The NP prescribed Tropol. But I don't recall her saying to stop the Cardizam CD. The pharmacist had a concern over me taking both as it may lower my b.p. significantly?

All I can say is that the Reid Er staff and the cardio staff was on it like right now. The whole thing was like I was the only one and they was all going to get me taken care of asap. I never ever had that. I can not say enough for all the staff that took very good care of me then and now even. I am so Blessed to have you all taken care of me.

My experience was great with the NP for Dr. Han. However, I have been informed that the hospital may do away with its Valet service. I would be really sad if this happened because it is so easy to take your car up to the Valet station and have them bring a chair out to me and either call for transport or wheel me in to the appropriate spot. Please try to keep this service and advertise it more. Maybe people think they have to pay the valets for their service. They are not allowed to accept tips or money. Thank you for your time.

Tanya was very helpful. She got me in and out in an efficient manner. This was definitely a positive experience.
It would help to have a print out of the visit. I would have accessed the report faster than My Chart and I would have taken a blood test that day.

My appointment was at 6:46 am and was taken to the room by the nurse on time , did not see the Nurse Practitioner for another 30 minutes and she did not even apologize for running late. She seemed a little out of sync. Was very professional and nice however. My time is just as important as hers and she was late. No one came to room to let me know she was going to be late.

I understood I would have the opportunity to talk with Dr Flemming regarding who would be my next cardiologist & his recommendation. But that didn't happen. So I feel in limbo now until Feb when scheduled to see Dr Q. I trust the office assigning me to him but don't know him.

After my heart attack in 2007, Tanya was my nurse, so I had some familiarity and a high level of comfort in talking with her. I have total confidence in Tanya.

My Dr was not available so I saw the NP. We didn't know each other and she seemed puzzled about my treatment plan and went to another Dr to discuss and determine my plan. Was pretty uncomfortable when dealing with a heart issue. Started me on a new prescription I have never had, but staff ordered from the wrong pharmacy so it took 2 more days to get that resolved so I could even get the script. Not a great experience this time. Prefer to see my DR, especially with a serious illness. This was not a cold or sore throat. It is a heart issue I am trying to clear up in order to have gall bladder surgery. It may be routine to them, but I have not had heart issues before, especially one that stopped me from having a surgery that I need.
The nurse practitioner that visited with me was very good. I would recommend her to anybody that asks
Tanya seemed to genuinely care about my concerns;and even offered options if current meds caused me problems. Unlike a couple of previous NP's she showed me respect & consideration!
