Dr Poe is the best doctor I have ever seen.

That everyone is pleasant and helpful!!! I get the feeling they really care about me not just as a patient!!!

First time at this facility since we lost ours in New Castle definitely happy with Haleigh she's very sweet and glad I ended up with her

Haleigh was very sweet and thoughtful. She listened to me the entire time and took her time to answer all my questions. She didn't make me feel rushed. She gave me all the information I needed and made my first visit wonderful. I was very happy and pleased!

Ms. Poe is an excellent primary care provider. She knows what she's doing and I trust her with my care. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, and fully explains any treatments that she recommends. I feel very comfortable with her and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

Quick, easy, patient with sick kids. Great with my son that has trouble with holding a thermometer and sticking his tongue out and opening to check his throat.

If she is a doctor then why can't she prescribe certain medication

Haleigh is a credit to her profession. When I speak, I can see that she is listening. Why was she able to stabilize my blood pressure when others were unable.

I'm a new patient so the only history she could know was what I told her. She is having my records sent here from my previous state.

Everyone at both locations was very caring and professional for my visit. I came in as a potential stroke patient. The only issue that I had was my doctor on staff at my discharge seemed very hurried and dismissive about my concerns once it turned out to not be a stroke. Also, the staff in imaging was also very caring and patient with me with my first ever MRI experience. My only ask there was that they be able to update their equipment in the headphones used for music and communication back and forth to the patient. They cut out terribly throughout the procedure, causing some very anxious episodes in the procedure. Overall a very pleasant experience, considering what I was being seen for.

Haleigh Poe, PA made this new patient visit one of the best I've ever experienced. She is knowledgeable, caring, and she included me in the decision making for path forward. She is amazing health care provider.

The secretary was able to get me in to see mrs. Poe even though my appointment was mid scheduled. I received the best of care.

Haleigh was very thorough and came up with a plan to try to treat my illness. She went above and beyond to find medicine that might be helpful. She has a great "bedside" manner and genuinely cares about my health.

I felt like I was listened to and actually care about. H. Poe is the best medical care giver that I've had in years. I hope she remains my medical care giver. I feel I can trust her and she explains things to where I can understand and that means a lot. Thank you for having her. I wasn't planning on getting medical care anymore because I was made to feel bad once but my blood pressure isn't controlled and I ask for a referral and H. Poe was who I was referred to and I'm so happy to have her.

Everything went great. The only thing I didn't care for was having to wait on the NA for over an hour to come in and see me. Other than that it was great.

She was so welcoming she didn't come in just rambling she listen to how I felt what I wanted to address when I say this young lady is exactly what we need more of in the world people that true care about our well-being and does an amazing job. The young lady that did my vitals when I came in was just as respectful and treated me like a person. THANK YOU

Haleigh was wonderful! She really listened and took my concerns seriously and I felt like she was really going to help me when I left my appointment. So glad I switched to her from my previous pcp.

Ms. Poe was extremely attentive and professional. She listened to my concerns, and asked relevant follow-up up questions. She was extremely patient with all of my many questions and answered with replies that were well explained. She made sure to reassure me that I was welcome to contact her with any questions that I might have in the future. I'm 66 years old, and I don't think that I have ever had a health care provider that I was as comfortable with as I was with Ms. Poe.

Best "doctor's visit" that I've ever had in my life. Excellent staff.

The provider gave me recommended treatment. Then asked if that was alright by me. I like that I was given a choice to say no, if I didn't want to do what was recommended to me. That is a HUGE plus for me to continue.
