Very courteous and professional.

Reid Health has excellent health care providers. However, the reputation of the management and administration has created a pause in fully trusting that the system has the best interest in the health of the community.

Waiting to be released in my opinion took to long.

I enjoy working with the team that has my case, they put my mind at ease.

I always have great care there

As I live in winchester called 4 different occasions to get appointment there.was refused, tried to get later appointment so I wouldn't have to get up at 6am refused. Called 2 times to see if cancelations no Where is the care and respect.

Tanya was very empathetic and knew what to do for my dad. She also let us know what other options there were and let us know that she is on call this weekend should we need anything.

This was a telehealth appointment which was originally supposed to be an in-person appointment. I was called early in the morning to change to telehealth. I could hear my provider, but not see her, and I have no idea who she is since this was a follow-up appointment from the heart cath I had on Dec 30, 2024. I used my laptop and she could see me but I could not see her. She was professional but I don't like being unable to see her. My heart cath showed zero blockages, which is good. But I still have chest pain and no one can tell me WHY. I do NOT like being part of Pass-The-Patient. I can tell you what it ISN'T but not what it IS. I am very frustrated by this and it is not just cardiology who does this. The woman I talked to was very nice and professional. However, I feel pushed aside since I do not fit into the common reason for chest pain.

Your staff is very friendly but it seem I see someone different every time I come. Today she listened to me but I've been feeling bad way to long. I don't think after 4 hospital stays i should be this weak. Someone needs to step up and solve this.

Doctor is great

Very understanding and explained things.

Provider seemed knowledgeable but never answered our questions. My father asked multiple times what A-fib was and was never educated on this. My mother was with him and could vouch for this. They both stated that this visit was a waste of time and they still dont know what exactly is going on. They were handed a watchman pamphlet but was confused as to what this was and why they were handed it.

NP Tanya Forrest was very thorough in going over on episode I had the day before and making sure that I was comfortable with an upcoming left heart cath and completely understood the procedure. She also made sure that I had new prescriptions for both of my medications. Tanya was very professional and personable. Eva was very thorough in going over my medical history to make sure it was up-to-date. She made the extra effort to contact another hospital to get an EKG I had the day before and prevent me from being charged for two EKGs. Eva was also very personable and professional. Thank you both for the great medical care!

First visit with T.Forrest after my heart cath,felt like I was going to be in good hands going forward.

Told to arrive at 8.00 for my 8.15 appointment did not get called back till 8.40

I really like my nurse practitioner. She's very nice and informative. She listens to me and I think she does a good job.

Very fine visit

I was told to come back in 3 months. When I looked at MyChart online someone schuled me for 2 months with the wrong doctor. I had to call and get it straightened out. Someone wasn't paying attention to my chart.

I feel very comfortable with this person,I know she really cares, intelligent and friendly,also Professional.

I was told they called in my medicine but when I went to pick it up they didn't get it. Tried to call back and no answer. There should be someone on call. Now I'm going another day without my medicine.

I have so many questions and am confused and concerned about some issues . I don't feel like my issues were addressed or answered so I finally just shook my head and left ...

I appreciate being squeezed into the schedule after 3 dizziness event causing falls. Dr Miginty I have known for a time and trust his judgements and that Aries down thru the RNs.
