Fall Prevention

Did you know falls are the leading case of accidental injury in older adults? Reid Fitness Fall Prevention is a progressive exercise program designed to improve your balance and your daily life. Have you been feeling off-balance lately? Taken a few too many falls? You might be a perfect candidate for our Fall Prevention program. Our fall prevention programming primarily focuses on:
