My height wasn't measured at check in, so 5'8" was entered, making my BMI incorrect. I am 5'11".
Everyone was very courteous and very professional. It was as pleasant as a doctors visit could be.
I was seen in a timely fashion and staff and doctor explained my situation in a fashion that I understood and appreciated.
Tanya was very thorough. I felt like she was generally concerned.

I told the nurse I didn't want my aunt in the room when I saw the doctor.and she let her stay in there while the doctor came in the rooml
I enjoyed meeting and being seen by Tanya Forrest. She was so pleased, listened to all my questions and then came up with a plan to move forward to hopefully help resolve my current issues. I will return in about 5 weeks to check in and decide if our new medication is going well for me.
I called with concern that I didn't know if it was heart related. I was given an appt within the hour.
I felt comfortable and trusted the NP and staff with my medical care.
Glad to have Reid Hospital close by
This was my first meeting with Tanya F. She was an excellent provider to me. She answered all my questions in a way I could understand. She listened and seemed unconcerned about how much time I was taking. Not only was she knowledgeable but she was personable too. I would really like to be able to meet with her as my provider again.
Tanya Forrest was absolutely wonderful. First time I've met her and she was so great and professional. I would recommend her for the GEM AWARD if you still have that going.

Reid Health has excellent health care providers. However, the reputation of the management and administration has created a pause in fully trusting that the system has the best interest in the health of the community.
Waiting to be released in my opinion took to long.

I always have great care there
As I live in winchester called 4 different occasions to get appointment there.was refused, tried to get later appointment so I wouldn't have to get up at 6am refused. Called 2 times to see if cancelations no Where is the care and respect.
Tanya was very empathetic and knew what to do for my dad. She also let us know what other options there were and let us know that she is on call this weekend should we need anything.

This was a telehealth appointment which was originally supposed to be an in-person appointment. I was called early in the morning to change to telehealth. I could hear my provider, but not see her, and I have no idea who she is since this was a follow-up appointment from the heart cath I had on Dec 30, 2024. I used my laptop and she could see me but I could not see her. She was professional but I don't like being unable to see her. My heart cath showed zero blockages, which is good. But I still have chest pain and no one can tell me WHY. I do NOT like being part of Pass-The-Patient. I can tell you what it ISN'T but not what it IS. I am very frustrated by this and it is not just cardiology who does this. The woman I talked to was very nice and professional. However, I feel pushed aside since I do not fit into the common reason for chest pain.

Your staff is very friendly but it seem I see someone different every time I come. Today she listened to me but I've been feeling bad way to long. I don't think after 4 hospital stays i should be this weak. Someone needs to step up and solve this.
