All were wonderful to me excellant care
Every single person at the Repertory Clinic/Urgent Care was off the charts amazing! The first time I went for the Covid-19 I was sick~ scared and anxious and every person there made me feel more relaxed and less scared. The second time I was there again every staff member was amazing. I was especially grateful for the lady who was my doctor or whatever her title was because I had so many questions and she answered all fully with a kind heart. I couldn't have had better care on both occasions! Thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond for me. I am truly grateful with all my heart
I walked into the Meijer clinic and was treated exceptionally well. Very friendly ladies~ and fortunately they were not busy~ so my time there was very fast and efficient. The N.P. was super friendly and nice~ and diagnosed me quickly and ordered a antibiotic right there at Meijer. You can't beat the convenience of this clinic when you just need a fast check up. Thank you!
Exceptional care! My nurse and NP were so nice and helpful. My only suggestion: on your website it's says a referral is required to be seen. I called to see what I needed to do and was told I could schedule an appt myself which was wonderful but confusing
To makeall your questions clear.. I received excellent care. Had cut fingers on a mandolin and since on blood thinner plus an asprin was bleeding extremely . they took care to stop bleeding. Course got chastised from my family for driving from Hagerstown to Richmond Urgent Care. I would visit Urgent Care again if did something stupid !!!!!
Sarah was great as an MA and Jenna answered all of my questions regarding my diagnosis. Would definitely come back to Ready Care for treatment.
While I was in the exam room~ there was a horrible noise coming from the AC or something. ??
Very nice and friendly staff~ treatment for my condition was excellent. Young woman who treated my condition was a 5 star PA!
They should hand out face masks in waiting room to anyone who has a fever and cough. I gave one to my daughter who I knew most likely had the flu while we were in the waiting area. No one else had a face mask on and people were coughing and sneezing all over the place. However~ they they did give masks to people upon leaving the building after their confirmed flu diagnosis. Doesn't make sense to me to not have people wearing masks in the waiting area if they have a fever and cough. Doesn't do much good to only wear the mask on the way out of the door and not while you are waiting in the waiting area.
I was pleased with the staff and the speed at which I was able to be seen initially by the nurse. I felt the wait time to be seen by the nursing assistant was really long. I waited for almost an hour in the patient room before being seen by the nursing assistant.
