Noelle and her staff are wonderful! I always feel like I get the best care and that they truly care about me!

This was the first time I had been to Reid Orthopedic Urgent Care. Very well satisfied

She never talked to me about pain control. Never told me to ice or elevate. Didn't really tell me what was wrong. Just that it wasn't broken.

The Navigator that I talked to was excellent so what listen to everything we had to say and help us. The nurse that took my vitals was a little rough around the edges but we worked through it she is really nice

The staff was so nice and my Orthopedic doctor I was assigned to Noelle Armstrong was very professional and knowledgeable of my hip injury. I was in and out in an hour. I would highly recommend this clinic i thought their office ran like a fine oiled machine. Very Thankful we have this clinic in our area. We all need more clinics like this one every where

I had x-rays at the emergency room prior to my appointment with the provider. I was under the impression that I needed to see the provider for a more thorough examination that would include a MRI. I was told at the ER that I had hyperextended my knee. I had more x-rays and no mention of an MRI until the provider was asked. I was told to give it 2 weeks and if the problem persisted to return to the provider and then an MRI would be considered. I would have like to have this done all at once instead of waiting. I should have been more demanding!

I love Noelle, and Dr Nutall, they are amazing. The way they fixed my knee was awesome. The hip is next I won't let anyone but them do my surgery

PA-C, Armstrong provided knowledgeable answers for any questions I or my wife had. She also never makes you feel like you have ask a stupid question. She and her accompanying nurse were very pleasant and we all had a few laughs together when appropriate. I would rate this as a very light but serious evaluation and exam.

I have an appointment with my primary doctor to discuss a referral to a different provider. I've NEVER had an experience like this with a Reid provider before especially with the ortho team. Feel free to contact me if you want specifics.

All the Doctors I've seen there are awesome and I love how quick they get u back after u check in.

The injections don't seem to work for my knees.

went as a walk in for a problem after surgery and was treated very nice with concern for my questions... got in quickly and I was very happy ?

With a joint replacement, it is a long walk from entrance to the examination room.

Everyone was so very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed my visit.

I scheduled a cortisone shot drove for over an hour only to be told they couldn't do it. With gas prices it was an expensive trip . I should have been told on the phone it was too soon.

Worthwhile and glad to go there.

She told me if I wasn't satisfied with therapy to call and come back

Was dismissed like I was a bother to be in the room. Didn't even look at the issue even in the slightest way. Act like I don't know my own body and what's its doing. Extremely disappointed

I appreciate the doctor's and nurses taking chances wanting to help people especially with the variants and sickness going around. God Bless them.

They told me to change the bandage once daily. By the time I got home my bandage was soaked all the way through with infection. I've changed it 3x today. Urgent care called and changed my antibiotics to stronger ones. It's finally stopped draining.

I was happy that there is an walk in Ortho clinic. The PA was very professional and personable. She referred me to get a cortisone injection. So hopefully that will help with my pain.

We were so lucky to have found Dr Nuttall and Noelle. They have made us feel almost like family, at least Reid family. They are very thorough in all do.

Noelle was extremely knowledgeable and a calming influence to my anxiety.
