Haleigh Poe is Always kind and amazing. She always listens to me. She cares deeply about her patients and I always leave her office feeling better. Her staff especially her assistance who takes vitals and info is also amazing. These aren't just words this is the truth. You sure have kind staff who work with her. Haleigh Poe is the best.

I've been seeing Haleigh Poe for a couple of years now ! She is the first person I have seen in my life that listened to me and helped me actually find a treatment that worked. Rather than just continuing to throw medications at me. We did the gene site testing and she asked lots of questions and found a medication that has worked and helped me in my life more than anything ever has. She also encouraged me and helped me start my weight loss journey along with my basic health needs and my mental health! I've now lost nearly 50 pounds , she went above and beyond to talk to me about nutrition and exercise, just being healthy in general! She never has rushed me out of the office or make me feel like I'm holding up her day when I have a list of questions or concerns, she has so much patience and is very compassionate! She also celebrates my victories with me and it makes me feel so validated as a human ! I absolutely love all the girls in the office ! They all are very kind and friendly , they all are very welcoming and talk to you like you are a person and not just another patient. I've recommended several people to this office! I will never go anywhere else! And you guys should definitely hang on to all of these women because they are definitely an asset to Reid!!!!

The only thing I had a problem with is that someone called me from Haleigh's office and tried to discuss medicine over the phone it was not appropriate I discussed medicine with Haley not one of her team members that was the only thing

I called for an appointment due to what I felt like was a sinus infection. The scheduling team was able to get me in within 24 hours. Hayleigh asked me questions, examined me and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. She also made sure I knew to call the office if my symptoms were worse or I had any questions.

Haleigh and her staff are always respectful and listen carefully to what is being said.

Haleigh is always friendly, curteous, and knowlegebale. I find that she is always easy to talk to and listens to my conserns. She never seems to be in a rush and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly.

I had a blood draw and instead of stabbing me to death when she was having trouble, she went and got help. I think that shows incredible respect for a patient!

Poe is the greatest healthcare provider I've had in my 56 yr ears.

I've been a Reid patient for over 5 years and I had one of the best experiences at my visit yesterday! The Office assistant was very welcoming! The MA Shelby and PA Poe were very kind and helpful!!! They are an amazing team and showed perfect representation for Reid Health. I work at the urgent care in town and will be recommending her team to patients who are in need of a pcp.

When I called the staff member made me an appointment for today. Haleigh is sweet and considerate. All were professional.

i talked to a few different ladies and they were all so helpful. they explained exactly what was needed from me and I sent all items.. if they missed calls from me, they returned next day..I am sooooo grateful for their patience especially one that I talked to on most occasions. I appreciate everything she/ they did..
