Natalie King A-GNP

I had 1st appointment at 7am but she didn't come into room until 7:30 on the dot. I called numerous times before appointment to request labs. When she finally came in she said she can't really do anything until I get labs, hence the reason I called. She did say she received my message requesting labs just before so it was too late to request. So now I have to either make another appointment or she said she will just email me her solution. When I was leaving she pointed me to check out but told me not to go to the young man, she dogged him jokingly. I felt bad for him. He got up and went to back. He was very kind when he did my vitals and went through questions. Her behavior was not professional as I would expect of someone in her position.

Excellent communication. Very nice and understanding. Helpful and reassuring. A perfect visit.

I wish I could still get my prolia shot when I visit my NP OR DR. instead of having to go another day to get it in the infusion department.

The one thing is the time my appointment was scheduled and the time I was seen. The second thing is, I am trying to get a PPO Wavier due to the fact the I am with Anthem. Anthem informed me that the doctor's office needs to fill out/send in the paper work. Well that is NOT the case with this office. I have to do all the work. GRR! I looked up the NPI, got the diagnosis, address, but now I I have to get the medical records and the clinicals. I have NO idea what to do. I am not too happy with this!! The other doctor's office I go to from Reid was more than happy to take care of it for me! So I am thinking you want people to go somewhere else or there are lazy people working there. I have ALWAYS loved this office - it is/was like family!

I'm upset that I will have to find a different endroconologist due to your organization deciding not to accept my insurance (Anthem). It's not fair for patients to have to go elsewhere because they can't afford to pay when on a fixed income.

My experience was great as always. My worry is if Reid is going to make an agreement with anthem in regarding to healthcare insurance being diabetic with an insulin pump with other underlining issues. How will I be able to afford healthcare services if I have to pay at a Network fees. I read a press release from anthem. Stating that Reid received a 4.7 increase in charges in January that's what I'm not satisfied with the sad thing about it is most of us lose our healthcare insurance or go somewhere else like Indy, Dayton Newcastle other surrounding areas. That's a shame I feel Reid could do better.

She makes me feel like a person and not a quota number of patients she must see daily

Natalie King does a great job keeping me informed about my diabetes and my insulin pump settings

I had an insulin pump failure, and the company had to send me a new pump. I called Monday to review the problem with this office and as soon I I received my new pump which was Tuesday evening, Dr Kertchman's office got me in today (Wed) and we got the new pump set up and insulin setting program.

Always a great visit! Natalie is always so kind and helpful. She is so knowledgeable and answers all of my questions. I trust her and everyone else in the endo office to give me the best care. Awesome office and team!

My experience was very good ? and helpful. Because I have made a lot of improvement. Test came in good light so I am seen every six months.

Polite staff. Natalie took time with me to explain things and to ask questions. She did not make me feel rushed.

I found the provider to be very professional and I am very satisfied with her and her team efforts. However, I am unhappy and concerned by a decision by Reid, which nothing to do with my satisfaction with Reid Endocrinology or their work. That decision is to move injections to the infusion center. I find this to be just one more item move down a road that I am very unhappy Reid has chosen to go. Reid talks about making cuts to staff and etc. it seems to me that if Reid had not spent a lot of money buying properties and then letting them sit idle, e.g., the KMart building in Eaton, then they might not have to be making these decisions. How disappointing Reid management has turned out to be. This is from an 81 year old long time fan of Reid's operation, who is much less appreciative of Reid's leadership.
