Kim always treats my daughter with respect and care! She was nervous and Kim put her at ease. Best provider ever!

My provider is wonderful, she always comes in and sits and stays until I'm done talking or asking questions etc. she is never in a rush to leave. The staff is also very nice and helpful! Together they provide excellent care.

She has always made me feel comfortable to talk to her about anything and has always took as much time as needed to address any issues I may have. I'm completely satisfied with my Doctor.

I had a very good experience with Kim Miller NP. This was my first visit with her so naturally she would not have known much about my past history like my current NP would. Kim was very reassuring that when I had future needs she or another NP in the office would take good care of me.

The nurse, Ashlee, was extremely friendly and caring. Dr. Kelly Miller was amazing as well. She seemed to really care.

I had an appointment with K. Miller today. First time I have seen her since my regular physician is temporarily out of office. The Hagerstown office is so great to work with. When my appointment was over. Dr. Miller asked me if I had any questions. Yes was my answer. After that she asked again, do you have any questions! Yes was my answer. She again answered that question and again asked if I had any more questions. My answer was no. But I believe she would have kept asking and that is so important to me. But, I will miss this great health care providers when Reid will not accept Anthem insurance any longer. It has been a great 53 year run since I was born there at the old hospital in 1971.

I truly felt like she was going to help me find out the root of my concerns. She listened to what I had said was the only thing so far that gave me some relief & was willing to help with that until we can come up with another option after bloodwork is completed. I am thankful as she is definitely the person I needed to help me start this process of figuring out the root cause

This was a last minute appointment. I have surgery scheduled in less than 2 weeks and needed to get the problem taken care of. I was told my primary care didn't have any appointments but the person I spoke with was going to send her a message so I could see her or possibly another provider in the office. I saw my provider.

I trust Kim Miller completely with my healthcare. She is such a caring and compassionate Nurse Practitioner. She truly listens and spends enough time with me to understand my healthcare needs. She's not rushed like to many doctors seem to be. I give her an A+!

Everyone from the person answering the phones, to the nurse checking me into my room and of course the doctor and the checkout person were all extremely nice, patient and very attentive. I highly recommend this office and doctor. They made my very stressful situation easy to navigate. I didn't feel like a burden coming to the office or calling. So appreciative of all of them.

The lady I spoke with before leaving seemed to be in a very bad mood the whole time I was trying to check out I tried to ask questions and felt judged and like she didn't care I believe her name tag said lore but not for sure. She was truly attentive to the concerns I had with my medical issues & how they are likely tied to family stress we are experiencing & gave short term adjustments to make & re-eval in a couple months to ensure I'm headed in a positive direction. I fully trust her with my health needs & with my immediate family members healthcare as well. She listens & is truly concerned for our well being as a whole person, & does not treat us like another number in the system. We are her patients, & she shows care & compassion as such.
