Nothing to say but nice things about Reid. Always satisfied.

The ladies at the front desk in Connersville need to smile. There can be no one else in the waiting area and they still take their time to check you in. It's a very cold environment with them. This appointment felt rushed and lack of connection between the NP and I. The MA was wonderful! Disappointed in this visit, this is why I prefer to meet with my actual cardiologist!! I understand we all have bad days, but I was not impressed with the visit.

Melissa explained things in a way I could understand. She listened patiently and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed. She took immediate action when my bloodwork came back abnormal and called with new instructions. I felt like she really cared about me and my health.

The staff was friendly. I didn't have to wait long before seeing the doctor. Melissa Griffin was so nice and explained everything and was willing to listen to any questions or concerns I might have. I appreciated her very much.
