Lindsay Worley the Nurse Practitioner~ was wonderful in explaining my surgical procedure so that I understood what would happen. I really felt more relaxed after she explained everything that would happen before~ during and after surgery. She made me feel less anxious.
Everyone is always courteous and takes their time with me. I never feel as if I'm being rushed out. My questions and concerns are always addressed. The only complaint is that there never seems to be adequate parking for the handicapped.

Staff were better about wearing their masks this visit than previous visits.The nurse practitioner was much more attentive to my needs than the doctor was in my previous visit. The billing is somewhat outrageous and a deterrent for getting the recommended amount of care.
Overall everything went well~ I satisfied completly.
On my last visit~ I was in and out of your office in 35 minutes. I believe this is record time for any medical office visit that I can remember. The one phone call I made was regarding a prescription refill and although I did not hear from you~ the pharmacy emailed me the same day that the refill was ordered.
Very bad about keeping appts scheduled. Cant get scheduling as needed. Very disappointing for the amount of discomfort im having.
Issues were w/ checkout process. I was there on a Mon~ XXX did my checkout & scheduled my exam in Muncie (b/c of my insurance). Tues I have a msg from him that he forgot to schedule my appt & scheduled it Thur at Reid. I called back in confused b/c when I left Mon he had written down my appt info & said he sent in the order. Wasn't able to talk to him but the person I talked to said she'd follow-up with him & make sure it was taken care of. Get to Muncie Wed & have my ultrasound. Thur I get a call that I was also have an xray & I needed to go that day or 1st thing next morning to get it done. I wasn't able to do it either day~ so essentially I wasted my time coming to Reid for my appt & going to Muncie for partial test. Had I been given a copy of my orders or if XXX would have written down what I needed I would've known I needed 2 things. Muncie said it's b/c orders were not sent in together so they weren't aware there were 2. Pls make sure staff are clearly explaining info!

as stated earlier~ i would absolutely recommend Urological Care to everyone. I have five  doctors and can honestly say Urological Care is the one appmn't I look forward to because of the entire experience...from check in to being released from the visit. My appmn't last week was consistent with 'all' appmn'ts I have had with Dr. Johnson and staff..check in staff is wonderful~ nursing staff taking my information in the exam room and we do not want to forget Lindsay Worley who is the best BTW! I appreciate the Urological Care Center and thank you for everything!

Lindsay was very professional and explained everything including different options for care. She made my visit very laid back and friendly!
Due to my hearing loss (2 aids) and the ass't speaking through a mask~ I had difficulty understanding her. However~ the NP spoke very clearly. In this facility I ALWAYS need directions on which hallway~ door to exit.
Dr. was very helpful in answering my questions about my brother and explaining why she made her decision.

N. P. Worley and all the "" associates "" - CSR or MA or "what-ever" - they all talked plainly and clearly to me and answered any questions I had. Very happy with the treatment and care I receive from Reid Urological.
Excellent staff and service
This was a Telehealth visit and some questions should have had not applicable NA related to Telehealth visits that is why some of my responses were Neutral. Very pleased with Telehealth encounter with Lindsey NP. Great direction in alternating days 3 days a week vs. 7 days a week in taking antibiotic. Thank you for the opportunity to do Telehealth especially for yearly visits.

I have been with the center going back to Dr. Perez ~ the care received then has carried over to and remains very favorable as it was then. This includes from the time I enter the office or any other reason till my dismissal from any procedure performed.
I was greeted at check in with friendly and helpful staff. I was called back within a few minutes of check in. And the care and attention I received was great.
Staff has been great...listened to my concerns with kidney stones & high blood pressure issues and helped get treatment with cardiac clearance in timely manner

Get more clip boards. Had to use a magazine. I believe the technician was too much in a hurry. For example~ after I washed my hands~ she walked in without knocking. She previously had asked me to open the door when I was finished. I never had a chance to open the door~ she beat me to it. I told most of this to Lindsay.
