I am still without blood pressure medicine because they sent both scripts to the mail order express pharmacy instead of right next-door to tide me over until the mail order came. I have called three times and were told each time that it would be sent to the pharmacy and it has still not been sent and I am still without bp meds.

Dr Nicole is my doctor she is very sweet kind and caring she listens to me about what's wrong with me on the visits she goes over it with me and my medical records she's never no hurry to get up and leave and when she needs something done for me to do she recommends it I will always keep her as my doctor

My provider is relatively new to me. She does a wonderful job but it is hard to form a trusting relationship. She doesn't know me and I don't know her. No fault of hers but I will be glad when the mask mandate ends. I could pass her on the street and not know her. I totally understand the mask mandates but nonetheless it does effect a patients relationship with their care giver, especially when they are new to you. Overall I believe Nicole Patterson to be caring, compassionate and dedicated to providing quality health care. I just look forward to a time where we can really see each other. Right now we are just faceless people. So much about health care is building trust with your provider, and them with you.

Dr. Patterson was the right person I needed to see today. She was very supportive and calming. I am always treated well when I visit the office. Thank you to all of the staff.

I was very pleased with Nicole Patterson! She was very nice and concerned with some issues I was having. I can't forget about nurse Julie she was very knowledgeable when she she brought my chart up... such a sweetheart also. Thank you Reid Team I have always got the best care from you. I had even talked my elderly mother into going to Reid since her past NP left. She finally has a real Dr and out of honesty I feel so much better taking her to someone who I feel really cares about their patients. A big thank you to Dr Burch for treating and taking such good care of her. Great job, Reid Team you are doing an awesome job.??

Nicole Patterson has been great and listens and I feel like she absolutely cares about you and makes you feel like your her only patient which to me speaks volumes about her as a Medical provider..also all the staff are great and so friendly, I really appreciate that.

With pain in the ear is a sign of infection I am using drops but still having some pain
