Very organized

The man that checked me in didn't know what he was doing and caused me to be late for my appointment. Because of that it took me an extra hour and half and I had to do things twice. It was a big inconvenience.

Everyone at the office was very friendly

I am tired of almost every time I go to get treated. I get told I have no coverage. Then I have to have the person taking my info call around get into different systems to finally find out that I do have coverage. My wife goes through the same thing and ended up missing her mammogram because it took so long for the Individual she was working with to figure out she had coverage, my wife had to go back to work. You have had people come to my workplace and tell us how Anthem is trying to force you to take subpar pay for services but my family continues to deal with this with almost every visit.

The nurses and providers were very kind and compassionate...answered all my questions and stand by the door because they were busy. They all took the time to talk and explain everything to me. They were highly trained in their profession..

Every 1 was nice and they explaine every thing too me about my surgery
