Dr.Brandenstein is a great doctor. She has always treated me with respect, listened about my issues. Reid is lucky to have her. She is the first gynecologist to actually listen to me about my issues,and fixed the problem. She is the only one I trust. She deserves appreciation for her services she provides for women.

My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 but I was not seen until 11:30. However, when I was seen, I really liked my provider and thought she was professional, and really listened to me. I did not feel rushed or feel brushed off by her.

Dr. Brandenstein is always most helpful and listening to all of my concerns. She gives me her undivided attention. I highly respect her. My concern and frustration is the fact that my appointment was at 11:00 and I didn't see Dr. Brandenstein until 12:00. I understand having to wait a bit. Things happen, folks get behind. However, I cannot help wondering, if Dr. B. and the other physicians are being overbooked!

I saw Dr. Brandenstein for the first time after having a poor healthcare experience with another provider so I was apprehensive, but she was nothing shy of incredible. She had amazing bedside manner, knew my medical history, and took pen/paper notes, which seemed more personal than having her face glued to a laptop, like some other providers. She had answers for all of my questions and offered solutions based on my preferences. Will absolutely return to see her.

Dr Brandenstein and her assistant are the best! She cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to take care of us. She makes you feel comfortable to talk about anything. There is no embarrassment regarding your sexual health when you are with her. I am a person to her, not just a patient. If she ever leaves reid, I will as well. She needs to be recognized for the personal care she provides. If I had a vote, she would receive the humanity in medicine award and the Rhoades award.

The kind woman that took my blood was SO AMAZING. The best phlebotomist I've ever been to. She even had to stick my twice in the same vein and it was not painful or bruised whatsoever. She was so kind and sweet. I wish she could take my blood every time.

Wait time was around an hour but the waiting room was full and there was a steady flow of folks in and out. Got to watch some HGTV, so I was content. Dr Brandenstein was wonderful,very kind, very personable and did a great job explaining the importance of self breast exams and what to watch for. She seemed to truly care about women's health and made me feel comfortable during a very personal exam. Offered to get me set up with an appointment for a mammogram and gave me contact info for a dermatologist. The nurse who worked with me was also very kind and made me feel welcome. (I wish I could recall her name, looked to be about ready to birth a baby any day.) :) Woman that checked me in was also very friendly. Worked my way backwards there but was an all around good experience!
