Kim Miller, NP was amazing to me. She was kind with her words and willing to listen to my concerns and address them in a good manner. I really appreciated it.

The woman in the office have definitely improved. We almost switched providers because of how obviously judgemental and rude they were. Now I can't think of one person there that isn't pleasant all the time. Kim is very understanding and down to earth. She has helped me improve my life by probably 75% in just the last year. Thank you!

This was a very comfortable and informative visit with the NP.

Our experience with Kim Miller and everyone in her office is always excellent. Her staff is friendly and professional, and Kim is kind and so knowledgeable. Our only growing concern is with Reid's central calling center. The day of my daughter's appointment her blood pressure dropped and she almost passed out in class. They called the ambulance who did come, but her blood pressure went to normal levels, and she already had an appointment with Kim that afternoon scheduled. I called to see if Kim thought I should go ahead and take her to the ER, or just wait for our appointment. I really needed an answer to that! The person who took the message only sent a message to Kim's office without calling to say there was a more urgent message. Kim did not see the message until right before coming into the room for her appointment. That left me to have to decide on my own what was best medically. From now on I will just firmly require that they put me through to Kim's office directly. I appreciate any retraining that needs to be attended to with the person who took my message that day. Thank you.

Kim Miller and her nurse Meghan treated me nice and explained everything to me so I would understand it. Hagerstown Clinic is really helpful considering I live in Hagerstown.

Kim Miller treated me like her established patient even though it was our first time meeting. She was extremely thorough and kind which gave me a sense of calm and confidence in her ability to care for me. I would definitely continue to have her as a PCP should Kelly Abshear not be able to return to the clinic.

She didn't put me in a box, she treated me as an individual, not everyone's body is the same and I greatly appreciate the care that was given to my concerns and answered any questions I had.

It would have been helpful to have had a reminder that I was due for fasting lab work before the visit to avoid being charged for two office visits and missing work time twice.

THIS WAS MY 1ST VISIT WITH HER BUT I WAS IN REID HOSPITAL FOR 3 DAYS ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO. I HAVE HAD A LOT OF ISSUES GOING ON WITH MY HEALTH AND I MENTIONED THAT TO HER A COUPLE OF TIMES ABOUT HER GOING OVER MY CHART AND SHE WAS VERY UP TO DATE ON MY HEALTH. GREAT DOCTOR.

I had a very good experience with Kim Miller NP. This was my first visit with her so naturally she would not have known much about my past history like my current NP would. Kim was very reassuring that when I had future needs she or another NP in the office would take good care of me.

The nurse, Ashlee, was extremely friendly and caring. Dr. Kelly Miller was amazing as well. She seemed to really care.

I had an appointment with K. Miller today. First time I have seen her since my regular physician is temporarily out of office. The Hagerstown office is so great to work with. When my appointment was over. Dr. Miller asked me if I had any questions. Yes was my answer. After that she asked again, do you have any questions! Yes was my answer. She again answered that question and again asked if I had any more questions. My answer was no. But I believe she would have kept asking and that is so important to me. But, I will miss this great health care providers when Reid will not accept Anthem insurance any longer. It has been a great 53 year run since I was born there at the old hospital in 1971.

I was very impressed by Kim Miller. She definitely made me feel like she listened to my concerns. She had spoke to me with understanding & compassion. I truly felt like she was going to help me find out the root of my concerns. She listened to what I had said was the only thing so far that gave me some relief & was willing to help with that until we can come up with another option after bloodwork is completed. I am thankful as she is definitely the person I needed to help me start this process of figuring out the root cause

This was a last minute appointment. I have surgery scheduled in less than 2 weeks and needed to get the problem taken care of. I was told my primary care didn't have any appointments but the person I spoke with was going to send her a message so I could see her or possibly another provider in the office. I saw my provider.

I trust Kim Miller completely with my healthcare. She is such a caring and compassionate Nurse Practitioner. She truly listens and spends enough time with me to understand my healthcare needs. She's not rushed like to many doctors seem to be. I give her an A+!

Everyone from the person answering the phones, to the nurse checking me into my room and of course the doctor and the checkout person were all extremely nice, patient and very attentive. I highly recommend this office and doctor. They made my very stressful situation easy to navigate. I didn't feel like a burden coming to the office or calling. So appreciative of all of them.

She was truly attentive to the concerns I had with my medical issues & how they are likely tied to family stress we are experiencing & gave short term adjustments to make & re-eval in a couple months to ensure I'm headed in a positive direction. I fully trust her with my health needs & with my immediate family members healthcare as well. She listens & is truly concerned for our well being as a whole person, & does not treat us like another number in the system. We are her patients, & she shows care & compassion as such.
