Staff was very professional

Problems communicating after visit, my chart messages aren't answered or received. Mix up on appointment time after call to change appointment time by office, but new time requested by office not communicated to other Reid employees. Poorly managed office.

Didn't feel rushed in any way, left feeling like I understood exactly what the plan was. She was extremely informative and patient. I'm grateful.

She given me a lot of advice to start and I'm glad so no surgery or not. Hing needs to be done, which is good cause I'm a diabetic and they don't allow surgeries as much had a very awesome doctor and I am glad I got seen by her..

He was wonderful. A couple of nurse helpers weren't that great.

Rachel Wilmot was wonderful. Explained everything in detail, took her time and answered all my questions. Did not make me feel rushed. Staff was very pleasant and friendly.

The staff and Nurse Practitioner Rachel were very kind and considerate. I'm always a bit uncomfortable seeing a physician the first time but they put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable about my upcoming procedures. As always, Reid's staff never fails to prove to be a perfect choice for my healthcare.

This visit was unnecessary. A mix up on the providers end. I didn't need this appointment. I am hoping that I am not billed for this visit.

I saw Rachel today for a follow up visit. She honestly cares about me and listen to my concerns and very insightful about my fatty Liver issues. I'm sure blessed to have her on health care team at Reid Hospital. I'm super sad that was my last visit with her due to my insurance company is leaving 1-1-2025. I will miss her dearly.

Well my provider was very thoughtful and very caring and not only about the situation that I had but me in particular she wanted to make sure that I was at ease and understood everything that we talked about and that it was important that I know that if there was an issue after the fact that she would be there for me to help me through whatever problem there may be she was very thorough and making sure that I understood from the start to the finish that my situation was very important to her and that I needed to understand everything about whatever the problem may be she's very kind very caring and I wish all doctors were like her
