We are grateful for Reid and the care we receive.

Melissa explained things in a way I could understand. She listened patiently and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed. She took immediate action when my bloodwork came back abnormal and called with new instructions. I felt like she really cared about me and my health.

The staff was friendly. I didn't have to wait long before seeing the doctor. Melissa Griffin was so nice and explained everything and was willing to listen to any questions or concerns I might have. I appreciated her very much.

I live in connersville area and don't think Reid has the people in Connersville best interest at heart. I deal with the people in the Connersville Reid heart center these people know me and my condition but I can't speak to them on the phone I have to talk to nurses at Reid Richmond that don't know me or my history I've taken all my and my wife's medical to another hospital and Doctors. The only reason I'm still with the heart center at Reid is Dr Mcquinty, Missy in Connerville and Kristy in Richmond. Those 3 care !!!
