The staff at Reid Ready care located at Meijer were outstanding. From the receptionist to the NP everyone was very friendly~ helpful and showed a genuine concern for someone just walking in off the street! I will most certainly use them again when a situation arises!
Hello ~The staff and physician was very courteous and helpful at the Reid Ready clinic at Meijer. had a sport physical. Thanks~
The NP was terrible and did a rushed exam. She barely listened to my chest~ did not check my ears or throat~ or compare breath sounds pre/post neb. treatment. I had to come back 4d later for additional meds~ as I was not improved. I have since been able to secure a primary provider. On previous visits to this facility~ the NP called to make sure I was improving~ and did a much more thorough exam.
Luckily there was no wait time since I had to return to work. In the past if there is even just a few people ahead in line the wait time can be extensive.
I use the Reid clinic whenever I need to see a doctor for symptoms of sinus infection~ sore throat/strep~ fever~ earache~ or viral-related issues that require attention. In fact~ I have only seen my require doctor once within the past two years. All of my other needed visits for the above items have been treated by staff at the Reid clinic in Meijer. I prefer this location because it is very close to my home~ I can go that day for an appointment~ and I usually have to wait under 20 minutes to be seen. It is also convenient that there is a pharmacy on the store if prescriptions are needed. Lastly~ the staff is always very friendly in addition to bei g knowledgeable.
From check in to check out everyone was sympathetic and wished me well. Especially the provider and check in person
I should NOT be billed for almost $200 for an advertised $15 sports physical!
Been to multiple family dr. visits and urgent care visits and I finally got the issue I was having taken care of! So thankful for being seen by Lynelle Payne who understood my situation and was finally able to get me the right medication to treat it.
I suggest that the followup mext morning call not happen at 830am. Esp for those whos readon for visiting was because of their children. MANY are up miltiple times through the night~ and don't gwt much sleep at all.
Love the staff here! Very compassionate and informative employees!
I was on an antibiotic for a UTI and the provider told me to stop taking this and replaced it with a new antibiotic so had to pay for a whole new antibiotic.
This is not a criticism just an observation. Both of my girls came in the last few weeks for their ihsaa annual physical. I love having the Reid ready care in the Meijer. The only suggestion I have is that the nurse that did the weight for the girls said their weights out loud both times. One girl has dealt with Anorexia and the other thinks she's overweight. We have thrown away our scales at home and I have asked them not to look at the number on the scales when we go to the doctor. I don't expect the nurse to know this about my kids however I thought it might be ok to suggest that she not continue to say the weights out loud. I know it causes stress with my girls because of the pressure they put on themselves. My girls are fine. They didn't have a problem~ but I just thought if someone does have an issue it might be best to not say the weight out loud. Our family has had to be highly sensitive to this and so I thought I would pass along the suggestion.
Very pleased with the service received
One staff member had many visible tattoos on their arms and a lip piercing. This did not look professional for a doctor's office. The tattoos should be covered.
I nurse and x ray tech were very helpful. The lpn that was on duty~ was no smarter than a box of rocks. Never asked my son any questions about his foot~ just sent him for x Ray's and told him to go home. If I went back~ I would ask for a different provider.
Always treated with kindness and care. Never feel nervous or a feeling that we are being an inconvenience to the provider or staff. Lynelle Payne is so knowledgeable and answers questions with so much patience and care.
I received a follow-up call the next day~ which I was not available at the time of the call. When I returned the call~ the receptionist said the nurse was with a patient and would call me back when she was finished. She never called back! Kind of unprofessional is my opinion.
Thanks for the $15 sports physicals! Don't like survey's or knowing staff gets raises based on anonymous surveys.
Wait was long and I was first there upon opening. Checked in at 8 and taken back at 830. Nurse in immediately. Provider came in at 915. Ver fast once I saw her and had testing. Left room at 950. Great care just very slow when no one was in front of me. I would still come back just know it isnt fast.
Signing up for mychart directions were given by office staff and I was able to sign up on the spot with ease and no issues.
Everyone was kind~ courteous and efficient!!
The doctor was great she treated me like she was treating her self if she had want going on with her. I was greatly pleased
Everyone was great however after researching my diagnosis~ the NP was totally off on the location of the radiologist's diagnosis.
Very long wait to be seen and for treatment~ the day I stopped in there was one other individual in the waiting room. All other exam rooms were vacant~ still took an hour.
My doctor was not in~ and I was directed to go to Urgent Care. I was treated with respect by everyone on staff. They continually told me the time period in which I would have to wait and they were spot on! The Nurse Practitioner answered all my questions. I appreciated their efficiency and their caring attitude.
The staff was Wonderful with my 3 yr old niece who was sick. They made her feel so comfortable.
The staff outside of the room was very noisy and I could hear them talking about me before I ever saw the provider. I understand it was a Saturday~ but they were a little immature. Also~ I was never offered water during my wait for the provider to see me and I heard others being offered water. I felt vulnerable during my wait.
I often go here for non-emergency treatment because they're fast and every NP I have ever seen was polite and to the point. I don't have to wait forever or worry about not getting in like at my physicians office~ I have recommended them.
everyone was so kind and caring. I wqw in a lot of pain and they tried very hard to find out why and were very understanding. The whole team was wonderful and I would definitely come back again~ even though I live in Connersville and 3 miles from our Urgent Care. I came to Reid ER first and they were truly backed up with patients so we went down to Urgent Care and go immediate help. Great Job.
From the receptionist~ nurse that helped check us in and the np they were all very polite~ respectful and helpful. My husband~ daughter and myself received outstanding care and was overall very satisfied with our care and the friendliness and respect we received! Thank you!
Very happy with service!!
The NP was wonderful with my sick little boy! She listened to him and was very compassionate. We were very pleased with this visit.
Came in for minor cold symptoms. Slight sore throat~ ear ache and congestion. VERY impressed with Lynelle and the staff at Meijer. In and out within 45 min. And staff super efficient and friendly.
I was given an antibiotic that I'm allergic to. My allergies were in the file and confirmed by the nurse but the provider prescribed anyway. Luckily the pharmacist caught it.
