They need to get Dr. Reed back because almost all of his patients are trying to go where he is me included.
Provider was professional~ considerate and informative. Read me my xray results and answered my questions in a timely manner. Very much appreciated by me.
they help all of mypainand explain it tome
At my last visit~ I told the lady I was doing all my exercises religiously. I told her I hadn't quite gotten my leg to straighten out and lock. She off handedly told me that since I can't do it now~ I most likely never would be able to. She acted very cold and matter of fact about it. I went to my physical therapist and was advised of what kind of exercises to do so I CAN straighten and lock my knee.
Reid Ortho might be the friendliest group of people at any medical office I have ever been to. Everyone you encounter there smiles and says hello.
I was suppose to get therapy. My visit was on a Tuesday. I still haven't had a call from therapy on appointments.
surgery was successful. post-op care was a 5 on a scale of 1-5~ with 1 being low.
Very professional staff at all levels!
Waited over 2 hours for the doctor who wasnt prepared for my appointment. She then spent less than 5 minutes with me. Didn't give me anything for my pain and sent me to physical therapy. What a joke.
Every one at Reid Hospital and Reid Orthopedics should be proud of there self's. Every one there at both places do a Great job
I walk out well please with everyone I interact with every time I have an appointment with my provider~ Stephanie Eckerle~ and all the gals that attend to me during my visit. Thank you's to all of them for all they do for me.
Phenomenal care coordination. I was able to be seen and have all imaging done on the same day. provider was very nice and knowledgeable.
I still have not received my medication and the brace that was recommended causes me more pain. I really think my care should of been at a higher level. No pain medication was prescribed and I am an elderly person with osteoporosis.
It would have been helpful to have longer~ more thorough post-op instructions and conversation.
Every time I have to use this facility I am happy with the visit.
From the time Ms Eckerle came in the exam room I felt she had an attitude. She didn’t like that my hand was wrapped up to protect it~ she didn’t like that I was told to remove the wrap to ice ~ she didn’t like that I was given ibuprofen 800 for pain. She even made the comment she was going to call and complain about my care at immediate care. I am changing my appointment with her to see someone else. I was embarrassed by her attitude and don’t feel I had a good examination with her.
everyone is very nice.
It would be nice if before a joint replacement procedure if they could test each person to see if they react to any of the metals in the chrome knee. I don't remember having any "sensitivity" to metals~ but they didn't mention that you may be sensitive to the metal "nickel" if perhaps you wore a metal necklace and your skin turned green? I have been told that there is a test that you can take~ but that it is very expensive.
