I was happy with my visit overall. After visiting Reid Internal Medicine and Pediatrics on Friday~ I was not pleased with my visit because my symptoms had gotten worse. I went to Reid Urgent Care on Sunday morning. I felt I was listened to better at Urgent Care and received the treatment I felt was necessary.
I was impressed with the expedient wait time and great service I received this weekend at your clinic.
I was surprised on the care I received
The provider that I saw did absolutely nothing for me! The visit was a total waste of time! It was so bad I told the staff that they better NOT bill my insurance company for the visit and that I will be contacting my insurance company and letting them know that this provider did nothing for me!
They were able to get me in and out really quick. Staff was very friendly~ from front desk to provider. Provider explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. Great experience and will definitely go back if I need any other treatment.
The NP who came on to treat me refused to stop the bleeding on my finger because she said I needed to go to the ER Because I told her I had passed out that morning after pouring iodine on my wound~ and was Instantly nauseas and dizzy. Said she I needed the wound cauterized but wouldn't stop the bleeding because she said I wouldn't go to the hospital and then smiled~ yet they were not concerned enough that they didn't make me wait while they took several patient ahead of me and she wasn't. Concerned enough to even check to make sure I didn't have a concussion. So I went to Rushville Clinic whom stopped my bleeding by applying pressure~ who was able to see me in 10 minutes.
I was treated with care and professionally~ and the doctor took my concerns seriously. I had a worry about my lung/rib and needed assessment before I left on a trip~ for peace of mind. I am pretty sure this is the first time in my adult life (I'm 67) that I've ever visited an urgent care.
It was quick to get back to the room and once we were there the NP was in fast which is helpful since it was for my 2 yr old. She was very understanding and did not make us feel stupid for being her since she had only had a fever since that am... I work and did not want to have to wait it out to make sure it was not a virus! Strep test was positive so we were able to start on antibiotics yesterday and she is back to her normal self already!.. Very happy with my visit. I think the np name was Kristin Ewing
The person who treated me actually took the time to sit with me and talk about my symptoms since I had one that was just a little odd. She took the time to look into it~ test me for things she thought were related and prescribed me something to help with it.
The Meijers Richmond Indiana walk in clinic is very convenient and always a pleasant position experience!!!
My son needed a Physical rather quickly. We were able to get right in same day and was extremely reasonable with pricing $15. Extremely pleased

Staff and NP were very courteous. I was feeling very ill and they treated me with compassionate care.
Provided bill (that will be received later) is not completely outrageous~ I definitely will be back the next time I am sick.

Very fast and efficient service. Immediately knew to send my granddaughter to Reid ER for what she was experiencing.
Normally the facility is very clean and organized but I was very disappointed to walk in and find that at the kids table there was a dirty Kleenex along with face masks that I was unsure if they had been used or not. I had to clean the area up because my children wanted to sit there. And it had been sitting that way because there was no one else being seen when I arrived at the clinic.
I was billed $ 204.00 by mistake for my paid in full $50 visit. THis was fixed but shouldn't have happened

I meant to fill out the GEM application I seen in the office. Everyone was sympathetic to my needs and knew I was genuinely uncomfortable with my pain. I appreciate everyone's hard work and dedication to making me feel at ease. I'm truly grateful for their professionalism and urgency for my care! Kudos~ to the team (meaning from receptionist to NP)! Even though we got to Urgent Care during the normal lunch time~ my husband was seen almost immediately. Every one we encountered was friendly and professional.
Walked in with the hopes of being seen for a sinus infection/ upper respiratory and it went so quickly. We barely sat down and got called back. Was seen by NP quickly~ walked over to MediCenter inside same building~ got prescription and was on our way. Very impressed!
Regina Walker was a very nice sight to see when I walked in. She is a very caring person who is truly the to serve.
Only problem was that I told provider I would need referral in writing to take to my primary Dr for further treatment and she insisted it be sent electronically~ upon attempting to send it to my primary( Wright Pat) she was informed it had to be in writing so I have to make another trip to get it in writing.
