I really like Heather Brott. She is nice and friendly. She seems to genuinely care about patients.

The nurse was so kind. I felt connected with her. She was present and really listened to me. My health history is hard to believe, sometimes, often, even for health professionals. I didn't feel judged by the nurse and it seemed she believed my past and present health. That meant a lot.

I do not like (and won't) filling out the info online. It's all already in my file and it's ridiculous to ask for a ssn for an appointment. I felt chastised by the care provider and had to explain that just because I had a hysterectomy that PCOS does not go away. Also, you're front desk was less than friendly. As I checked in the lady asked me if I had been there since the new insurance started. I replied I had been there in February with the worst case of strep I ever had. The lady at the other window leaned over to the window I was at and said."You need to out on a mask". I am not at all impressed with your services. I truly miss the old clinic on Virginia Ave. there I felt like they knew me and cared about my health. At the western Ave clinic, often times services can't be provided as there is no nurse practitioner in the office.

I felt like my concerns were being addressed and not ignored. It definitely felt like my provider was on my side and really cared
