The clinical care I have received has been excellent. This starts with Dr. Neher who did both of my replacement surgeries. Chris Pruitt has been very good to work with as well.
I have no complaints. Things moved along nicely~ all attending to me were nice and pleasant.
Scott is very professional and courteous. Very easy to talk to and understand my issues.
I have had 4 surgeries on my hands at your facility. In the future~ I'm pretty sure I will need a knee replacement. I will not go anywhere other than here. I have always been treated with respect~ compassion and professionalism by everyone. I think the world of Dr. Neher and Chris Pruitt. But I would very much like to give a big shout out to Beverly. I did not get her last name~ but she has assisted Chris Pruitt the last two times I have been in there. She is a very sweet lady who cleaned my arm and hand twice. She did such a wonderful job....made me feel like a million bucks! She even hugged me when I left. That kind of care is going above and beyond what is required. Thank you all for what you do. Thank you Beverly for that hug that I needed so much. Sincerely
Everyone was fantastic! My daughter was the patient~ she is 4 and everyone was so nice and friendly. She was so comfortable and not scared. Everyone explained to her exactly what was happening. I would definitely recommend this facility!
Everyone was kind~ courteous & efficient
Haven't seen my doctor once. I will assume I will see him on surgery day.
Fantastic care received from all!!Susan~ Christine~ Autumn~ Chris Pruitt to name those I can remember
It took 3 weeks to make my appointment for an MRI. Then it took 3 weeks for anyone to call for my follow up appointment after the MRI. Then I had to wait another 2 weeks for the appointment. This is the worst experience I have had with any provider in my network.
The initial check in paper work ( a lot) seems unnecessary~ given so much info. Is already on file/ computerized. It seems it could be checked electronically~ saving time~ paper~ and effort on the part of the patient.
I came over for pretty much just xrays and the doctor may of spent 3 minutes with me. I could of went to my family doctor for the same care. I am still in a lot of pain and the swelling in awful but I was released from his care.
Reid has always met or exceeded my expectations for care. The facilities have always been exceptional. I enjoy using my local hospital
The follow-up appointment I had was supposed to be with Dr. Neher~ but when I got there~ I was told it was with the PA which might have been ok~ but Dr. Neher had mentioned the next step might be an injection in the bursae around the ischial tuberosities. The PA was not familiar with this so the appointment was not what was expected. He gave another Medrol Dose Pack which helped somewhat. Meanwhile~ I saw my back pain doctor for another issue and he arranged to give the injection~ so I cancelled the future appointment with Dr. Neher.
Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable.
There was no hand sanitizer in the waiting room. Staff were socializing behind the receptionist.
Was very satisfied with all concerned
I appreciate the clinical staff and radiology staff work as a team. Was so impressed that the PA and the Physician saw me together. Thank you. Well oiled process. Neher and Pruitt.
Long wait between in processing and actual surgery. Some of time was another medical emergency~ but later in day.
Would rather have seen the actual surgeon (Neher) who performed the hip replacement. Pruiett's aq. It aloof.
I was treated with the upmost respect and I would recommend Reid Orthopedic to family and friends.
I am very pleased with the procedure I had done. The care I received prior to and post care. I feel like both providers care about their patients.
Need to have an electronic door from the waiting area to the exam areas
Satisfied with the quality of care ~would rather have seen the Surgeon instead of assistant
I appreciate Dr Neher and Chris Pruitt. I wouldn’t go to anyone except them.
I had knee replacement. Some of these questions donâ??t apply. My stay was good. No complaints.
I was told I had a broken foot and it was non-weight bearing injury; I was to put no weight on foot for 3 months. Provider suggested scooter or wheelchair~ but I got no other guidance. I found it very difficult when I got home~ even having all the equipment I needed. (shower chair~ lift chair~ ramp~ etc.) I called to see if an OT could see me to help me move about the house~ transition ing from chair to chair etc. Medicare would not cover at this time. I still feel like I needed some advice~ and even for my husband using the wheelchair. Talked to a friend who was a PTA to get some suggestions which were helpful. Patients who have not experienced an injury like this may know zero about how to proceed at home to facilitate a quick recovery/
Very nice people.
