I see Jessica about every four to six months due to being a diabetic. She is always pleasant and takes the to listen to me.

Went for a knee issue. Told them everything about the issue when I called to schedule the appointment. NP did nothing but tell me to go to an orthopedic dr. Could have told me that on the phone and saved me an office charge. The medical assistant was pushing and trying to sell me into do every yearly exam imaginable. This irritated me enough to schedule with henry county orthopedic. Such a monopoly money grubbing racket.

I was seen quickly. Provider and staff very knowledgeable and courteous.

I've been carrying a very heavy load a large amount of issues in my life for quite a few months now and the staff let me explain my situation and listen to me and didn't seem to hurry me along and I really appreciate that they made me feel comfortable and that's a pretty big deal to me with everything I've been going through thank you

I seen Jessica NP.. I was a Kelley Abshear Patient. This was the first time I had seen Jessica NP. She was very easy and pleasent. I have not been seen in a while and she got me taken care of. Becky at the front desk is so great. She is everything Reid advertises that they are. She is definitely Ambassador material. THANK YOU

We normally see Kim but she was out this is the second or third time we have seen Jessica Williams and she will not prescribe anything for my sick kid. Not even cough medicine. I will only see Kim from this practice from now on. Kim is the best, she listens, and will give my sick kid something to help with her symptoms.

J Williams is an amazing provider. The issues she has to see my child for are somewhat sensitive and she handles them so well. My child feels very comfortable being seen by her and Williams does a wonderful job listening and helping my child get better. I tell people all the time how wonderful she is with both my kids!
