I really appreciate the concern and care for my personal health Dr Griffin show's to me because when sudden death is a real possibility a person needs to know the real truth and possibilities with the care I'm being given....

The entire staff I interacted with were kind, caring, informed, and extremely helpful. The listened to what I said and helped me formulate a health plan that I am an equal partner in. I left feeling that I am on the same wave length as my medical team.

There was very little waiting time. Got back to the room & I immediately was being taken care of with all my stats & a EKG done. Then Missy came in & asked questions & then examination. She was very thorough & friendly. In her assessment she thought I should do a stress test. Which was immediately set up. Thank you for such great care & treatment.

I was treated rudely and don't feel like I was told the full truth of my ultrasound and never got discharge papers or told face to face just shoved in a room and then phone called and said I could go home....not satisfied at all...

I made appt after first cancellation because of failure to call with any results. I wanted results from testing. I was told by one employee that doctor did not send the echo test out. That is why they did not call. I was told stress test was okay. After appt. I asked nurse if I could leave, she said to wait on another person to Bring me paperwork. I was left waiting in the room for 20 minutes. I went outside to see if anyone was there and everyone was gone. I went to front desk and asked if I could leave. She provided me paperwork and told me I had a follow up in a year. But scheduled for 2 months out. I immediately cancelled next appt. I was at the doctors office for a follow up on results, I was there for one and half hours. I left there with the same knowledge I had as I went in with.

Missy listened to me and she talked about my treatment. Also checked my loop to make sure it was working. She is so pleasant and relaxed any concerns that I had.

Melissa and her staff were very attentive and kind. I've been struggling with post covid symptoms since 8-6-22. They have been very compassionate and understanding about my concerns.

At the end of the visit was the only complaint took a very long time getting paper work done it was a long wait

It was very good.

I felt like they did not really want to fool with me or care what I had to say. Both people I saw seemed like the just wanted to hurry up and get me out of the office. I feel for me it was a huge waste of my time and money to even go for this visit and now I have to pay $45 for nothing, which is exactly what I feel I got out of this visit. I hadn't had an echo gram in 2 years and I have aortic stenosis, but ms. Griffin said I had to wait over 6 more months to have one done. my heart has been beating strangely lately, but she acted like she didn't really care. I may have to look for a new cardiologist.

Melissa Griffin was the provider and she explained to me about why I had to stay on the medication I was taking. She also answered all the questions that I had asked since this was the first time I've ever experienced anything like this. She was a very caring provider and Was very knowledgeable about my condition.

Everyone was so careing and conserned about my health. They were kind and helpful. I Don't have any faults against my service.

Staff and dr done a great job

I still don't understand why i feel the way i do , but they did a great job explaining everything. They were nicest as they could be to me.

They were very friendly and nice they answers questions if I asked them.

Did take quite a bit of time between the time I saw the care provider and the time the lady with my after care visit sumarry came in. A lot of wasted time for me just sitting in an office waiting. My time is just as valuable to me as there's to them. Seems it should not take that long.

I would like to report that EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE, was VERY PROFESSIONAL, and I and my family appreciate them. Grateful to have them helping me. Thank you.
