Everyone was very pleasant and understanding. I just DO NOT like filling out forms on line. I hardly have any changes to make on forms. Most of your patients are elderly and DO NOT like filling out on line forms.

She was talking about taking some types if shoots, I'll try the Exercising all the Mills to cut down the sugar and see how that goes; I the side effects doesn't sound to good in taking those shoots I hafe enough side effects with all the medications I'm already taking but I'll explore on that medication shoots but I'll do the exercise and the food that's healthy first and see how it's helping me.

Carrie Kerby is an amazing provider - always goes above and beyond. Patients are always seen in a timely manner and she never makes you feel rushed. Her staff members are also great! I filled out the information required (consent to treat, HIPAA, insurance card, etc) prior to my visit after it prompted me to when I confirmed my visit from the twlext message i received, but the front desk staff still asked me for my information again and to re-sign when I checked in. If this doesn't save any time, please don't have me do it prior to my visit. What is the point in doing it ahead of time if you have to do the same exact thing when you check in?

I wish you took Anthem insurance. Now I will have to find another provider.

Only problem is when they recommend the wound clinic and nobody answers the phone at the clinic or want you to get a CT scan and wait four days to get in.
