All of the healthcare providers were very professional and did a great job

The doctor and staff were very courteous. The doctor could not give me a reason for my not being able to bend my knee and recommended more therapy. I was hoping for a reason or possible reason. I think Dr. Pruitt may have been as disappointed as I was that he could not give me one, but I will continue with therapy and follow up with him and Dr. Neher.

Chris was very helpful and understanding. I was there for my shoulder. I asked a question about my knees and he ended up giving me shots in them. I really appreciated him doing that for me. Chris is always very kind.

The PA-C asked to see me back in 3 weeks , and they scheduled me out over 6 weeks stating that was the earliest.. I am in a hot walking boot that was to be off after his 3 weeks visit now I'm stuck with it for 6 weeks..I have never been at any Dr where if they said 3 weeks you were not seen in 3 weeks . There is a problem that needs resolved.

I have nothing but respect for this facility. They treat me with kindness, respect, and understanding. There is not one bad thing I can say about the staff, nurses, and the doctors. The only thing I can say is, keep up the excellent work.

I have used these two men for different elements going wrong in my body for many years now would not use anyone else. I tell all my family and friends about them to.

I have a broken bone in my shoulder for the last 41/2 months which is not healing. Chris Pruitt has been caring and would like to find a solution since this this break did not happen because of a fall or any accident.

Everyone is so friendly and it's oblivious they really care about you and doing what is best for you. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I always recommend the office to anyone that asks.

He was very helpful in temporarily fixing my walker which had become very difficult, even unsafe to use. It is a long walk from that office to the front of the building, and I needed my walker to help me manage the walk.

Chris Pruitt was excellent in checking my broken arm and provided information that the arm was healing well. He is a good PA.

I had never been to a Dr office and was seen so quick and effectively from seeing the first nurse and going to xray to seeing the Dr and seeing the xray was about 30 minutes. My appointment was 13:15 and was done and on my way home by 1400 very quick and efficiently.

Perfect experience with each visit

I was told after having waited on a surgery for 3 months that I had to go to another provider. Yet this provider is a mystery and no answers were offered. This is ridiculous, I'm not pleased at all. I've been suffering for months and just because a pa convinces the surgery that it's not a good idea I have to suffer longer. Absolutely insane

The pa Chris was very concerned about the broken bone in my shoulder and wants to figure out why. The other people who took care of me were kind and caring. We were there at 5:45 and left at 6:45. Thank them for their care of me.

Pleasant experience

They are wonderful.

After seeing the Dr. on 12-10-24, he wanted me to schedule rehab asap. When they called they 1st said they had nothing available until 1-6-24 ! Then I asked about Richmond, and they got me in on 12-19-24. I tried to schedule other sessions, in Dec. while I had some vacation time, but was told they couldn't schedule ahead. Very disappointing.

Every thing went good

Never in my 59 years seen a physician who was so thorough. I mean you talk about state of the art. They had all the answers before I had the questions. They did all preventative measures before surgery ,and when surgery was the only option. They informed me of the procedure needed how the surgery would go. They did a massive preparation from education to sterilization did things my PCP never did. If I didn't live so far away this would be my care of choice

Chris Pruitt is absolutely amazing. I have had horrible, painful experiences from a doctor in the past with steroid shots. He gave me the shot in my right knee and I didn't even feel the needle, and only a tiny amount in my left knee. Will be referring him to anyone who needs that kind of care.
