I had to wait over thirty minutes in the waiting room then thirty minutes,at least, in the examine room before i was seen. I had a 10:30 appointment and yet she was already running an hour late.

I love Pam! She is exceptional and competent, she knows my daughter well and I appreciate her... the only thing I wish would be improved is that at my last 3 or so visits I have been asked by office staff if I want to add 'Dad' to emergency contacts. I would like to remind staff that not all families are traditional nuclear families. Some families have 2 parents of the same sex, some families are single parent homes and I don't really feel that this question takes any consideration into that. Also I always say no to this question but it gets repeated every appointment recently.... For the first year or two at the office this was never a question asked at registration

Emily was so sweet and kind to get me ready for the visit. Pam is awesome, very caring.

I didn't need instructions as such. I needed labs, and I was in and out in a matter of minutes and had a prescription ready to pick up by the time I was off work. VERY appreciative!

If there was a rating above 'Yes, definitely' I'd certainly give it to my NP, Pam Rodgers. She knows my history, both medical and nursing background, anticipates my concerns before I even voice them, gives me additional information ie recent research etc..that increase my understanding and at the same time encourage my participation in my care. At our first meeting I told her of my knowing my specialty and my graduation year, (1960), and asked her to freely correct any of my errors due to lack of current knowledge and know that I would greatly appreciate this. She does not fail me in any way and I feel blessed to have her as my primary care giver and feel very comfortable putting my health care guidance in her hands. I could go on and on but tried to focus this on what I felt you would want to know based on the questions early in this survey. As for recommending my NP to others and the care I get at this facility through her, I have and will continue to do so. Thank you for providing me with this opportunity to express my thoughts on not only this visit but all previous visits with Pam Rodgers, NP.

Dr. Is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. she takes the time to explain everything to you and others.
