All staff was friendly, from time I walked in the door to time I left was less than an hour for the visit and that included having x-rays performed! Provider was very detailed and informative. Would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family and return if needed!!

Everyone was absolutely amazing!!! I took my son in there right before closing time with a wrestling injury and they all went above and beyond and I can't appreciate them enough!!! All 4 ladies deserve a gold star and that includes the 2 out front ,the Dr and nurse!!!!!

While I had a little time to wait, it was relatively short for a walk-in clinic. While this provider could not a specific diagnosis, she was able to alleviate a number of concerns and recommend steps to take until I could get in to see specialist.

I think the walk-in clinic is an amazing thing. If someone is in pain they don't have to wait a month or more for an appointment and they don't have to waste time going to their family doctor for a referral

PA D Lollathin was excellent in taking care of my OA in my knee. She communicated in layman language and answered all of my questions. She administered a shot and gave me followup possibilities as to future actions I might take according to the effectiveness of the steroid injection. My whole visit was an hour or less..from check in to xrays to injection to checking out...could not have been better. Staff should be complimented especially from a "walk-in" clinic type of operation.

I just want to say thank you. My daughter injured her wrist during a volleyball game and we rushed there to be seen. We had arrived 15 minutes prior to the office closing, but the staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and kind despite our late arrival. We never once felt rushed or unwelcome because of this. I work in healthcare, and I know that there can be frustration with late patients. I just want to express my sincere gratitude for the welcoming environment.

This provider went above and beyond! She respected my concerns, answered all my questions and Was kind and sensitive to my anxieties. And my concerns for medications.

I was in the examining room slightly more than an hour after arrival. Dr. Lollathin was very thorough determining the nature of my injury. She showed me the x-rays and explained the probable cause. She gave me exercises that would lessen the pain. She recognised the extreme pain I was in and prescribed medication to help. She obtained a wheel chair and took me to my car making sure I was able to get into it. If I have need to go to the Ortho Clinic in the future, I would hope Dr. Lollathin is my physician.

I think you should not use the referral program if you need to make money. That is a scam if I could afford you to do that. I would went to my own doctor she said to go to you to get the treatment. Then that was told we can't treat you. We'll refer you if I was made of a million dollars. I wouldn't care, thank you for not helping.

Not what I expected. Said she could only look at one part of body.so if leg hurt she could only look at hip and not knee or ankle . Information I was given was what I found on the web . wanted to keep referring me to other people . Thought this clinic would offer better treatment

The receptionist was unwelcoming and seemed unhappy she had to help me. She was playing on her watch phone for several minutes before she addressed me. Very unprofessional.

Appreciated Dorothy, my PA, who was very thorough and how they didnt make you feel like they were in such a hurry to get you out. The visit was one of the best I have had! My daughter is an NP at Reid, and recommended that I go here and it was a great choice.

Went to the walk in clinic. Told it might be an hour wait. Was taken to exam room in 15 minutes and vital taken. Taken to x ray just a few minutes later. PA showed up in just a few minutes. Overall time from arrival to departure was only 45 minutes. Excellent service

That I got in quickly and they did the imaging to show me the replacement was doing well and that the nerve pain is from the surgery so I just have to keep moving and thankfully have some more medication to help relieve the intensity of the nerve pain

The PA who saw me was basically clueless and didn't offer any alternatives except pills and therapy sessions which she didn't even schedule. I have since looked up exercises myself and am doing my own rehab at home. She could have referred me to a pain specialist or sports med person to relieve my intense pain but just released me and said she hopes I feel better. She could not pronounce any of my medicines and was more put off not knowing my town location than my actual physical problem. Waste of time and money!!

The walk-in appointment option is definitely a great idea, and they provided fast service. The provider was knowledgeable and compassionate.

I talked to the PA about writing down her thoughts about my health, she agreed, and I asked her to include it in my patient summary, which she agreed to do. I noticed it was missing when I went to the window to make the next appt. I was treated like I was a little off, and never got the summary. I called later to see if the PA's summary could be mailed to me, and was blown off by the nursing staff. She told me to go on MyChart to get it..it's not on there. I specifically told the PA I needed the summary to show my family and employer..I was very upset that I was basically blown off by the nursing staff. I definitely didn't appreciate it. I'll make sure I have it before I leave next time. Please do better.
