I came in for a "dislocated toe?not my first,but 3rd time after first break and I was in so much pain I applied cold pack/elevated my foot and took Advil just so I could handle the X-rays.there wasn't any history on me because I went to a foot doctor who is now retired.Nicki was very kind,listened,asked questions and conversed with my husband as well?Amber shared her recent injury of coming out of the "ugly shoe(I call it that)during X-rays She put my mind at ease just sharing and caring?Dorothy was also kind and friendly?I am pleased with the kindness,listening and caring.We will definitely share our experience and highly recommend anyone who asks!!!

It is hard to evaluate someone you see for the first time. Understand this is just a first impression.

I did walk in ortho and was seen, including x-rays and knee brace within 10 minutes and was on my way home in 1 hour, absolutely incredible!!

They didn't seem to understand how much pain I'm in!

You asked the question did the provider give me enough information on how to prevent the issue. Well the information didn't apply. I have arthritis and bone spurs, but they did tell me how to suit them and make them feel better that I give a 10 a most definitely a yes definitely whatever it is, but I loved going through Urgent Care like that thank you

Dr. Dorothy was very pleasant with my Mother who is almost 91 years old. She explained the xrays and offered some exercises for Mom to do. Also referred us to a surgeon to see what options are available to help her condition. Would recommend the Ortho walk-in clinic to anyone. We are very pleased with the appt and staff.

The nurse and nurse practitioner were awesome to me! They cared so much! I was very comfortable with them. And the nurse practitioner was extremely knowledgeable with what was going on with me and helpful with my complete care. She listened and talked with like I was very important. I liked her a lot!!!

We unfortunately got to the walk-in clinic about 25 minutes before closing time. Expecting to be treated as a burden for getting there so close to end of their work day (and I understand that!!), I was pleasantly surprised when we were treated wonderfully. We encountered 4 separate staff members (check-in, initial in-room visit, x-ray, & doctor visit) and every one of them were great! Despite our visit resulting in the staff staying well after closing on a beautiful evening, we were not rushed at all! Thank you for being so accommodating!

Great visit! Thought she did all that she could. Recommended a doctor for me there follow up visit first week in May prescribed medication and hand brace until I see the next doctor. It was a very comfortable visit.

All staff was friendly, from time I walked in the door to time I left was less than an hour for the visit and that included having x-rays performed! Provider was very detailed and informative. Would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family and return if needed!!

Everyone was absolutely amazing!!! I took my son in there right before closing time with a wrestling injury and they all went above and beyond and I can't appreciate them enough!!! All 4 ladies deserve a gold star and that includes the 2 out front ,the Dr and nurse!!!!!

While I had a little time to wait, it was relatively short for a walk-in clinic. While this provider could not a specific diagnosis, she was able to alleviate a number of concerns and recommend steps to take until I could get in to see specialist.

I think the walk-in clinic is an amazing thing. If someone is in pain they don't have to wait a month or more for an appointment and they don't have to waste time going to their family doctor for a referral

PA D Lollathin was excellent in taking care of my OA in my knee. She communicated in layman language and answered all of my questions. She administered a shot and gave me followup possibilities as to future actions I might take according to the effectiveness of the steroid injection. My whole visit was an hour or less..from check in to xrays to injection to checking out...could not have been better. Staff should be complimented especially from a "walk-in" clinic type of operation.

I just want to say thank you. My daughter injured her wrist during a volleyball game and we rushed there to be seen. We had arrived 15 minutes prior to the office closing, but the staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and kind despite our late arrival. We never once felt rushed or unwelcome because of this. I work in healthcare, and I know that there can be frustration with late patients. I just want to express my sincere gratitude for the welcoming environment.

This provider went above and beyond! She respected my concerns, answered all my questions and Was kind and sensitive to my anxieties. And my concerns for medications.

I was in the examining room slightly more than an hour after arrival. Dr. Lollathin was very thorough determining the nature of my injury. She showed me the x-rays and explained the probable cause. She gave me exercises that would lessen the pain. She recognised the extreme pain I was in and prescribed medication to help. She obtained a wheel chair and took me to my car making sure I was able to get into it. If I have need to go to the Ortho Clinic in the future, I would hope Dr. Lollathin is my physician.
