My experience was positive as always. I prefer Reid Health but I get push back from Anthem. Recently I need a CT scan and as I was finishing, Anthem called me to recommend choosing a different provider because Reid is higher and I would pay more out of pocket. This is very frustrating for me. In fact, I did have a huge out of pocket. I do not understand if Reid is in the network why do they get to determine how much you charge is appropriate?

Always get treated with respect and care from front desk all the way to check out area Awesome team members. Jessica is wonderful. Don't know everyone by name. But they are awesome.!

I love Jessica Miller as my Urologist she listens, is respectful, actually cares, tries to figure out what she can do with such a complicated guy. Her MA was very knowledgeable, friendly , and the receptionist treats you like family ( that she likes) same way checking out their like family to me! It's worth the drive from New Castle

Very professional, yet friendly. Hardly any wait time in the waiting room & the exam room. Very easy to talk to. Sometimes it can be difficult to talk to a person of the opposite gender about urinary concerns. This was not the case here.

Found that I am allergic to Betadine! Had terrible pain and redness! This was NOT cleaned off me until 24hrs. after MY PROCEDURE.

She was dr. Smally's replacement and I like her. She tells you answers even if it hurts. I like that in a person. The receptionist was very nice also.

The doctor was great in that department the emergency room is the problem they have no respect they make you wait forever and they treat you like garbage

It would have been nice whoever the staff member was that knocked and opened the door and walked right in to tell the doctor she needed to talk to her when she was done could have left a note or something instead of barging in, in case an intimate exam was being done everyone in the hall wouldn't need to have a view.

The office experience was professional and helpful. My appt was for 3 pm. At 2:25 I got my my first text asking if I was in the waiting room. This is very distracting and unsafe when you are driving to office.

I had severe pain after leaving my appointment. My wife called Jessica Miller who responded promptly and called in medication to the pharmacy after hours. She then called back many times to check my condition. Jessica went above and beyond to assist and displayed genuine concern and compassion for me and my wife. Many thanks to her!

It took way too long. I feel like the appointments are overbooked or some other issue. In an hour of time there I spend 10 minutes with a LPN and 5 minutes with a NP. It seems like the patients time is unimportant.

This was the first time I have seen and worked with J Miller. I thought she was amazing and great attitude. I've really always had Lindsey Worley, and she was always so nice and fantastic to see. Couldn't be happier with that team of people that I have received care from. What a great team of people there and so professional and quick with care and service.

This place treats you like family they really put the word CARE in patient care great service great staff!!

She never drew labs. I was informed to expect it every time I come. I was waiting, but they never mentioned it. This appointment was a waste of time. Why come if they aren't going to run labs? With my condition, I need to have test drawn every time I come. Especially since I don't come that often. I'm not happy with the replacement NP. I just as soon follow up with my Primary Care Physician.

Looking down from 5000 feet view I could see how sparsely manned the Urology Department is (down to one Urologist) lots of empty desks. I worry about Reid and the impediments our area presents to recruiting new physicians!

This is the only Professional that I will see on a regular basis. The rest are on hold because of the amount being charged. Reid has become unaffordable even with insurance.
