I was sent a questionnaire with questions about marital status, employment, insurance. I have the same questions for a confirmation to a visit with a different doctor who is a healthcare associate at Reid. I wonder why the data isn't shared between the different doctors. My payment information is present in both and the some of the questions for the second visit that I have this week were asked for the first visit. Why can't that information be shared among the doctors thank you. xxx

The provider didn't seem to know my medical history.

She takes very good care of us & answers all of our questions.

I always enjoy my time there they treat me real well, and I always look forward to my next visit.

I wish I could have seen the real DR. The NP. Was good but I haven't seen a real Dr..for yrs..I saw Dr. JOHNSON A YR. AGO..OTHER THAN THAT I HAVEN'T SEEN A REAL DR.. the NPS are not Drs.. I see one now that could care less..I am very sick and I need the. Care of A DR..ALL there yrs. In school seeing illness..the NP..doesn't have that....

First time meeting Jessica Miller she done a thorough check up , actually listened to my problems, made some suggestions for me to try and schedule some tests and changed medications. I made the appointment the day before and couldn't see my normal np. Very well pleased with her she will be highly recommended to my friends and family.

I was very impressed with Ms. Miller. She knew my history and was very professional and very nice. I just think that since I only have appts one every 2 years that I could see Dr. Johnson on my visits.

I expected my appointment to be covered by Johnson or Smalley not an NP. I'd been more comfortable with a male attendee.

Everyone at Reid is so caring about their patients and always make sure you understand what is needed for your best health needs.

My appointment was at 7:20. I was taken back at 7:40 and the provider came in at 8:05. I thought being first thing in the morning I wouldn't have a delay in seeing the provider.

The nurse and office staff were very nice.

I was very impressed with how everyone was concerned about how, I felt about not getting the treatment and how we would go about starting on the next step to get things done. ?

This was a NP not a doctor. Yes read like a text book. No real what I would call doctoring . We don't need to tell a NP what treatment we need we need a real doctor to advise us on how to proceed to try and get healthy. She was nice and pleasant enough but very short on what was needed to be done .

The whole staff has been great!

The person checking me in couldn't figure out the insurance and such. Check in process too a long time. When I went to check out I waited for 21 minutes and no one came out so I just left. The provider was good and had a genuine concern for my health. The office staff took a patient back who's appointment was after mine before me.

Nothing at this time. Would like thank Reid for the help that has been giving to my wife and me.

I don't recall seeing this NP b4. She seemed to know my medical history and was very knowledgeable. Very pleasant indeed. Nurse Lisa was very efficient in explaining things also.

I was very pleased that the staff saw me, even though they had a full schedule. Urological care has been very good to me, always taking my calls and concerns. We are very fortunate to have this staff in Richmond.

This is the best office in RHPA, in my opinion. Everyone is so good to me, but special thanks to NP Jessica, LPN Jessica and ultimately Dr Johnson - they are the best!
