I don't know why I had to go here. I was asked all of the questions the day before on the phone. And I have to go to pre op appointment for probably the same thing. Feels like an insurance grab to me and a lot of co- pays. I also think that I am having to wait a long time for surgery to remove this stone. Never has taken this long before

I talked with 4 providers in 2 days and the repetition for questions is annoying. I had filled out a pre check on My Chart which had covered the majority of questions that were asked over and over again. Is that really necessary? It's awfully redundant and a time waster for everyone - providers and patients.
It was questioning for my surgery, Ekg, blood work. Questions about my home, ability to take care of myself. So the experience was fine.
Everyone was friendly and seemed to care about me as a patient. Everything that was done was explained beforehand in a simple way that was easy to understand.
