I made 4 calls before my calls were returned. During that time i had run out of my humira & in disabiling pain my joints were inflamed & swollen. Prior to thia i had begun feeling qiute good. I recd a call re: lab work & was told i would rec call back to verify if i could restart my humira to date i have not recd a call
I do not want to see this provider again. I will only see JoAnn from now on.

Staff needs a more professional mousepad in exam than a bandage covered by tape. Felt sorry for the staff.
I was not happy after leaving appointment . I don't feel I am being treated for my medical issues as he pretty much stop my meds . I'm in awful pain I will be looking for new dr

The provider I was supposed to have seen died. The staff was notified while I was waiting to see the provider that had absorbed all her appointments. This was probably an unfair evaluation as there were many circumstances affecting this visit. Even have to wait until August for a follow-up because of the circumstances.
Thankful for this dr. appt. Very thorough and explained things to me so that I could understand easily. Working with me to find the best treatment and to diagnose all of my problems. I've been to over 10 doctors and haven't had this good of an experience at all of the others. I feel like I will get answers and help with this new office. Thank you!!!
There needs to be less waiting time in the waiting area and in the exam room.My appointment was for 1:30 and i didn't leave out of the exam room and waiting area till 2:30

I was told after I made my payment and put in a room before telling me that Mr. Atwell was running about an hour behind (I make my appts. in the afternoon due to the hours I work). I was not happy because I had other stuff to do before going to work~ I talked to the office manager about what was going on which was a mistake. She offered me a free meal ticket~ no offense but who wants to eat hospital food! I wasn't looking for anything free just wanted her to know that I was upset and hoping this hour long wait would never happen again! I never have much of a wait with my family doctor and I know she has packed schedule!Very disappointed
