Everyone was courteous, friendly, on time, knowledgeable & helpful. All questions were answered and thoroughly discussed. I am thankful my Son has a Dr. that has found the right medication to treat his illness.

Dr. Wilmot could not give any information to me about one test that was done , because results were not done so she did not have them. Personally I could not understand why it was taking so long to get them to her.

I have always felt respected and well cared for at Reid Health. The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable, and always provide the best of service and care.

Rachel was great satisfied with my experience with her.

Staff was very professional

Problems communicating after visit, my chart messages aren't answered or received. Mix up on appointment time after call to change appointment time by office, but new time requested by office not communicated to other Reid employees. Poorly managed office.

Didn't feel rushed in any way, left feeling like I understood exactly what the plan was. She was extremely informative and patient. I'm grateful.

She given me a lot of advice to start and I'm glad so no surgery or not. Hing needs to be done, which is good cause I'm a diabetic and they don't allow surgeries as much had a very awesome doctor and I am glad I got seen by her..

He was wonderful. A couple of nurse helpers weren't that great.

Rachel Wilmot was wonderful. Explained everything in detail, took her time and answered all my questions. Did not make me feel rushed. Staff was very pleasant and friendly.

The staff and Nurse Practitioner Rachel were very kind and considerate. I'm always a bit uncomfortable seeing a physician the first time but they put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable about my upcoming procedures. As always, Reid's staff never fails to prove to be a perfect choice for my healthcare.

This visit was unnecessary. A mix up on the providers end. I didn't need this appointment. I am hoping that I am not billed for this visit.
