Jeff is a wonderful provider. He listens and directs you to who you need to be with as in a specialist. Some staff members need to be a little bit more receptive in the mornings. Some act like we the client are interfering in their day. Example: slouched in their chair. I worked in that very position with Urgent Care and Orthopedic. I know Reid's policy on how to receive a client, and it sure isn't slouched in a chair without a smile no matter how you are feeling or what time a day it is. Unless it's changed. I have been retired from there for a while now.

They called in a prescription which was the wrong mg. I purchased it before I realized that which was my fault. Now I have to call back in and get it redone with more expense.

If you have an appt at 8:30 then you need to been seen close to 8:30. It was 9:00. If I were 30 min late I would have had to reschedule and possibly get charged

The labs he went over to as a year old because the Reid lab didn't draw the right lab so it was a complete waste of my time.

Just an amazing care provider! If I have something new I need to talk to him about I'm comfortable and confident I will get the care I need!
