We waited 40 minutes from check in till the NP came in. When she did come in she didn't bother to apologize. Being from this area I knew the patient ahead of us and knew it would be awhile. Patients should scheduled according to ailments and medical complaints. They totally failed others patients. NP was very thorough with me but an apology would have been appreciated. Not sure I want to continue care where patients are not valued.

I've been with Reid several years and have always been pleased with everyone that works there, I have no complaints and will continue to use Reid for all my medical concerns.

Katie, is a Saint. Thoughtful, caring, attentive to my concerns she reassured me that I was normal in my concerns. Katie, never rushes me out but addresses each concern I have. So very thankful she has helped me to make my transition and easy one having moved into the Brookville area and starting over with all new care providers.

NP Katie Marker did not have my records because my previous health care provider has sadly failed to send them. This was no fault of her or the staff

They sit and listen but you have to tell them what you want. I don't always know what I need. They need to tell ppl to take supplements and exercise. Most Doctors know that's the key to health. I guess if many did this there may be no use for them and pills which equals less money. ???=???????=?????????!

This was my first visit i will just need more time to really get to know the staff.

My appointment was at 8:30 wasn't taken back until 9:00 was only one in the waiting room !

I felt like I was respected as a patient and given the care that was needed for my health. I would recommend Katie Marker and her health care Nurse to anyone who needed them.

I was the first appointment of the day at 8:00. I sat in the waiting room over twenty minutes after check in. It was about another twenty minutes before I was seen. That was by a medical student who went over things. About 9:20 the care provider came in. I was a bit frustrated with time lines. I had an ER visit for diverticulitis on June 20. I called the office for a follow up after that appointment and was not able to talk to anyone so I left a message. My call was never returned. I have been told there was no call noted. I can assure you the call was made and was very frustrated that a call wasn't returned. It is very upsetting when you call and are not able to speak to anyone.

I felt very comfortable with the advice and the recommendations that was recommended for me. This was the best experience that I have had in a long time going to a doctors visit. I have already recommended Katie Marker to family members as a primary caregiver.

Katie is always thoughtful and like a real person who can talk to you in a normal person way not out of your league I would definitely recommend her to anyone

Very efficient and patient

I was sent home with a prescription without the necessary DME supplies. I had to borrow DME to use my prescription. I had to follow up to get a prescription for DME. I have to call 2x to follow up with provider because I am still struggling with symptoms and have been sick. Provider order additional test and to date have yet to receive a call back. Good thing I am in the health care field and read my own test. This is the first time I have had a frustrating experience.

Katie has always given me options of what I can do. She has been very thorough.

Was there for yearly exam but told them I had a cold so I figured they would look at my throat and listen to my breathing but they didn't. I had been around my grandson that had bronchitis 5 days before. Maybe because I had no fever

It was a good experience all around. Katie speaks to you as an equal, not condescending as most doctors seem to be. She didn't try to hurry through the appointment and invited any questions I had.

First visit. I just turned 65,and was surprised by the courtesy and attention paid to a new patient. I feel very comfortable and confident about this team handling the rest of my life.

Waited 45 minutes in the room to be seen. No one in the waiting room before or after.

From the front office to the back I was provided the top quality care.

I would highly recommend Katie Marker. She explained everything to me in such a caring and professional way. Helped me when feeling overwhelmed, and breaking things down into a manageable game plan. Don't see that as much as we should these days in any profession.

This was my first visit with Katie Marker. We did not go over some things that might be in a regular appointment because our number one priority was to get my medications in check and to get blood work so that we have a baseline to work with on future appointments. She was very informative, yet friendly and easy to talk to which makes for a good practitioner /patient relationship.

The front desk was rude, the office staff is rude and not friendly.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and above all, caring! The front desk, nurses, and my doctor are all number one! Fantastic doctor! She's the best! Very much appreciate her!

My biggest issue was having a 5p appointment and then waiting 27 min before being seen. 2 cars in the parking lot. 5pm is 5pm in my book. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you
