Katie Marker is very professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful. I respect her greatly. I am very pleased with the care she provides for me. She is crazy to talk to, answers my questions thoroughly and in easily understandable language. I will highly recommend her to others looking for a reliable and competent provider.

The lady with long black hair, who greeted me was difficult. I didn't appreciate the way she basically told me i had to pay 37 dollars before i even sit down to wait for my appointment. With her smug "have a nice day" coupled with my PTSD, i hope i never see her there again. The lady in pink scrubs id much nicer

The only complaint that I have, has nothing to do with my provider or their staff. I just wish that it would not have been so incredibly hot in the waiting area and the exam room. I was very warm and sweating due to it. It was fairly warm outside and felt that the air should have been cooler.

I had to have an EKG for an upcoming surgery and they were able to do it right there in the office! I was expecting to have to go to the hospital and have it done so that was an added bonus to be able to have it done during my visit.

Katie Marker is amazing. The call center however is rude. I called last Thursday because I needed information asap. The person on the other end said that the person I asked for wasn't there or with a patient. It was an emergency that I spoke to someone that day and it took 5 days to hear from someone. That is unacceptable and should've never happened

I know that most offices run behind at times, it was just a lot today when my appt was for 1pm and I was not called back for my visit until after 1:30pm. That is my only complaint and everything else was top notch. Jaci is especially nice and personable. She always has a positive attitude and seems to be very detail oriented.
