Having trouble getting a Preauthorization to begin Repatha. Seems the Greenville Office does not know how to do preauthorizations and have referred to Reid in Richmond? Had an appointment with Dr. Chong on Mon. 6/9 and someone was to check into it but called the pharmacy today (Fri.) and they are still waiting on the Pre-Authorization for the Repatha AND a refill approval for Ezetimibe. Never had trouble before getting prescription renewal. It appears Pre-Authorizations must take a very long time. I've been waiting for weeks.
