate he's not staying more than just a year
I don't like seeing different Drs each time. I liked the one today hope I have him for awhile Thanks xxx
I will try to start taking my meds
My experience was a pleasant one.
My visit was great done in a timely manner. Very professional staff.
