I loved that they did my bloodwork right there in their office instead of sending me over to the lab in the hospital. That way I got done sooner and didn't have to wait forever over at the lab! I love that they did it in their office!!!

I waited 20 plus minutes to be seen in an empty waiting room. Not okay.

Everyone very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Covered every step of the procedure & made sure I had no questions. If I do have a question I know who & where to contact at anytime. These ladies are assets to their profession.

I was told to my appointment at the medical office at 7:15. I show up and told no it is at the Highland road office. I show up and they are not there yet. So my appointment started at 7:45. Not a good start to my day. Provider and staff where great.

We use Reid instead of other Hospitals due to location and verry fine care we receive. We are lucky to have such a wonderful Hospital near us.

The nurses there were awesome

I am a new patient so she did not know anything about me. She was very nice and very helpful before I have my hand surgery for my trigger fingers. I felt very comfortable with her in answering the questions. Everyone I talked to that day was very nice. It's nice to talk to people that just treat you like you are not important. Thanks for having a great team!!?

The only issue that I had was I called and changed my appointment they set it out for a couple days later and said I would not get my surgery on the same day that I was scheduled for and then I got a call from a someone saying that I better keep my appointment or I couldn't have my surgery on the 13th of October so I kept my appointment when I got to the appointment area where I was supposed to be they sent me to the hospital because they could not see me at that time and I was there on time and even though the appointment was changed in their computer it was not supposed to be changed at all I was on time for my appointment but was not seen and had to go over to the hospital and be seeing that labs was kind of frustrating and disappointed about that other than that because I received was okay
