Wonderful, couldn't have been better!

I love Reid, staff is always friendly. But I hate they closed the New Cadtle office.

I liked Jessica. She seems to know what she is doing.

The drive to the new office was not that bad as what I thought that it would have been

It was one of the better experiences I have had meeting a new primary care doctor.

Quick, easy, friendly, convenient. They know my child and family.

I am concerned that the after visit notes referenced changes to when I am to take a med without even discussing it with me.

Trust her and will continue to see her as she moves to another location

I cannot say enough positive about my experience/experiences at the clinic. I always receive the best care at scheduled appointments AND when needing an appointment immediately due to illness I am scheduled right away. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and office staff. All are amazing

Jessica Williams takes the time needed she also has the patience as I'm not always the best patient lol

I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes past my "scheduled appointment time". My appt was early morning so there shouldn't have been a wait.

Visit was all good. Hate that the New Castle office being closed.

I told her I believe I'm experiencing perimenopause and my symptoms. Her answer was to offer to prescribe an antidepressant. I declined because I'm not experiencing depression. I was then told that unfortunately it's just part of getting older and basically I just have to deal with it. Other than having blood work done, I feel like I wasted my time.

She doesn't listen to what you have to say. And she doesn't care she just blows you off and goes under the next patient. She's not a very good doctor

Jessica is just Wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better Doctor very attentive. Listened to my concerns.And always asks if I have any other concerns before I leave. The staff for the most part is very pleasant.

I felt like my provider was all about getting me to stop everything bad all at once. I recently stopped taking opioids after being prescribed them for 14 yrs. That in itself is a Huge battle, that I just started . Then-On my first visit- this provider asked me if I was ready to stop tobacco AND cut my sleep aid in half immediately. I may be looking for a new provider. This one did not understand that I'm human and can only do so much at a time. Like she didn't care what my limits are.

I trust that Jessica and her team have my best interests at heart. I guess I just got used to my doctor I had before I moved. She asked a lot of questions, and always checked me over thoroughly. But, I understand each provider has their own way of doing things. And there's a possibility no extra questions were needed until my blood work comes back. I also recognize and understand that there is a large patient load, and they have to keep things moving along so that they can address each person there for an appointment.

Very clean and nice facility, listen to everything I had to say we're very professional and courteous and I feel confident and what they are having me to do to make my health better. very good staff.

This visit was a waste of my time, now I have 5 holes in my arm from them trying to draw blood and I left there without my bloodwork being done!!!!!

Jessica listens to me which some don't and I feel she really cares.
