I have nothing but praise about Reid. I have always heard bad things but you guys are closer to where I work. And my experience has been fantastic! If my apt is at 1:30 they are calling me back at 1:31. You guys are very informative. No wait when needing to schedule appointments. I will tell anyone who listens how wonderful my experience is!! Keep up the awesome work!! All the staff is so friendly.

From we enter the weighting room we were greeted and during visit went very well. Questions were answered and the Dr. sent in a referral for a sleep apnea Dr. and also we had question about insurance . Before we got home they had called and my wife was able to get thangs scheduled or our insurance question answered before we got home Very prompted Thanks Reid

Everyone I saw in person today has been an absolute delight to be with and very professional. Very courteous and respectful. Listen to everything I had to say and put in for a call for the doctor to call me due to a question that I needed answered before surgery Friday. However, the lady (xxx) was her name that called me from Dr. Jones's office is the epitome of healthcare very rude. Does not listen. Cut you off And I do not want any dealings with her whatsoever. Ever again, everyone else is an absolute delight and wonderful to work with.

There were too many people and none seemed to have the whole picture

Seems repetitious to do all the tests/visits that I've already done just because it's taken a little more time between tests and having a procedure done than what the dr. wanted. I'm sorry but it makes it seem like money is more important. It wasn't my fault that my dr. wanted a stress test done. By the time I got done with everything, I had to have all my tests done again! I was very close to forgetting the whole procedure. Just my opinion....
