Like everyone who works there

She doesn't listen to what you have to say. And she doesn't care she just blows you off and goes under the next patient. She's not a very good doctor

Jessica is just Wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better Doctor very attentive. Listened to my concerns.And always asks if I have any other concerns before I leave. The staff for the most part is very pleasant.

I felt like my provider was all about getting me to stop everything bad all at once. I recently stopped taking opioids after being prescribed them for 14 yrs. That in itself is a Huge battle, that I just started . Then-On my first visit- this provider asked me if I was ready to stop tobacco AND cut my sleep aid in half immediately. I may be looking for a new provider. This one did not understand that I'm human and can only do so much at a time. Like she didn't care what my limits are.

I trust that Jessica and her team have my best interests at heart. I guess I just got used to my doctor I had before I moved. She asked a lot of questions, and always checked me over thoroughly. But, I understand each provider has their own way of doing things. And there's a possibility no extra questions were needed until my blood work comes back. I also recognize and understand that there is a large patient load, and they have to keep things moving along so that they can address each person there for an appointment.

Thought J. Williams was going to get her Drs. degree- would like to have a Dr, not np- but I'm hanging in there!

Very clean and nice facility, listen to everything I had to say we're very professional and courteous and I feel confident and what they are having me to do to make my health better. very good staff.

This was a nice, quiet and clean office. The staff was friendly and Jessica made me feel relaxed and I felt like she cared about my wellness.

This visit was a waste of my time, now I have 5 holes in my arm from them trying to draw blood and I left there without my bloodwork being done!!!!!

The nurse involved in my visit (not the tech/assistant) had a personality that was very "dry". She was professional enough I guess, but her "bedside manner" left a bit to be desired. I bet she is good at time compression and keeping things on schedule...but it would be more pleasant to the patients if she could be a little more nice/friendly...especially in her nonverbal communication. She exudes rigidity and unpleasantness in her mannerisms. Just my opinion I suppose...?

They could care less about your pain won't even write Gabapentin wow just not a good place to go if you really need medical attention they don't seem care about anybody's pain or anything else I would not recommend this place

I had a bad experience today getting my blood drawn for labs in which I started to lose consciousness, which had never happened to me before. The two girls that were with me in the lab stayed by my side the entire time to make sure I was okay, and provided me with water and snacks when I came to. My primary care provider, Jessica, even came to check on me before I left, which i greatly appreciated considering she has so many things on her plate. They made an otherwise very scary situation extremely comfortable for me, and I greatly appreciate them, their patience, and their care. The ladies at the check-in and check-out desks are always extremely friendly and accommodating, and I always have a good experience when I'm here.

I have a very competent physician who looks at the overall picture of my health. She has excellent communication skills and is very concise at explaining issues. She also listens very intently.

This was our 1st visit with this provider so I didn't expect her to know my child's history but she listened to our concerns and allowed ample time to discuss anything needed and time for all our questions.
