The staff is always very nice and professional. Kelli is very knowledgeable. Makes me feel at ease. Answers my questions. Lets me take part in deciding what the plan of care will be. She tells me to let her know how things are going to see if things need to be adjusted

Didn't feel like I was being listened to today. The nurse/assistant that did my initial check in seemed clueless and confused all the way to the end of my visit when she told me to bypass the check out window. After standing back in the lobby I was instructed to go back in to the checkout window. She didn't understand the following questions I asked and had to ask them repeatedly. 1. Was this (my prescription) called in as a 3 month supply? 2. Are these vials or pens (my prescription)? 3. Do they come in vials?

For the love of all that is holy, will you please fix the phone system so that we can call this office directly?! I have called the number, been put on hold and then had to wait so whoever I'm on the phone with can call and talk with someone in the office. I would love to be able to directly call this office and do this myself. Not this appointment, but a previous one I called to make an appointment. I was told the provider would be out for 6 weeks and I would have to wait. After discussing what I needed the appointment for, we discovered my provider wasn't out, but another provider with the same first name was and the person on the phone was confused. I almost waited 6 weeks foe nothing. Had this person been in the actual office they were scheduling for, this never would have happened. Please, please, please let patience call and speak directly to this office.

The whole experience was wonderful! From check in, to speaking with the nurse, then to seeing the nurse practitioner. It was a very great experience!

The only reason my lpn didn't know my history was because I was a new patient, just wanted to clarify that an why I put no. I thought Kelli was great. My kids and husband has seen her multiple times an we love her she's great! Great bedside manner! And she was very caring an concerned about the reason I was there referred me for more testing that very day. I would recommend her to any of my loved ones.

Great staff, the main guy I talked to was outstanding and did tests right away to see what is causing my pain. But unfortunately they couldn't figure out why I'm having the pain. Had me follow up with my primary care provider and she set me up to have a appointment with a general surgeon. Just want to find out why I'm still having pain

I went into todays visit with so much anxiety. However, I would like to say I was definitely at ease when in the office. You guys are so lucky to have the new nurse practitioner. She came in before Kelli today which I was super ok with but took the time to listen and offer suggestions. I was super impressed with her after my visit. I could say so many good things. And of course I always have good things to say about Kelli as well. She followed up nicely. Such a good group you have at Hagerstown.

It was my annual exam, and the issues that I brought up were not addressed at all. I was not instructed on any of my concerns. She yawned throughout my visit, and closed her eyes for lengthy periods. I will be finding a different provider.

This was our first visit here, an i was impressed, Dr an staff was amazing, and if recommend Dr. Kelli to anyone, I didn't have to wait long to be taken back an even once back in room from start to finish an this is with four different test on my daughter we were only there maybe 40mins most, great place great team on this visit.

I realize this has no bearing on the experience today but I feel it is very important for me to mention. This is my 3rd provider in about 5 years because 2 of my prior providers moved out of the area. Neither of the 2 prior providers caught a preexisting medical condition that this provider found. The reason for the visit today was a routine Medicare wellness check & I believe all issues were touched on during this visit.

Every staff member that I came in contact with was kind, caring and very helpful. I haven't had a physical or seen a doctor in several years so I was quite anxious about my visit and wasn't sure what to expect, but a couple minutes into my visit I was feeling much calmer. It was very apparent that they all love their jobs and truly care about their patients. I am an addict in recovery so I'm always a little hesitant to completely open up when seeing a doctor that I have never dealt with before, but almost immediately I felt that I could tell them anything and wouldn't be judged for it. They listened to everything I had to say and answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. One of the things I liked the most was that Dr. Abshear would as my opinion about any treatment plans or medications, etc. rather than just tell me that I needed to do this, this, and that. I liked having a say as to how to handle my health my health issues.
