Waste of time and money. I wanted my mole removed because they were going to remove it last time I was there. I am no longer going there and on top of it all didn't even get to see an actual dermatologist.

Assistant could be more friendlier cause you see her first before you see the dr . Would help a lot they say something or at least act like there day is good just a little smile would make you more comfortable .

i had no issues with this provider. she did a good job. However, she is not a dermatologist. I'm seeing this more and more throughout the Reid system. I think I'm seeing a doctor fro my issue but i get a Nurse-practitioner or just a nurse. I've had this happen three times recently for other health issues. I'm paying for doctor visits. If I'm not getting a Doctor, I want to know the level of person I'm dealing with before the appt so I can decide if i'd like to go somewhere else. I have no issues with NPs for a lot of things but prefer a doctor for others.

Reid Dermatology appears to be understaffed. You can't fault the doctor for keeping you waiting when the patient ahead of you has or may have a problem or need more time or attention. They always give the best treatment and care possible.

Joni was very professional as well as friendly and caring. I miss having the paperwork to look over as I was given none. I was told it would be on My Chart. I do know how to use it so I will go to it and look the paperwork over.

My experience at the appointment was excellent my only concern is the time it took to get an appointment. I had to wait 4 months for the first available appointment. I feel that is unreasonable. I feel time management with daily appointment could allow for additional daily appointments.

The Dermatology Center of Reid was very nice, friendly staff and caregivers.

First time seeing the np and she was very informative, gentle, and overall great. The wait to get in was definitely worth it.

It's very stressful being a VIP and being the most favorite patient in a business especially when you've only been there one time. Everyone there was friendly everyone was smiley. I was smiley as well, but the doctor has me on pills to keep me happy. the front desk is super helpful. You can tell that it's a nice place to work by how the staff treats you and each other.

They were all courteous, friendly and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. I felt they were knowledgeable and therefore trustworthy.

This was my first visit and records from the previous dr had not arrived. However I felt that Joni was quite informative, in fact she gave me info that my previous dr had never mentioned and I had been established with him for around 7 yrs.

We were able to be treated much sooner due to a cancellation. The doctor also combined my wife's and my appointments together. This saved us approximately two hours in wait time. We greatly appreciated the scheduling flexibility and willingness to double up the two separate visits into one. Thank you!

Joni McElroy was amazing! Her medical assistant Tanta was so kind and helpful. Joni made sure my proceedure was as painfree as posible! I will make sure I return if I need more issuues redolved.

I gave an update of my drug dosage. Looking at my post visit papers, i see the change did not get saved in the computer. No big deal. I will update again next year. Otherwise a top notch experience.

Disappointed. When I call to schedule I said I want a cyst removed from my child's face. When arrive to providers office they told me they never removed things from child's face. Complete waste of visit. Now I had to pay a copayment and will have to pay my deductible, and took off work and my child out of school for nothing. Also waited all summer for a visit. I should have been told this on the phone during scheduling. Should have told me that I need to contact Plastics. Staff in office was very friendly front desk welcoming and politely.

She was very down to earth person. I really enjoyed having my appointment with her. I know she was just a nurse practitioner but I'd rather see her than the other doctor. I really enjoyed my visit with her.

Ms McElroy performed a full skin exam in a very caring manor and made the procedure a pleasant expierience.

My appt. was a follow up to check on an ongoing skin problem and to check on 2 lesion sites that were treated on my previous appt. No waiting for the appt and the CMA and NP were both attentive and answered all my questions.
