Tthe front desk was not kind or courteous in the least bit. Ran to lock the door when she saw that I was siting there at 9:57 am. Did not acknowledge me sitting there but made sure I understood I was not welcome to enter. Acted as if I was putting her out when I paid with cash. Bickered with staff in the back about getting my change. Rudely told another patient to wait outside until she was finished with me. Provider in the back made several comments about my height as though I could not hear her. Was rushed through and given a prolonged dose of steroids for poison ivy that had spread to my eyes and lips. Asked for shot was told no it would come back. Have had the shot many times and have never had it come back. Now 10 days later or so am still dealing with poison ivy. Will not be returning to ready care.
We arrived before the clinic opened and had no idea of what order people were waiting in...the receptionist came out and simple asked for someone to come in...after waiting on a few people (10:15) she need to stop to take a break to go into the shopping area to get a drink...still had about 6 people to check in...once into the clinic the nurse basically dismissed us once she found out the kids had flu like symptoms but didn't make into the clinic yesterday...told us that there was nothing she could do but if they still felt sick tomorrow we needed to go someplace else...I asked a couple of questions about a possible next step and was again was told I needed to go some place else...was never offered any type of medical treatment or advice...basically we were dismissed and that if the symptoms continued that we needed to go to someplace else
Quick and straight to the point.
I was in and out in 15 mins. I was extremely impressed and thrilled!! Thank you!
My experience was okay~ except that my child was weighed/measured with coat and shoes on. This would not happen at our PCP office. My major concern however is that the patient in front of me was turned away because they did not have their photo ID present. The patient's mother was not very happy about having to return home for her daughter's photo ID~ especially with the bad weather that we had on Saturday.
The nurse practitioner was easy to talk to and she listened to me and took time deciding which treatment would be the best for me and did not hesitate to send me for additional test
