Always a good experience

The PA, Chris Pruitt, was so kind and thorough and really took the time to explain things about my condition that I've never heard before, even though I've been dealing with this for many years. I left with a much better understanding!

Great Reid team

Chris was very pleasant and was knowledgeable about the procedure and told me of the outcome or what to expect in the coming weeks.

Everybody was fast & accurate. I was in and out in less than a half hour.

I waited almost 30 minutes to be called back . My appt was at 3 I arrived by 2:45 was called back at 3:30. The girl that took me back had asked someone if I was there (around 3:28) and was told she's sitting right there (where I can been since I checked in). I guess the lady didn't finish processing me in after I made my copay payment. This also happened to me at Dr. Carpenters office once where I waited for 45 minutes that time, then they realized I was still sitting there (I had came on my lunch hour). Not sure what the issue is completing the check in process but someone needs to review It. This time it was blamed on the computer.

I have never had a bad experience with any part of the Reid team. I'm treated well by everyone and anything I have a question about is answered immediately or in a brief time period. I'm very thankful for everyone there.

The team going from Dr Neher, down to the ladies at the desk as you come in, have been fantastic. Post op, I had an issue with my splint. And Mr Pruitt didn't hesitate to fit me in his schedule. I appreciate all of you!!!

I like Chris Pruitt as a healthcare provider, he's always been very helpful and to the point, explains things thoroughly!

All of the healthcare providers were very professional and did a great job

The doctor and staff were very courteous. The doctor could not give me a reason for my not being able to bend my knee and recommended more therapy. I was hoping for a reason or possible reason. I think Dr. Pruitt may have been as disappointed as I was that he could not give me one, but I will continue with therapy and follow up with him and Dr. Neher.

Chris was very helpful and understanding. I was there for my shoulder. I asked a question about my knees and he ended up giving me shots in them. I really appreciated him doing that for me. Chris is always very kind.

The PA-C asked to see me back in 3 weeks , and they scheduled me out over 6 weeks stating that was the earliest.. I am in a hot walking boot that was to be off after his 3 weeks visit now I'm stuck with it for 6 weeks..I have never been at any Dr where if they said 3 weeks you were not seen in 3 weeks . There is a problem that needs resolved.

I have nothing but respect for this facility. They treat me with kindness, respect, and understanding. There is not one bad thing I can say about the staff, nurses, and the doctors. The only thing I can say is, keep up the excellent work.

I have used these two men for different elements going wrong in my body for many years now would not use anyone else. I tell all my family and friends about them to.

I have a broken bone in my shoulder for the last 41/2 months which is not healing. Chris Pruitt has been caring and would like to find a solution since this this break did not happen because of a fall or any accident.

Everyone is so friendly and it's oblivious they really care about you and doing what is best for you. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I always recommend the office to anyone that asks.

He was very helpful in temporarily fixing my walker which had become very difficult, even unsafe to use. It is a long walk from that office to the front of the building, and I needed my walker to help me manage the walk.

Chris Pruitt was excellent in checking my broken arm and provided information that the arm was healing well. He is a good PA.

I had never been to a Dr office and was seen so quick and effectively from seeing the first nurse and going to xray to seeing the Dr and seeing the xray was about 30 minutes. My appointment was 13:15 and was done and on my way home by 1400 very quick and efficiently.

Perfect experience with each visit

I was told after having waited on a surgery for 3 months that I had to go to another provider. Yet this provider is a mystery and no answers were offered. This is ridiculous, I'm not pleased at all. I've been suffering for months and just because a pa convinces the surgery that it's not a good idea I have to suffer longer. Absolutely insane

The pa Chris was very concerned about the broken bone in my shoulder and wants to figure out why. The other people who took care of me were kind and caring. We were there at 5:45 and left at 6:45. Thank them for their care of me.
