Haleigh is always friendly, curteous, and knowlegebale. I find that she is always easy to talk to and listens to my conserns. She never seems to be in a rush and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly.

I had a blood draw and instead of stabbing me to death when she was having trouble, she went and got help. I think that shows incredible respect for a patient!

The staff were very nice and friendly. They answered my questions in terms I could understand. They were clear on my post op instructions.

Poe is the greatest healthcare provider I've had in my 56 yr ears.

I've been a Reid patient for over 5 years and I had one of the best experiences at my visit yesterday! The Office assistant was very welcoming! The MA Shelby and PA Poe were very kind and helpful!!! They are an amazing team and showed perfect representation for Reid Health. I work at the urgent care in town and will be recommending her team to patients who are in need of a pcp.

When I called the staff member made me an appointment for today. Haleigh is sweet and considerate. All were professional.

i talked to a few different ladies and they were all so helpful. they explained exactly what was needed from me and I sent all items.. if they missed calls from me, they returned next day..I am sooooo grateful for their patience especially one that I talked to on most occasions. I appreciate everything she/ they did..

Great people, professional and great care!

Haleigh Poe and her assistant were both kind, patient and professional. They listened to concerns and observed my previous health issues and pharmacy report and sent me for xrays of spine and neck and checked ear infection causing pain in neck, ear and jaw. Thanks to them all for truly caring how bad I l physically.
