Reid Team Fight Club
Reid Team fight club is a non-contact boxing program. Boxers condition for optimal agility, speed, muscular endurance, accuracy, hand-eye coordination, footwork and overall strength. We take these goals and use them to provide a comprehensive workout for
our clients. We can accommodate athletes of all fitness levels and focus on modifying the exercises to fit your specific needs.
Classes include: Boxing, weight lifting, body weight exercises, cardio, balance, endurance, stretching/flexibility, core
Class times are Monday and Wednesday 5p-6p and 6p-7p andis designed for beginners as well as your most experienced boxer.
Price is $5 a class or $20 a month.
