Carrie always takes the time to listen to me and allows me to ask any questions I feel need answered. She never rushes me and allows me to set the pace of the appointment. I appreciate all her feedback and and professionalism. She is super compassionate and has great bed-side manners.

A appointment reminder is nice, but 10 reminders is super annoying. Text and my chart alerts every day for 8 days was frustrating.

The team at this office is exceptional. I couldn't ask for a more comfortable environment when seeing a primary care provider. I normally see Vanessa and Carrie during office visits. Both are professional, kind, and compassionate. I always feel comfortable asking any questions and discussing issues with them. I would recommend, and have recommended, Reid family health in Eaton to anyone looking for excellent primary care providers. I could not ask for a better care team.

Excellent provider listens would see her or dr Goff any day. The only complaint I have is sometimes it takes more than a week to be able to schedule an appointment with any provider for a cough/cold/illness as for someone with autoimmune and on immunosuppressants that can be a problem and I have been researching new providers bc of this. It is really hard bc I love both of these providers
