Very good operation but needs more doctors!
Scheduling has been a struggle lately but the clinical care provided is excellent !
From check in time thru surgery & then my over night stay~ I cannot express enough how concerned the entire staff was at seeing my every need was met. Especially the floor nurses on first~ second & third shift that took care of me. Dr. Johnson is an excellent surgeon & made sure after surgery I was comfortable. In summary~ my thks to all & I hope my bill for services is within reason~ the VA is supposed to cover it. This type of concern & quality care is what keeps people coming back. Thk
very nice people
I'm sorry I'm moving away and will have to find a new urologist.
I was very satisfied with my visit. The people at the front desk were very friendly. And my visit with the NP went well. She was very informative with my test results and asked questions to see if I had any other issues or concerns.
I received the best of care. I give the whole staff a triple AAA plus rating!
I will miss having my provider in Oct.
As always~ we were very pleased with the visit. Things were explained very well and concerns were answered. Everyone is always so helpful and pleasant. Thank you!
She explained everything to me that is being done to me.
dr johnson and the staff are very professional and take great care of me
Sometimes it's aggravating to arrive 20 minutes before appt as directed~ but yet we sign in which only takes a minute~ then we have 19 minutes to sit waiting~ along with approx 30 more minutes waiting to get called back...would like to see a change from 20 minutes to 10 minutes.
Everyone associated with Reid Urology is fantastic from my experiences throughout.
I really appreciate Lindsay's approach for my care since last October. If it weren't for her knowing which way to proceed with the test and biopsy that discovered the cancer~ I don't know what would have happened. My eternal thanks to her.
When I have to call to change appointment~ I feel like the patient shouldn't have to wait for someone to call me back. I call when I'm available to call and change things. I work and don't have the time to sit and wait. This is the only reason I lowered the survey ratings.
Nurse practitioner Lindsay~ was very professional and understanding. Explained my situation and really put my mind at ease regarding my situation answered in detail all of my concerns.
I really did not like who ever returned my call and I ask my question and she was very short with me and said we do not do not remove a catheter until they have been in 7-10 days after surgery and besides the Dr. needs to look over the case and we will call you back. She called back within 10 min and scheduled my appoint me for 5 days. She was very admit that the appointment was 7:30 no other choices. The day of the appointment I swear it was the same girl that came in the room with me that was on the phone. Right away she says we don't take catheters out this soon. I have to go ask the Dr. Her attitude was so nasty that she could have had me in tears if they didn't take that catheter out. I was so ready for it to come out.Turned out that the Dr. had her do the test and I was able to keep the catheter out. Other then that nurse not he nurse practitioner everyone else was nice and easy to work with. That nurses bedside manner needs to be changed.
I was referred to this ofc to see the urogynocologist Sara Diaz Valentin~ MD because of my vaginal atrophy~ a tear or hole in the vaginal area and having monthly UTI's. Why did I see her? My NP did not change her mind as to who I was to see~ as I was told. I would like to see her in future appts. Can this be possible?
First time see Lindsey~ she was very professional and made me feel very comfortable
Np seems too in a hurry
Really Like Lindsay
I had an issue with a script not being filled by the pharmacy. When I attempted to contact the Urology Dept. calls were never answered. They always go to voicemail. Which if you are not from the area~ can cause frustration as you don't want to leave the Richmond area to head home or back to work until you get answers. Attempted calling the nurses line~ and the appointment line and always went to voicemail. Had to physically return to the office to get an answer to my question.
I should've asked more questions before my procedure so I would know what to expect in the days following
This was my initial visit~ and it was very through for a first visit. I feel attention to detail and responding to my defective hearing was good
Nurse Lindsay is easy to talk to and answers questions for me.
Highly satisfied with care I have received.
I am very pleased and appreciative of the professionalism and courtesy of Dr. Worley and her staff.
You need more urologists. Appointments are set to long in advance or have to wait to long for an appointment.
Everyone is always very friendly and respectable. It's refreshing to go to a doctors office and be treated with respect and not just a number.
Would be good for nurse to at least turn her back while patient is getting undressed :)
