I sat in an exam room by myself for over 45 mins before the physician came in. It took so long I considered stepping into the hall to make sure I wasn't forgotten. That was the only point of the visit I was frustrated with. Once she came in I found her pleasant and wouldn't have had a problem. But being one of the first appointments of the day I didn't expect that type of wait.

Pam Rogers is a blessing to me. I have full confidence in her professional abilities. On top of that she's patient, kind and compassionate. That's a wonderful combination. As a retired nurse who chose not to follow the latest developments in the medical field since I knew I would not work in it anymore, I'm behind the times on the latest research and treatments. But still I'm often tempted to self diagnose and when I do, I tend to lean towards the 'worse case scenario'. Pam know this and for example, today, took the time to explain the anatomy and physiology of my neck, shoulder and arm pain, clearly and concisely, and the reason for prescribing what she did for me. Gone was my anxiety, and I left there a much wiser and serene patient. This is just one example of the way she gives such caring and individualized care that she gives. I couldn't ask for better.

Pam Rodgers had to cancel my appointment due to family matters but I was able to keep the blood test part of it. The lady that drew my blood was able to complete the paperwork so I could do the tests that day instead of having to come back next month.

Pam rodgers and Julie and Lisa ( I believe are rns ) are great very good people. But a lady named xxx is rude. Unprofessional. Disrespectful and I would suggest no one should let her answer the phone. Not only was i having a hard time getting her to do her job she literally is the most disrespectful person at the office. She should never take anyone's phone call.

I think as an individual who does not have insurance that covers office visits in any way, that I should be charged less for an np rather than a Dr.

The visit allowed me to reassure friends/relatives that I'd covered all the bases after my fall.

We think Pam is a great communicator and listener. She us our favorite healthcare provider.

She is not my normal Dr but was great! Dr Black wasn't available

I had never seen Pam Rogers before, but I certainly would again! She was very friendly and treated me quickly and accurately. Even took it a step further to prevent a future situation for me from taking an antibiotic. I enjoyed my visit with her.

My Doctor is on vacation and the Doctor I saw was very good and she understood my problem and prescribed what I needed to correct my problem.

They could not have be anymore kinder to you! Very awesome service. When asking about where I could get a mother Covid booster . I was told they could do it today if I wanted while I was there. Which I did! Perfect service!!!

It seems to me if I am seeing an NP, the price should be lower than if I saw an MD.
