Everyone at Reid Orthopedics dose a Great Job
Tell patients that you're only willing to prescribe anti-inflammatory medicine before the provider comes in. This would allow patients (especially those who do not swell or get inflammation~ and therefore doesn't respond to methylprednisolone~ mobic or any other medicine for inflammation) a chance to go elsewhere and seek effective treatment. Furthermore~ instruct the provider to take comments from patients more seriously. I mentioned that I don't swell and that prednisone doesn't help~ yet that was the prescription given. When I asked about medications or other options for pain (because I also develop a tolerance too quickly to narcotics and therefore they're useless for treating pain after the first day for me)~ that was when I was told that only anti-inflammatories could be prescribed. What a waste of time and money.
ladies were nice steph did a good job :)
Did an OK job. I don't totally agree with diagnosis. Did recommend PT which was the correct thing to do.
I arrived and my appointment was moved back. I waited 2 hours to see a provide for 5 minutes and not receive the MRIs I needed. I have to come back to the hospital Monday for those. The help that asked me questions prior to my MRI that I didn't receive was gaucking at the fact that I have hair extensions with metal beads. I could hear her through the walls and did not appreciate that. I almost walked out without any services. If I had a different provider I could get into quickly~ I would. It was a terrible experience for me and I do not look forward to going back.
No. I didn't have any problems.
all staff and doctorwas polite and curtiosydoctor are help me with my pain im feel much better thank
PA Stephanie Eckerle was ver good at her job and told me what she was doing and why. My knee had been bleeding over a week and she knew exactly what to do!
She listened and gave excellent care.
I wish you still had an office in Greenville Ohio.
I was well pleased with my visit.all the staff was personable and professional.Sincerely
I came in to have my elbow drained and was sent home with a wrap and instructions for heat and then cold. I said that I have already done that. I feel that they just want me back for another appointment.
No really. Didn't have any problems during my visit.
They need to get Dr. Reed back because almost all of his patients are trying to go where he is me included.
Provider was professional~ considerate and informative. Read me my xray results and answered my questions in a timely manner. Very much appreciated by me.
they help all of mypainand explain it tome
At my last visit~ I told the lady I was doing all my exercises religiously. I told her I hadn't quite gotten my leg to straighten out and lock. She off handedly told me that since I can't do it now~ I most likely never would be able to. She acted very cold and matter of fact about it. I went to my physical therapist and was advised of what kind of exercises to do so I CAN straighten and lock my knee.
Reid Ortho might be the friendliest group of people at any medical office I have ever been to. Everyone you encounter there smiles and says hello.
I was suppose to get therapy. My visit was on a Tuesday. I still haven't had a call from therapy on appointments.
surgery was successful. post-op care was a 5 on a scale of 1-5~ with 1 being low.
Very professional staff at all levels!
Waited over 2 hours for the doctor who wasnt prepared for my appointment. She then spent less than 5 minutes with me. Didn't give me anything for my pain and sent me to physical therapy. What a joke.
Every one at Reid Hospital and Reid Orthopedics should be proud of there self's. Every one there at both places do a Great job
