The navigator's were very helpful and knowledgeable and willing to help in any way. Brittany was great. The NP was fine but just seemed to "stuffy" for my taste. Not real comfortable with her.

Provider slammed the door when entering the exam room, and appeared to be rushed to get meeting/exam completed. Provider also slammed the door when exiting the exam room hard enough that it rattled items in the room with no apology.

The ladies all were very friendly and helpful. They treated my dad with the utmost respect

I talked to three different people about my care and prep for up coming surgery. Everyone was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I left with a very good feeling that all would go well on surgery day.

It helps to ease some of the anxiety, knowing they are so thorough. And that someone will contact me again before surgery to remind me of other steps I need to make.

I was there for an appointment on Wednesday 8/9/23 and the first nurse I saw was so nice and fun and the Dr came in and she was nice and kind and considerate and understanding and she answered all my questions and then the nurse that came in after the Dr left (she gave me a bag with a medication container and other things) and she was pleasant to speak with and was also just as nice and fun and everyone collectively helped me feel better about being there alone because I have bad social anxiety and usually don't go to appointments alone but I felt safe there and they all were just so wonderful!!!

Need more doctors, wait time too long. Suffered a lot while waiting, physically, and mentally. Worrying about permanent damage.
