All personnel were friendly, courteous & professional. First visit w/this practice & very satisfied/pleased w/results. Dr Carpenter was very thorough, informed & interested.

Dr Carpenter has been amazing doctor for my father! He honestly changed his entire outlook on getting older and has helped him to quit smoking after 50 plus years. There isn't one person who thought he could ever quit and Dr Carpenter talked to him and just said give it a shot. Two years of non smoking has changed his life. He is living again and our family is grateful for a great doctor!

I love my PC Doctor and the entire Reid system. I am however very disappointed in Reid's stance with Anthem. If I have to change my provider because of this, I will never switch back to Reid if this ever gets resolved.

It was a smooth painless experience. I can not state any complaints at this time. I was satisfied with my care.

Dr Chase is so great He listens and I hever feel rushed. It is a shame the x-ray and lab services were discontinued at the office

The Carpenters are great! The best PCPs in town!

It was difficult to get into the schedule even though my needs are painful and urgent. Initially I was offered an appointment 5 weeks into the future. Had to request a special exception and got an appointment for 2 days later. Getting an appointment for acute sickness is too difficult and makes one feel like a burden.

Dr. chase carpenter is very easy to talk to. He makes me comfortable and confident that he is a knowledgeable doctor.

I think it is absolutely insane that I got got ask my child's assigned gender at birth !! This is utter nonsense and more people need to Speak up about this woke ideology! No one assigned my child a gender they were created in my womb by God, and given the gender that they will have the rest of their life, and nothing can change that! I have talked with a lot of different people, and they are upset about this as well !! Stop furthering this agenda !!!!

Dr. Carpenter spent a great deal of time with us going over test results. We never felt rushed and he had a great deal of patience with an antsy child who was just ready to leave! I would definitely recommend Dr. Carpenter to other families, especially those with small children.

He was a nice and competent person and I felt comfortable with him. I would have liked a longer visit but I understand the limitations placed on doctors with high client loads. I will consider returning if the treatment helps me.

Dr. Carpenter is very thorough and listens to what I ask and say. Dr. Carpenter is my 4th Doctor since Dr. Hartman retired. I was with Dr. Hartman for 22 years. I hope that Dr. Carpenter stays and he will be my last doctor. He is great.
