Tequila is an excellant assistant for Pam. She is courteous and often goes beyond her call to duty.
Pam always answers any questions I have about my children and is always upfront and honest with all her answers.
I was pleased that the routine lab I was to have was done before I saw Pam Rodgers so that the result was available to us during the visit.
good experience all around. had blood drawn and flu shot neither one hurt they did a good job
I love Pamela Roger's~
Pam Rodgers talks~ listens and is a great addition to this medical community. We need more just like her!
Cressida and Pam Rodgers were great!
Pam Rodgers and her assistant are always courteous and kind. I also saw Shari and she was awesome. From the moment I approach the reception desk until I leave~ everyone is kind and helpful.
I waited quite a while for the dr to come into the room to see me.
The reminder call for upcoming appt. the recording just says hello over and over nothing else
RPIM is a wonderful office and all the staff and providers are very caring!
Pam was very nice and listened to my concerns. A plan I felt comfortable with was put into place. Her nurses are always smiling and happy.
Waiting an hour to go back to the exam room is way too long. Considering there was no one else waiting I think they lost our file.
Every nurse we had was extremely friendly
Tequila is the best nurse! She is so friendly.
Pam Rodgers is absolutely professional in what she does. My family and myself feel very comfortable with her. She always addresses our concerns and delivers proper treatment when and if needed. We highly recommend her to anyone as she is simply the best!!Regards
I have always received kind~ courteous and understanding from the staff. I am currently battling breast cancer~ and their help is beyond compare.
Everyone at RPIM is great!
I initially called to make an appointment on March 19. I wanted to be seen about a respiratory illness~ combined with getting a prescription refill. There were no sick adult times available. I was offered an appointment 5 weeks later~ with the suggestion to go to Urgent Care to treat the respiratory symptoms. My initial appointment with Pam Rodgers was one year ago for a more pressing issue~ and I had to wait 5 weeks to be seen then also.I am considering switching to a different provider who has appointment times more readily available.
Someone dropped the ball calling in my prescription after a call the day after my appointment with the results of my urine test. It's five days later and I have yet to get my meds from Wal-Mart pharmacy.
After our blood test our results where phoned to us as all being good and needed no further test for another year. I called and left a message that I would like to have our cholesterol readings to compare with previous readings and I also wanted to know if my husband's cardiologist would get his readings. I never got a return call.
