Scheduling for an allergy shot seems problematic in Dr.Olsen's office. I waited for at least 45 minutes because the nurse had so many patients to see. I did not have an appointment to see Dr. Olsen. Waited even longer the previous week when I was placed on Dr. Olsen's schedule instead of for an allergy appointment. Allergy shot visits seem to take me LONGER than regular doctor's visit take. I am very puzzled about this. I was a patient of Dr. Bode for many, many years before his retirement. Almost all visits with him were quite prompt; never 45-60 minutes late. I just started taking allergy shots on April 16,2021 in Dr. Olsen's office. Therefore, I never experienced how long such an appointment would have taken in Dr. Bode's office. I'm not impatient; just curious!
My visit was very prompt, everything l needed was done. Everyone in this office was great.

i love everyone i have had contact with at Urological care From those at the front desk to the nurses and Dr Diaz i have had excellent care. I have hearing loss and they are very accomodating to me.

Assistant did not identify herself or what she was there for. Her badge was turned backwards so I could not read her name or position. Did not explain procedure.

I had the first appointment of the day... so my answers about waiting may be impacted by that.I had a fairly acute situation and had to wait for an appointment for weeks. I could have had one appointment sooner~ but was working. That would have also been weeks~ and a few days earlier. I did call and leave a request for The next spot were there a cancellation~ but did not hear back.What the particular nurse practitioner did while I was there was absolutely excellent and her manner was all top notch. However~ coming to the appointment I did not know:- her name - that I would be catheterized-- that I would have a pelvic examCommunication and timing have been problematic~ but the care and empathy for the patient good. It's just hard when you are scared~ have been waiting a very long time~ and worry if your situation is critical~ or not. We're this addressed~ much fear would be removed and more patients would recover sooner.

They have always been friendly and willing to answer your questions without rushing you. I felt like they truly cared. The waiting room and offices were clean and I felt safe from COVID-19.
